Easy to pick up item from the warehouse. Enter the will call office and provide your registration number. Once confirmed the warehouse guys pick and prepare your order. Meanwhile back to your vehicle up to the receiving door. Takes 5 to 10 minutes between the time you give them your order number and when the order has been picked and ready to put into your vehicle.

Fast unloading! Appointment time 8:00, check in 7:15, checkout 8:15. Clean and comfortable restroom by door 721.No overnight parking!

Ordered a Samsung range online from Best Buy, had to wait a week for delivery. When it got here and the installation techs plugged it in, it turned on but didnt heat. They loaded it back into the truck, promising that they would call the warehouse and have a customer service representative call us that afternoon to reschedule delivery of a different unit. We received no call. At 8pm, we received a text informing us that we could reschedule the delivery, but when we logged into our account on the website, there was no option to do so. Upon calling customer service, we were informed that the range was on backorder until March, 2 months from now. Its incredibly frustrating that no one reached out to us to discuss the situation and that the assumption was that we could just wait 2 months to be able to cook again. Very very disappointed in Best Buy. We canceled the order and took our business elsewhere.

So youre gonna cut out the middleman and pick up your TV/appliance direct? It will take longer to pick it up here than a store due to the sheer size of the place (find it, pick it, and move it to door 73). The staff were helpful and assisted in loading your purchase. Avoid 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm times due to C-19 and shift change.

Very disappointed with their lack of organization and communication. Ordered a TV for same day pick-up at this location and was notified shortly after that my order was ready for pick-up despite it being Memorial Day and their store hours online stating that they were closed. Turns out they were in fact closed and my order was not ready as stated. Went back the next day, May 26th when their hours on their website stated 9am-3pm. Arrived at noon only to find a sign on their door that stated they would not be open until 3pm. No where did it say this on their website. Went home and returned to the warehouse at 3pm. This time I found what I believe was a manager telling those of us waiting outside that they no longer would be opening that day or would remain closed the remainder of the week. It is June 3rd and I have yet to receive the TV I purchased a week and a half ago. My experience at this store has been that they are unreliable, have poor communication, lack of organization, and overall costumer service is poor. I had always thought Best Buy cared about their customers but this past week and a half is proving otherwise.

The public only goes there for WILL Call items the store they frequent is out of. Their service is quick and friendly. Not too busy to help you load or find your purchase. If you cant wait, go there!

Their wait time is really not good. We were told to wait 10 minutes....then 15 min went by....and 20...and 25.....and 35 minutes until one of us (6 cars waiting) called back to the Will Call office to complain. Suddenly they were there within 2 minutes.HAD WE NOT CALL BACK WE WOULDVE WAITED MUCH LONGER.People dont have all day to wait for an item!!!

Attention OTR Drivers: There hours aren’t 9am to 6pm like it says in Google and the website. If you have a 6:45 am appointment you better be there or reschedule for 2 days later.

Just like Best Buy. 0730 appointment and 4.50 hours latter, you are ready to go. Count on having to change doors at least once. That made no sense, but I didnt see the inside of the warehouse. They will want to see your CDL, but they dont have to make a copy of it like the other end did. Friendly folks, but a weird system.

After reading some reviews I was preparing for the worst. Over all my visit went very well, guys at the guard shack were very nice and very friendly and checked me in quickly and very nicely told me exactly where to go and what to do. The unloading process went quickly considering it was a floor load and not on pallets, I believe the entire time from check in to check out only took about 3 hours.

My experience was relatively quick and pain free. A restroom is also available at man door 2.

I am a truck driver so I was at this location to deliver products and I can state that there are awesome people that work here. They got me in and out within a reasonable time.

Online order pickup only. No retail showroom. Problem with order fulfillment system, waited an hour for curbside pickup.

Horrible! No one site parking, no parking anywhere near this facility, checked in at 5:30 am and still waiting to get unloaded at 8:45 am! Over 3 hours and still counting to unload!

Be prepared to sit and wait if youre getting live unloaded. Been here for 6 hours and still counting. (Update: they finally finished after 7 hours then when I asked them to sign my in and out times for detention pay they refused and said we dont pay detention, thats your issue not mine. Since I have been back twice. 2nd time they were finished after about 5 hours, but refused a box with a hole in corner. That was a hassle having to drive to a FedEx to ship it back to the LG plant in Texas.

The security guard has a God complex. Without him the world will not revolve nor will the Heaven and Earth open up without his permission. Dispatched on my load 24 hours after pick up time . Picked up my preloaded trailer in Indianapolis 30 hours late snow delays icy road conditions. Arrived an hour and a half late for my 8 a.m. appointment. He stated that it was up to him as to whether or not I was going to be allowed to go in he could turn me away at his discretion at any time. All I asked him was how cold did it get he copped an attitude. 10 pallets less than 3000 lb do you want to drive that at 65 miles an hour in Winter conditions I beg differently. Another good excuse to avoid Best Buy and any of its technological assets will not be in my pocket ever again. You just go ahead and keep Little Hitler at the gate because he loves his job and his power. On Monday Martin Luther King Day this still exist.

Made me lose another load. 8 hours spent unloading because they need to count every item. Count on your own time no reason to keep me there. If the load is short what am I going to do pull the extra items out of my jacket.

I drove an hour and a half to pick up my merchandise, only to have the warehouse close for 1 1/2 hours, 5 minutes before i got there. After waiting tol 3, when they were SUPPOSED to reopen, I am still waiting for someone to answer the phone, which is the only way to get my pick up. Really shoddy business practice.

Do not work for DDC 78 warehouse, this is the major appliances and TVs bigger than 55 inches. You will be working long hours and covering 2 more departments only in that warehouse. You will be working mostly every saturday. They want you to be flexible but they are not willing to be flexible with you. There is a reason staff they get new warehouse workers every 3-6 months.

Was 1/2-Hour early for appointment.Kept me & my wife/co-driver there most of the day.NO ACCESS TO REST ROOM FACILITIES due to security issues.Requires arrival/departure times on BOL for detention, but after I noted those times on the paperwork the gate clerk used white-out on my notes and refused to allow the notation.Was generally treated with contempt and disdain.Not only will I never carry a Best Buy load again, I will NEVER spend another dime there.... after dropping tens of thousands of dollars there over the years !They have lost both a service provider and a good customer.

A lot of room for trailer docking. Empty trailer parking is too close to facing security fence to easily get trailer out. Guards at the gate were friendly and courtious.

Horrible customer service. They are not polite whatsoever. I ordered my product over two months ago and i still have not gotten it, because they keep calling with excuses. They hardly ever showed up between the times they were scheduled, and i often had to take work off to come home. They left my house twice already by telling me they would be right back and without giving my product. Ive never been more disappointed with the best buy delivery team and i will make sure to never purchase anything through them.

Good experience! Had a 7 a.m. appointment came around 6:30... unloaded within 1 hour... bathrooms are in the drivers lounge by door 21.

Checked in 7:15AM for 8:30AM appointment. Got a door right away. I got unloaded with in an hour no problems at all. No overnight parking. I saw one of the comments saying is ok to park 110th st. It says no parking but I slept there anyways with no problems at all.

By reading older reviews, I thought Im gonna be here for a while. But no. App. was at 7:30am, and I left at 8:45am. Pretty decent. No overnight parking, but you can park on 110th st nearby
