Great location with a large selection. Store was very clean and staff were friendly. We always like going to Target, and this location did not disappoint!

The store is decent, well stocked and for the most part the employees are friendly. The CVS inside is bad but that’s not Targets fault. I don’t like the parking lot at all though, it’s really bad news. Getting in and out of there is always a hassle at best. Something needs to be done, at least to augment it a bit. I think it’s dangerous.

I had the most AMAZING experience today with a employee. Her name was Ashley I believe she was the manager. I just want to say she went above and beyond customer service. I was kind of upset and she definitely calmed me down and made not only my day better but my sons. She truly is what customer service should be like. I left that store today not wanting to ever visit another Target store. I will always shop at this Target. I dont care if I move out of this neighborhood I will drive to come to this Target. I have been to numerous stores in my life and have never felt cared about and respected as much as I did today. Thank you Ashley for doing your job and doing it well and with respect. I do hope that Target rewards her for her amazing customer service because she definitely deserves it. ❤️

Target is clean and convenient. And HQ is in Minnesota. Plus, the Bloomington Target near Southtown has a nice Starbucks within the Target store.

Newly remodeled! Awesome online order pick up which is easy to find when you first walk in. Super convenient self check out with staff to help when needed. Target also carries Archers Farm which can be tough to find. Great place!

Last week I was doing a favor for my daughter trying to exchange a pair of light up rain boots. The size I needed wasnt in stock at the store. Katlynne and Molly were fabulous. Helped locate a pair, order online and was delivered free to the home. All within 2 days!!!!!Cudos for their awesome customer service 👏

Friendly service, quick even when it was busy! There were so many cars we didnt all fit into the designated pickup spaces, but they were bringing orders out quickly and were very efficient!

Very rude staff at self check out, I work at another target and I would never treat a guest this way. They had major attitude when I asked a question.

They provide excellent curbside pickup. Also, if you order something in stock you will get it unlike other super stores.

I was in a hurry. The store was very busy. I was so glad I ordered ahead. Walked in and was out in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the staffs adherence to COVID-19 policies.

My online order was ready to pick up within a couple of hours. The convenience of being able to drive up and have my order brought to my car is especially appreciated given the pandemic. My order is always correct and the employees are friendly and bring my order to my car quickly.

Its very convenient. However, you cant select alternate items if something happens to be out of stock.

I mostly get my phone service card from target have been for 2 years. Yesterday i tried to purchase a phone service card and their was some problems with scaning it. It suppose to have you scan the card code and activation code but it only allowed to scan the card code. So they had me pay $50 for an phone card thats not activated. And i tried to exchange or get a refund for it. Though it does say no refund or exchange on the card but i should had gotten a refund or better help to get the card activated. I just wasted $50 and they couldnt do any about it evem though its their scan system that was the problem but they just decided to let me leave with $50 phone card thats not activated.

The fact that I can just order for an item at 6pm and have it ready for pick up in less than 2 hours is extremely fast and efficient service; not forgetting how convenient this is. Perfect!

This is My Target. My husband goes to “Edina”, but I’m not a fan of super Targets. Since Covid I’ve been using the drive up feature a lot and they’ve been great! Seems like they are adding products to the available list all the time which I appreciate. And you don’t have to wait for days to get a pick up time. Orders are usually ready in an hour or two. THANK YOU!

The person that checked me out was super friendly. She even took me out of the self-checkout line and rang me up herself with a portable scanner-she wasn’t even at a regular register! Customer service was awesome!

As a grocery store, I was disappointed. Limited selections of most everything. Not a Super Target, so I guess that explains it.

With everything that has been going on lately theres been alot of anxiety and stress. But everytime I come to this Target Mr. Sam is sanitizing the carts with a smile and welcoming us in, so thankful for all the staff that is doing everything they can to feed our families during this very hard time. STAY away if your going in for the Sunday ads items. Terrible store, went in to get Christmas lights(12:30 pm, Bloomington store) which were advertised in the Sunday paper (Lights $12.00 on sale for $8.) and the shelves were EMPTY! SCAM! So we put our other items back!

Very organized Target overall, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Never super crowded and the food court options are decent. They offer a wide variety of items including food, games, furniture, infant clothes and items, shoes, kids clothing, adult clothing and plus size options as well. There is also a dollar store area with a variety of small thing.

This place doesnt answer phone calls. Tried 2 times, no answer. 3rd time someone answered, was promptly put on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on.

Pretty easy to navigate inside this store, like the way things are laid out and the staff is always super friendly. Also use the CVS inside this store which is far better than any other pharmacy Ive been to in Bloomington. The only issue I have with this Target is the parking lot, its a mess. Almost got hit by a car a couple times and driving in and out of this local is aggravating at best. Not sure if anything can be done about this but its probably best to avoid this location during peak hours if at all possible.

Very small Target, but its very well kept and clean and it has the basic to cover everything. Staffs are always wonderful coming up to you asking if youve been helped and if we need help.

Small Target doesnt have as much stuff as Super targets. You know what you want and they have it can get in and out quickly. Often use like a convenience store. Dont mean to mislead people still has a lot of stuff in the store, not as much stuff as a Super Target. Main difference lot less food items leaning heavily 2 snacks and Staples. Milk bread etcetera.

I shop from Target almost exclusively for everything I need. Occasionally, I need to return things, and occasionally, I dont have a receipt. I was unaware of Targets ludicrous limitation on non-receipt returns. I had one purchase that my wife made on her Red Card (which for some unknown reason doesnt link to mine despite them being the same account). And I had an item given to me as a gift where no receipt was provided. Because I had somehow reached my limit on returns without receipts - which must be a lifetime limit because I cannot remember the last time I did this - I was unable to return any of my unneeded items.During the same trip, I picked up an online order that was pretty bulky. I guess I think if you are putting an order together for a customer that has a lot in it, youd put it in a cart for them ahead of time. Nope. The cashier just said, Youre probably going to want to get a cart. Maybe I was just already upset by the returns issue, but this seemed like pretty bad customer service. Ive never had that kind of issue at the Richfield Target before. So probably this one is just staffed by lousy employees.Wont go back. You shouldnt either.

I love Target, but their decision to use only single-use plastic bags at non-Super Targets is outrageous. Why are you updating your stores, yet you go back 20 years environmentally? There is literally no paper choice in the store if people forget or do not use their own bags. I think you should charge 0 or a very small amount for paper bags and .25 for plastic bags, and make/label them for reuse. This will go to 5 stars as soon as you give people more of a choice than a disposable plastic bag! Its an environmental shame, to be honest.

Its target. What more do you need to know? This is actually one of the better run Tarfets with a responsive and attentive staff.

I went looking for slim fitting sweat pants in men’s and didn’t find what I was looking for so I went to a diff team member who pointed me else where. When that failed I went to Heather from women’s apparel, who was friendly from second 1. Kind smile and eager to assist me. She was my target personal shopper and didn’t show any signs of disinterest. We spent 30 mins looking. She even went to the back after all the searching and failing. I could tell she really wanted me satisfied. Heather, I thank you highly for your incredible guest services to me! I’m the bearded man with red sweater:) I will look for you next time i come for clothes! Even if you don’t know exactly what I’m looking for, you TRY and TRY and TRY. that’s very appreciated by me!

The whole pandemic we are going through at the moment and just the attitudes of the staff was phenomenal, in a time where everyone is anxious your staff brang a sense of calm to the shopping experience

The updates look nice, but they wont price match for you. 2 dollars saved is 2 dollars earned. Ill go to Walmart and get it cheaper if you dont want to price match as you claim you will. Exact same product but different color storage bin.

Target is my go-to store. I check there first for everything I need before looking elsewhere if they dont have it. The stores are clean, well-organized and well-lit. They are a Minnesota company and give back to the community.

Very good place for all the regular needs for home, office or anything. My daughter particularly likes the place because of cheese pizza :). This taste of cheese pizza cannot be found anywhere else. Simply love it.

This ... this was Sunday afternoon in the CLEARANCE section. Nothing was on the floor, clothes were sized and all properly hung... this NEVER HAPPENS especially in the Clearance section at Target. The woman helping a guest shopping the sale section (the employee was maybe a little older, smaller woman) was very knowledgeable about product and helped direct the guest toward sale merchandise. Super impressed. Our cashier was also exceptionally friendly and nice. For this experience alone, on a Sunday afternoon, this Target should be awarded 5 stars. Thank you Target in Bloomington!

Lately target has me surprised when clean stores organized good value price items items and excellent variety. Aside from plenty of parking and branches. This one is no exception great store for a quick needs trip.

The Customer Service person at the counter was a Trainer according to her badge, and was absolutely awful and rude. I truly hope this person never trains any other person, and especially not in customer service. I went in with my receipt from another Target store near my home (this Target is near my work) with a mobile coupon that hadnt registered when I bought my items. On a previous occasion, she had neglected to help me, passing me off mid-transaction to another employee. Still, trying to be polite, I told her that I thought she had helped me before, and showed her my receipt with the items and the mobile coupon that hadnt come off on the transaction. She said, I never helped you. I told her it was beside the point and just asked if she could help this time. She said, No, you need to go to the other Target because this is from the (3 days prior) date and I cant help you here. I asked about their coupon policy that isnt it 3 days after a transaction that they could adjust a missed coupon? And at any Target? She said No. Which, is a lie. I left almost in tears at how rude she was to me. Never will I go back.

I frequent this location often. Great location. Its a little smaller store (i.e. not a Super Target), so I can usually find what I need there, but not always what I want. But cashiers and customer service people are usually friendly and helpful.

Someday soon when we lose all these great Minnesota Target jobs itll be because of days like today. I purchased something 5 days ago at full price, then they mark it down on clearance and they wouldnt give me the price difference. Amazon would never do that.
