Awesome experience. First time having a phone repaired. I dropped my phone off with her, and could not even get to the bank and back to get cash without her having my screen replaced and waiting for me. Works perfect, very sweet lady, very punctual. I called at noon, gave her the phone at 1PM, and was on my way home by 1:20PM. I called several places, and very competitive in pricing as well. Highly recommend this company - I needed to help an IU student fix a cracked screen on her phone asap. MRS responded quickly, went to the student’s dorm for the repair, fixed it properly, and charged a fair price. Everything was done within a couple hours. Let me pay for the repair over the phone once completed. Convenient and easy. Very professional and nice woman, perfect option for parents needing to help their college student with a repair.

I had a wonderful experience with the women who worked at the store today (2/23/21). I asked a question on their website over an hour before the store opened about an issue charging my older model phone and I received an immediate response which I appreciated. I made an appointment for later and was out the door with a fully functioning device that charged like normal in under 15 minutes. While spending the summer in Indiana, I broke the glass covering the camera on my phone (S10e). I took my phone to MRS MOBILE REPAIR, and asked her to repair it. After her first attempt to fix the glass, all of the pictures looked greasy and out of focus. I asked her to take another look at the phone, and she tried to replace the glass again. This time things seemed to be working well. As soon as I got home, however, the camera again started looking out of focus and greasy. I just assumed the poor quality was the result of using aftermarket glass, and I just went without a functional camera the last 10 months.Last week the back glass that was installed fell out, and I had it replaced by another company. My camera now works as if it was brand new! They just replaced the glass, not the entire camera. If I had used another repair shop initially, I would have saved $100 and had a camera all this time.

I wanted to get a new phone anyways as mine was ~5 years old, but I really needed to get into my old one. I walked in and the owner very quickly helped me unlock my old phone to access the text, and since it would cost less to buy a new phone than to repair my old one (she had fair prices, I checked beforehand) I bought a brand new one from her. We had some issues transferring the SIM card (Sprint customer service is awful) but she sat with me for over an hour until everything on the new phone was set up properly. She even gave me a student discount after I used up her entire morning! I really cant recommend this place enough

I came in with a concern about a refurbished phone that was sold 6 months ago. The battery was already running low and I thought I was replacing the same phone but instead I went from 32 mg to 16. I suggested that in the future she should help the customer by telling them they are downgrading. I also questioned why the battery wasnt healthier. She got defensive and angry. Said I was accusing her.I talked to the people at apple and they said the phone I bought was overpriced. I would not recommend.

I have had my phone repaired a couple of times and MRS has done the best repair, the quickest, for the best price by far. My phone wouldn’t turn on the screen was so shattered and MRS fixed it in half an hour for an amazing price and fixed the mistakes of the old repairs. I was worried about breaking my phone in bloom but this was by far the best repair shop I’ve ever been to. I 100% recommend it.

Worker was terribly unprofessional, getting angry at the very idea of wanting to keep a non functional part of the phone that they were replacing. Repair worker broke my front facing camera, microphone, and leftmost speaker due to her own frustration with a broken screen that I tried to demonstrate how to get around, but was shooed away for her to fix. Would not own up to the mistake and charged me regardless. The LCD replacement was fine but at such a cost of other internals I cannot recommend this place in good faith, especially with the apprehensiveness toward a customer.

I had a phone that the back glass was broken on. I brought it here hoping I could get it replaced quickly. I was expecting a half day wait but she told me she would have it done within an hour. Boy did she! My phone provider even remarked how well off a job she did when I showed them.

One company said it would take 2 hours, but didnt have the parts until the next day (Not comfortable leaving my phone). I called Mobile Repair Service and scheduled and appointment and waited ~20 minutes for my iPhone glass repair and was able to watch too. Highly recommend this type of service.

Cracked my IPhone screen in the worst possible spot near the Face ID sensor and front facing camera. 45 minutes after dropping off the phone, the screen looked brand new and the Face ID/camera maintained all functionality. Would highly recommend anyone to go here for your IPhone repair needs.

Went for a repair. Owner was pleasant. wound up purchasing a 3g phone.when she put my sim in the phone to test it my sim wouldnt work. she made changes to my sim card. It worked.Next day my phone didnt work. Att had to rework my sim and told me they dont support 3g phones.Tried to return phone, it doesnt work. She claims otherwise. technically she is right AFTER she tweaked my card the phone worked. If she did not manipulate my sim card I would not have bought the phone.Also paid to much, I learned that later. that is my bad.Buyer beware. I know have a three year old paper weight. A son without a phone and the need to purchase another phone.Would never recommend or go here again.Update to zero stars, she knowingly sold me a phone that was not compatible with at&t, her hack let me walk out the door with a working phone.Do not purchase a used phone from her.

I am a frequent destroyer of iPhone screens, so Ive been to my fair share of phone repair places. I was able to keep my most recent phone in decent shape for close to two years until I managed to drop a 45lbs barbell plate on it at the gym, totally obliterating the screen. MRS Mobile Repair Service was by far the BEST experience Ive ever had getting my screen fixed. Our V10 went into the fatal boot loop error mode and wouldnt start. We lost literally hundreds of photos, our memories of the last few years. I walked in with an ailing iPad, explained the problem I was having with the battery and the tech woman said she had seen the problem before and proceeded to fix it while I waited. I extremely happy with the service I received at MRS Mobile Repair Service. I was especially impressed with the friendly and honest service provided by Alhm. She made my day! I came in with an iPhone 7Plus with a cracked screen and a faulty Lighting to USB cable and/or a faulty port for that cable......I thought. Alhm proved my analysis to be completely wrong. First, the phone was super dirty inside and out. She cleaned it well and showed me that the charging port worked! I just needed a new Lightning to USB cable. Then she really shocked me by saying the screen wasn’t cracked. The cracks were just in my heavy duty screen protector. I expected to be spending hundreds of dollars! A dishonest person could have said everything I thought was wrong was and charged me for a new screen, port, and cable. Alhm charged me about $70 for a thorough cleaning, a new 2 meter cable and a new screen protector. I am elated. This is the place to go for all your device repair needs. How can you beat quality, honest device repair!
