During COVID, it seems this is basically a one person shop, but it is one person who knows what he is doing. The price ear exactly as quoted. He did not ask for an unlock. Good work, done quickly, at the quoted price.

I called for replacement quote for a screen on a S8+ and he said $275. He stated you cant even purchase the screen for less than 200... well just found it at RepairPartsPlus.com for 39.99... I can buy the same phone for cheaper than the fix... ridiculous!!!

Very honest service

Called find out how much cost replace charger port on Moto E5 Play they told me a hundred dollars to remove 6 screws and replace with a 10 dollar part. Took me less then 10 min now just waiting on part cost me 10 dollars and ten min yet Mr.fix wanted a hundred dollars for a ten dollar part and less then 15 min of his time. thats 360 dollars an hr undue few screws and replace a ten dollar part.

Steve is great! I thought I bought a brick of a PlayStation but he was able to fix it same day for a great price. He also owns a cool bar with great pool tables. As someone who used to own an electronics repair business, Steve is a great guy and will work with you to get your issues resolved. Definitely recommend him over some other shops in town!

I was nicely accommodated. They replaced my battery and charging port in half a day from when I brought it in. I dont have a common model phone so took them a few days to get the parts shipped first.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr.Fixit. I called in the morning, dropped my phone off (totally broken, buttons not working, cracked screen, etc) and within an hour he had it fixed. The price with my first-time customer discount was better than Ive seen anywhere online or otherwise.

Terrible experience. My friend and I went to get our cracked screens replaced. We showed up to a closed bar, and awkwardly had to wait outside until he came and let us inside. We got there at 3:15 and he said he wanted to leave by 4pm, and he would have both phones done by then. We rushed to eat lunch and got back right at 4pm. When we got back, we rang the door bell outside multiple times, and ended up waiting outside for 10 minutes before a random person inside finally let us in. We sat waiting until 4:30pm when finally we asked the random guy if he knew where Steve was. He was nice enough to call him, and we then found out that there was an issue with one of our phones. Finally, after waiting 45 mins after his quoted completion time, he showed up with my phone (screen fixed and seemingly ok), and my friends phone in shambles. He screwed it up so much that she had to then go buy a new phone!!! And he STILL charged me the full $120 to fix my screen. Now, not even a week later, my phone screen is completely unresponsive to touch and has been this way for about 16 hours, so Ill probably have to end up getting a new phone, too, after spending over $100 for this guy to fix my screen. Honestly, youre better off just keeping your damaged screen because Mr. Fix It wont fix it...hell just ruin it even more!!!

I would recommend Steve to fix any electronic device. He is very knowledgeable with timely service. Had a cracked iphone screen which he repaired and looks like new.

Mr. Fixit replaced my screen, but the new one didnt work quite right. Even though it was hard to recreate the problems for him, he believed me and he replaced the screen with a second new one and now it works great! So in the end, Im very happy!

I went with my friend to give her directions to this place (her phone was broke, hence why we were going). We arrived and Mr. Fix it ended up being inside not the cleanest local bar. We arrived at 5pm and he was not at work. The hours are very off, as the bartender told us he comes in at his leisure.
