After owning this product on many different phones, I better write a review. This lastest, 3 times cutting the product due to difficulty with the machine, he made some adjustments and got a new one installed. Love this product it has saved many of my phones, multiple times! I will never use another screen cover.

I went to this location to replace a screen protector under warranty. The gentleman working the counter was excellent, and extremely helpful. I will definitely be stopping here again in the future.

Would never purchase another zagg screen protector. Upon a replacement screen protector the gentleman placed it on with a bubble. He would not fix it and told me it would go away. It never did and upon returning to get it addressed he said I needed to pay him another fee to replace it… On top of all that I live two hours away from this location. HA! I’d rather buy Amazon get 3 put it on myself for 1/4 the price and have it done right. I hate myself for spending $80 for two when I could’ve gotten three on Amazon for $10. I don’t mind paying a premium for a product with great support but this is far from it. The company will go under in no time with the employees they have.

Ask if he could find a cover for my older phone which was a Pixel 4 I already got the wrong one from zagg.com and its a nightmare to try to return it there and he came up with a Pixel 5 that would fit my phone and it works great he installed it everything was fine his computers running a little slow but great guy and very knowledgeable about the covers

I came to the mall just for a screen saver and have been a zagg repeat customer for several years, web says they open at ten but I soon learn nothing opens till 11 today. Its now 11:20 and no zagg employees. I will never be back, thanks for wasting my time

In addition, the young man was friendly, efficient, and did a beautiful job of applying it. Worse experience ever!!! Be aware, the product they were selling is very LOW quality. My sister in law bought the screen protector for her iPhone in July. She had paid $64. Few months later, she started noticing there were some cracks on her screen protector. So she brought it back to the MOA location where she purchased at. And hoping they would replace a new one for her. But they want to charge her extra $10 for replacing a new one. First of all, a good quality screen protector shouldn’t start cracking within few months. Second, she wasn’t informed that she needs to pay extra for defective product. This is such a rip-off!!! The manager attitude is so bad and rude. We will never go back.

Weve gone here multiple times and they never seem to have our protectors to replace the ones on our devices. It always takes multiple trips in order to get all of our devices new screen protectors. Would definitely recommend calling before you drive all the way out here. I also got an expensive shield on my new Galaxy S10 from here, But I didnt like a black edges that cut off part of my screen, and was not happy with the shield. When I went back 4 days later to ask if I could get a less expensive cover because I was not 100% satisfied with the cover, I was told that I would just have to buy a new one. Be careful, they do not honor their satisfaction guarantee!!

Quick fix to a cracked screen!

Horrible products and a horrible service. NEVER gets installed properly I always have to end up coming back within a month. The management is trash. This holds for every one of their Minnesota locations. Waste of money over exaggerated product potential. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take my advice and get yourself a Bodyguard or something.

I trust nothing else to protect my devices. All of my families phones, watches, iPads and now my Sony camera have had screen protectors put on here.

We were at the kiosk a few weeks ago & they were out of screen protectors for the iPhone 12. Came back tonight, store hours say open until 7pm but there’s no one here & non one answers the phone.

I had a great experience with this locations manager, not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was happy to go out of her way and educate me on proper care and let me know the case I bought for my Note8 is so tight fitting on the corners it wont let the elite glass fit properly. I highly recommended this product and location for customer service excellence.

Horrible service. The employee was late to open the stand. Very rude to customers. When asked to speak to the manager she said in front of the customer you can be my manager because this girl is wanting to know the same thing I already told her. Per the employee I was told last time that they dont need the broken case and it was on file. Nonetheless was charged full price when product was under warranty.
