Bought a car for 4000 I thought is was definitely worth it until the next day the check engine light came on. The AC is not working now.. Keep in mind they let me test drive it because I said I would pay a little more for a good running car. Took it to get it checked it turns out I have to pay upward of 1500 to get it fixed and 150 for the diagnosis. Another 300 to transfer the title because it was out of state. Before I knew all of this I sent my aunt Claudia to get a car because I thought they were doing honest business she spent 7000 on a truck and wouldnt you know the very next day the check engine light came on her truck. They are running scams down there heavy.And honestly if they woulda told me what was wrong with the vehicle I definitely would not have given them that much money for it its only a 2007 and also not to mention the air bag sensor is going off too . Keep in mind none of this was going off when the car was being test driven they somehow bypassed the sensors to make the cars sell for more. .

Service is not fast, yet friendly. Met an owner of a dealership and got an even better deal from him! Definitely will go back if I am in the business of another used car. Variety of cars 🚗Walked away with a 2011 Hyundai Sonata for $3400. Straight to the tire shop....worth it!

Very bad experience. All the vehicles have some sort of major issue motor, transmission. Look good on the outside but you will end up getting screwed. Absolutely no refunds. Beware of the fake bidders, those are bidders who actually work for the auction and are acting like they are bidding just to get the price of the vehicle up.BEWARE

I bought a used vehicle there and to my surprise there was a $200 charge for buying a car there at the end that they did not disclose until the very end. Surprise surprise the prices are kind of high for the car that you get but you are still able to make a profit if you resold the car. So by wisely.to my surprise they still have not found a pink slip for the car that I bought a month ago and now theyre talking about while we still have more time its not 45 days yet. And I asked why dont you start the lean sale so I can register the car it cost me $1,000 more than the purchase price because the transmission was no good they did not allow us to test drive the cars first. Wow Im completely upside down on the price of this car paying more than what its worth now and I still am not able to drive it until I get it registered and theyre talking about well they got to start lean sale proceedings thats another 45 to 90 days away before I can register it this public auction is rigged

Today I will share my experience at All towing and storage Auto Auction. As they advertise on YouTube they allow vehicle inspections before attending the auction on Wednesday, Saturday, or Sunday.Today I show up at first everything looks fine like any normal day but then when I approach the security guard he requests our ID no problem with that. The problem was they write all your personal information on a piece of paper the information they collect is your License Number First Name and last name then for you to enter they hold your license card till you leave the premises.I wonder if they are following the proper California consumer privacy act and how they protect the information they collect from each one of the people attending. Also how do they dispose or destroy the information collected from all the people who give them their information do they do it properly and securely? This is a red flag for any consumer.Then the lady at the office was so rude she got hysterical for one stupid simple reason. they have a Classy Hotel Ring Bell which I use 4 times since no one was attending. Before me was a delivery employee delivering car parts who had ring the bell 6 times before than me and NO ONE CAME TO ASSIST HIM. HE GOT SICK OF WAITING AND WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE AND TOLD ME I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 10+ MINUTES NO ONE HAS COME OUT TO RECEIVED THE PARTS AND TOLD ME GOOD LUCK I RING THE BELL 6 TIMES.Then I ring the bell a fifth time and the angry employee scream so mad and rude i couldnt help it! I was so angry but I show my education just because I was accompanied by a lady lucky for her I wouldnt hesitate to let this getto specimen what time it is, since I am a fearless believer of giving respect to all those who deserved and have respect for others, its more than clear this Beeeeeach has no class to be assisting customers ignoring customers when they are talking to her is disgusting and extremely rude employees with thes type of attitude have no place in any business and could not be trusted at all.In my personal opinion I will not recommend this place to anyone since they have no respect for the customers who spend their hard-earned money at their business.Its a shame since this place has one of the faces I respect for being a latino who says proudly his there to help his raza and community Like Juanito El Millonzuky...... employees like this disgusting Lady stains the image of the business the reputation and creates a bad word among the people.Like the lady who asks me to accompanied her to run my scanner on 5 of the vehicles she was even taken out of guard by the antipathetic attitude of the employee.In regards to the security, I give him 3 stars he is just doing his job and only follow directions, directions established by a business that are sloppy enough to have hired angry and unhappy employees who are not satisfied with their lives and jobs.To Juanito el millonzuky just the way you have bad customers who are stealing car keys, license plate stickers, or parts and they hurt your business this type of employees represent a threat to your integrity and customer satisfaction All towing and storage auction must learn attention to customer service its a must for any self-respected business who has pride doing business with the community.

My grandpa is 70 yrs old has been waiting for his title its been Over 2 months and still nothing. We keep getting the run around When we call no one ever answer the phone and no way of leaving a message. We live in LA we have drove a few times and nothing gets solved. Hopefully someone see this review and gets this matter solved.

They will sell you a lemon 80% of the time, they alter the odometer, they will NOT give you a tittle. It has been 6 months and I still have not recieved the tittle for two vehicles I paid for. Waste of time, waste of money, they owner mark (714)450-two693 is a bully when I comes to collecting money, then he hides when is time to hand the tittle. He will not answer your calls and ignore your text messages. This a shady place, do not waste your time and money.

This auction is not your usual auction they start bids off at ridiculous amounts some of the cars are nice but most are way to expensive for a so called auction its more like a used car lot than an auction I drove an hour to go to that place I will not be coming back

This place is great to buy cars from. You have to check them over fast unless you go during the week to check them out. The only reason i give it 4 stars is the bathrooms an outhouse which is totally gross with kids and the fact that you have to wait until the very end to pick up the cars. The paperwork process is extremely slow they need to either start it sooner or have more people and this last time i never did get the pink slip because they lost it. Which had never happened before. Yes they tried to fix it by giving me about 5 transfer papers but that just made a bigger headache at the dmv since they were not all signed properly.

I bought a car drove off for 1 city block. Turned around because transmisson went out. So security stops me makes me wait outside saying well talk to boss for you. But no refunds as is until I broke lemon laws down to them.Today is 2 29 2020. So as i look up get to talking around to people workers said dont talk loud well look out. But check this out the owner runing it said theres alot of these cars wrong.There was 8 refunded cars 3 exhanged sat us to the side after i had to take an exchange which i cant lie so far seems better or theyll sell it at the next auction for me. Scamers lemons and they were working people pregnant women familys with no remorse and illegally dont go out of maybe 100 cars 20 are good 80 🍋

I got the lemon power steering doesnt work and the transmission is bad brakes bad so be careful then you go to this auction I got a 2008 Ford escape and it going to cost a few thousand dollars to get it safe

Buyers Beware, this is a Very Shady Car Auction Sales place. On Auction day the owner will act like a bidder just to raise the price on their P.O.S. vehicles. Please dont waste your money here. My friend brought a car from here and found evidence that they rolled the odometer back to show the car was low mileage, it also had major engine and transmission damage. This place does not refund and my friend is out $1,700.00, . Please dont come here. Im hoping and wishing that Karma shuts this shady Place Down !!!!

Great cars but horrible customer service to be my first time. The guy that does the bidding on the cars go way to fast for me and others to understand what he saying. Need to get better on that. others that was trying to bid on cars the announcer decided on serting cars the bids were to low to let go so he canceled on three cars I wanted smh. Ultimately I was lucky to buy a car for my daughter, Next time Ill bring a translator to be sure I dont miss what he was saying.

I have been to different car auction and all of them have employees bidding to rise their price. No matter where do you go the auction place have a price to meet by the bank. At least on this one they tell you what is going on. Also they let you check the cars from monday to Friday if Im not mistaking. Just the bad part is the paper work is $150 instead of $100 like other places and the waiting time is slow. The other bad part is that you need to wait for the title of the vehicle for few days. At last their customer service is really poor.

This place advertises that some bids start at $300. When in reality they $800 and go up even thought no one is placed bids. I will never go to this place again. Unorganized. Takes then a few minutes to get the correct info.

Prices are high, only junk cars go for low. The announcer rises the bid and lowers the bid randomly and people go and just sit and watch. There starting bid in near to blue book

This place is a scam. They always start the bid at 500 and if it doesnt reach a certain amount they say get it out if here despite their cars all being TRASH. Every car Ive bought from them had problems EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THEM. It took me 2 months to receive my paperwork. Sad thing is they are abusing the nearby community with this scam. Do NOT support this scandalous place. If someone can shut them down, please do.

Heres my experience... Everything is pretty scummy. Juanito tries to be part of the people but is really fake and in it for the money ( btw his music is straight mediocre and makes a fool of himself). Everything they sell is defective 100% of the time and they always price cars more than the value even if it has a bad engine or transmission etc. The owner of this place is scummy as well and the entire staff knows whats going on. The staff even bids for cars just to rack up the price. Dont waste your money here. You wont get your paper work until many months later. Hope this place gets shut down and hopefully we see Juanito El milliomzuki in prison as well as his boss. Lawsuit incoming...
