Honest and respectful service!I had a very good experience at the service department here. I brought my car in for a sudden issue I was having and got it back within a few days. I got an oil change and brakes, too, while it was there since they were both needed. Everything was quick, friendly, and to the point. What I appreciated the most is that, unlike certain other service departments Ive been to, they didnt try to spook me into getting a bunch of extra services I didnt need. I got a good vibe from the place the entire time.
I bought my first car here 8 years ago and came back because of the wonderful customer service. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and funny, which made this experience another great one. Excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I needed a vehicle asap because the sun had blinded me and I went too far left between barrels in a construction zone, dropping a foot1/2 into concrete chunks and gravel. Tore out the bottom of my car so the car was totalled. I saw a car online I liked at Luther Bloomington Hyundai and was able to buy it the same day. They are very personable and efficient.

Chi-Cori “Chico” is the salesman I worked with and when I tell you he knows his stuff.. he knows his stuff! Great customer service! VERY honest, and VERY helpful & funny! I came into to buy a used car as my car was totaled in a car crash and he presented me what I was looking for but I didn’t end up liking it, but when he showed me a car of my interest (I told him the cars I liked) he brought a Kia Cadenza and when I tell you I fell in love after test driving! I fell in LOVE with it 😻😻 the process was so easy including financial! (love Luis). Anyway I blab too much, I apologize in advance but overall I LOVE them and they deserve this rating! I can’t wait to purchase more cars in the future with them !

Hybrids were new to us, and he took time explaining many of the features on our new Santa Fe and has contacted us a few times since to check in and see how things are going. I want to shout out this SERVICE center (and Austin - Service Advisor). I called to get my car in to service for something immediate. This is the only Hyundai service center close to my house that had an opening the next day! I was so happy!! In addition, the service done on my car was everything I wanted and cost was reasonable. Austin M, service advisor, was responsive to my questions and kept me posted on my car. This past weekend we went car shopping and wanted to also give a shout out to Chico (sales advisor) and Luis (finance guy) - both VERY helpful and great to work with!!!! Highly recommend.

My vehicle was inspected and was checked-in in timely manner. I was sent a video from the service center showing parts which were suggested for replacement. All in all, a very professional service!
Denied my warranty at 98,000. 100,000 drivetrain warranty is apparently something they electively choose to cover repairs with. Go elsewhere. It has been a teeth pulling experience to deal with them in every aspect. Ive experienced unprofessional, dismissive, and rude attitudes frequently.Karlene the service manager has been difficult and unprofessional in various ways as has Austin in the service department. From what I understand there are quite a few Hyundai’s right now that have motor related recalls. I’ve heard this from the tow driver and a few sales people.I’ve been a happy Hyundai customer for years. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles through them. I’m taking my money elsewhere from here on out.

Nate was awesome. No one had much for cars. Nate new off a vehicle they just received, but wasnt sure of its status. I almost renewed my lease for the 3rd consecutive time... terrible customer service. Salesmen reaching out to me when I have worked with the same guy for the past 5 years. Ive worked with Brandon in the past and now he no longer responds to me. Ive asked for a manager to reach out to me, or anyone for that matter and Ive gotten no response. Extremely disappointing is an understatement. Give a dealership your business who will actually appreciate you and knows how to provide customer service.

I purchased my car on August 31st and elected to receive the extended warranty, which was framed as something I can cancel at anytime. I decided that its not something that I needed a couple of weeks later and called to cancel. I was told it will not change my payment but instead my term loan length. It was not explained when I signed the paper that this would be the case. It changed my payment when I agreed to it so one would assume it would change the payment when its canceled. Aside from this, Ive had to reach out to the dealership THREE times to even speak to someone about my questions.Im extremely upset about this and I feel like this information was not properly disclosed or explained at the time of purchase. This is the 3rd car Ive purchased from a Luther dealership and this is by far the worst experience Ive had with them. I will not be a returning customer to this specific dealership and I will not refer anyone. Just completely deceptive.

Overwhelming customer service! Tracy and Luis took pains to see that I understood every step of the purchase process, always checking me for questions and answering them to my satisfaction. And these people are very easy to talk to. Go see them.
I knew the car I wanted from the get go. The person who helped me with the test drive and pricing was chill and cool. But the manager who tries to upsell you at the end was a giant headache. I told the dude, I don’t want the extended warranty. I don’t want gap insurance. He kept belittling me asking why I don’t want gap insurance. He says if my car gets totaled I have to pay an extra 5k out of pocket to pay off the loan. Im aware of that, I know how it works. I can afford that so I’m not worried about it, but he just wouldn’t stop and kept implying I was stupid for not taking it.
Got my car back from getting an oil change, the check sheet said fluid levels had been checked, coolant level was below the min line. Contacted the service agent, was told it might have been checked hot. They offered to fill it with coolant if I drove over there. I sent them a picture of the coolant level while hot (still below min line), they didnt acknowledge theyd made mistake and still just offered to top it off if I brought it in. After giving feedback, they offered to come pick it up to top it off but Im never bringing my car back to that shop again.
It was super easy, and Andy was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle I was looking for, in spite of the adversity in the current market with new cars and their availability. Go see Andy if you are looking for a new or used vehicle at Luther Bloomington Hyundai!

We own three Hyundai Sonata‘s and I’ve had a great experience until the last two years when my wife had warranty recall work that was required to be completed. We took the car to the dealership the work was completed and immediately after that a rattle noise began in the dash. My wife returned the vehicle to the dealership to have that noise eliminated which they then said they did then drove off and a short time later the noise returned. In the last two years we have returned the vehicle six times to try to get this noise eliminated and unfortunately they have not been able to solve the problem. I’m very disappointed that this cannot be resolved as we like the car except the noise is unacceptable. I wish I could post the video to show how bad it is.
Is this real life? The leadership at Hyundai seems to believe that surveys are the life blood of customer satisfaction. In reality, its 2021 and everyone knows that without a 100% score, the people who actually do the work are the ones that get extra work. I keep getting survey after survey. I do one for Hyundai and then it sends me to a third party site. How is this real? I wish I would have a survey for the leadership team who decided this was a good idea? Stop making people do surveys they antiquated and it shows the leadership doesnt actually know whos buying cars in 2021.

He did the same for my work mini van. My newest hybrid Sante Fe was just as easy, the longest part was waiting for it to arrive from overseas. Sean & team provided wonderful customer service and took good care of my vehicle. I came to get a new set of tires and Sean actually came to me while in the waiting room and notified me that the treads on my tires were still in great shape. Although, I still chose to get the new set of tires as they were a quality upgrade in brands, it was still very nice of him to make me aware before just following through with the service. I live on in the north/northwest suburbs but continue to go to Bloomington Hyundai because of the tremendous service.
I have always been very pleased with the service that i have gotten at this dealership. The only thing that I would comment negatively on is the cost to do extra items, like to patch a tire was $50 when I could get it done for $25. Maybe look at your extra costs. Know your prices. But I absolutely love their service.

The sun roof on my 2015 hyundai sonata ripped apart when on the freeway. Took it to the dealership, they repaired it at no cost under warranty and recall. Repair - Bad job. Now the lining is hanging down. Just called to get in and no appointment until September 15. If I leave my car, I can get in at any time??????? Their fault and I am being inconvenienced?? Dont buy your car here.
Chico was great. There was no up selling. I knew what I wanted. The atmosphere at the dealership was welcoming and helpful. I had several people ask me upon stepping foot through the front door how they could help or assist me in anyway. I happened to ask for chico due to someone elses advise on their experience working with him. Im quite happy with the whole process. The financing was great. I came pre-approved though my bank, they did the application and as they had told me earlier they found several lenders who had a much lower apr percentage. I would recommend this dealership for anyone who lacks in buying confidence or knowledge. They are very good people and are there to make your day go as smoothly as possible. Several weeks after I also got an email asking me how everything was going and if there was anything chico or the dealership could help me with. They are the best in my opinion.

I had very bad experience with Bloomington Hyundai service department. I don’t recommend for any color people. One time I had hear about them but how discrimination black peoples. I gave one start because there is no half star. I will never go there even I will inform about their brutal behavior for our friends, coworkers and any person who I know. NO MORE HYUNDAI

Before you even think of buying a car at Luther Bloomington Hyundai, read my horror story and take heed. This is the absolute worst car dealership. I live in Minneapolis so I helped my daughter (in Memphis, TN) to buy a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai from this dealership. Its been almost an entire month and the nightmarish process is ongoing. We paid $800 to get the $21,000 car shipped, but the car sat on the lot for a week without pick and the dealership blamed truckers. After some research, we learned that the dealership was offering only a fraction of that money for drivers to pickup the vehicle in Minnesota and transport it to Tennessee. Thats why nobody would take the car. Once we told the dealership that we knew they were the reason the car hadnt been delivered, they got it shipped. The car that arrived was definitely not in Certified Pre-Owned condition. It had a broken bumper and dents. The damage upon delivery to my daughter was documented by the truck driver. When we spoke to Paul Stahkne, a sales manager, he said they had no way of verifying if the shipper or dealership caused the damage and the dealership wouldnt pay for repairs if the shipper wouldnt take responsibility. He said the best he would do is offer a $300.00 check- take it or leave it. He said they also wouldnt refund her money or take the car back. The dealership breached the contract since the purchase agreement was not for a damaged used vehicle. The agreement was to pay a premium for a CPO vehicle. Paul said that if the car was in-state, he would have somebody tape and glue the bumper together and then paint over it. Unbelievable! When a Tennessee bodyshop called Paul to share their repair estimate, Paul tried to convince them to tape and glue the bumper. They were clear that it needs to be replaced due to the placement of the break. At this point, Paul and everyone else at the dealership stopped returning our calls. Its a nightmare. Were crafting a formal complaint to the state attorney generals office but that should not be necessary. Theres a complete lack of professionalism at Luther Bloomington Hyundai. The used car sales managers (Mike and Paul) in particular are extremely rude and condescending. Paul even hung up in my face when I called to verify his last name for the complaint letter. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. Our salesman (Chi-cori) was very very pleasant, but things went downhill from there. We even had problems with the finance department refusing to return calls and emails once we elected to use a credit union instead of their financing partners. They treated my daughter horribly and she couldnt do much about it from Tennessee. So I left work at least 5 times to show up at the dealership. My daughter now has four days left to get the proper titling paperwork from the finance department or she will not be able to legally drive the newly purchased car. This experience is absolutely awful. I love Hyundai CPO cars and I will continue to buy and recommend them; but I absolutely recommend AGAINST Luther Bloomington Hyundai. If you need a Hyundai in the TC area, try Buerkle Hyundai in Saint Paul. Theyve always shown absolute commitment to customer service and professionalism.

Everything was great and quick. I found the car on FB, called them to schedule appointment. They just said come over. I showed up in 40 minutes and in 1.5 hour (including test drive) I left the dealership with the car. The only what I can’t tell is how easy they negotiate car prices. I just paid the sticker price and left. My bad :-)

Very good service. They have integrity. Last time I did oil change they said that the second service would be free. This time it was indeed free. Not only that, all services are perfect, including car washing and vacuuming inside the car.
I have had a bit of trouble with this location in the past, but in this instance there was nothing but smooth sailing. Frankly, it was the easiest interaction Ive ever had with them. There was a recall on my vehicle for some small computer component, and also a little scheduled maintenance that needed to be done as well. Was in and out in about 90 minutes for it to get handled. No issues, pleasant and informative staff.

This was SUCH a wonderful experience! I worked with Ben Gates in Sales and he was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming from start to finish. It took me awhile to get into the dealership as I kept putting it off. Once I set up an appointment to see a couple of cars in person, I told him, I really dont want this to be salesly, and am super apprehesive. Ben built rapport right away and it felt less of a transaction and more of an interaction. Ben was extremely patient and listened to all of my concens. It was such a great experience, and am super glad I found my car!I would also like to shoutout Luke in Finance. He was also super helpful during the process, and answered all of my questions. Hes a great people person, and also was extremely patient as I took my time to find the solution that best fit my needs.Shoutout to both Ben and Luke.
