If I could give 6+ stars I would. We first found Community Nissan of Bloomington on Google and found a car that we liked. We noticed that you could call and schedule a test drive so we did. When we arrived all we had to do was walk through the front door and ask for the individual we scheduled with. First off, we were greeted with a warm welcome. VERY knowledgeable staff. The car we wanted to test drive was ready when we arrived. Every single question we had was answered. We ended up getting a brand new car for the first time. Jeff was fantastic to work with. Friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and respectful, Jeff helped us decide what car was best for US and not a car to just sell some customers. Jeff was quick to listen to our wants and needs, he was absolutely top notch. After we found the car that we wanted the paperwork was easily handled by the team. Hannah was wonderful to work with (as well as all the staff we came in contact with) she was able to get different options for financing available for us and provide different options for warranty and explained everything perfectly. Hannahs knowledge about the services her company offers is awesome. After the paperwork was complete, Jeff once again surprised us and made sure we knew every option we had with our brand new Nissan Rogue, and reviewed everything! These people are a team. Be careful taking your vehicle here for an oil change, they have some crooks working in the service department. My fiance took her vehicle here for a simple oil change and they took advantage of her and her lack of knowledge with vehicles and upsold her on other things that she did not need. She never received a phone call that her vehicle was done but when we showed up it was outside waiting for her, so thats always nice.. When she went to pay it was over $300! That is an absolute joke. They should have let her know the price of these things before doing them. They are just preying on people who dont know any better. NEVER stepping foot in this crooked establishment again.

I drove in three lots looking at inventory and at least 4-5 Community Nissan staff members were the only ones that came out to greet me...all of them waving and smiling. Hannah Barton came out and answered all of my questions about the trucks and lured me in with 0% financing! From start to finish, it was a smooth process and Hannah was transparent with everything! I was offered a great trade-in allowance on my car and I was also offered a great price on their truck. We were in and out in no time at all. It was a very happy experience! I absolutely dread buying a car typically because I hate feeling pressured. This time was different!!! Kyler took excellent care of me from the first call until even the day after! He genuinely wanted me to get the car I loved. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I got a great deal, had an amazing customer service experience, and love my new ride!!! Thank you! My husband and I are still confused about what we were told about work that needed done to our breaks. We were quoted almost $500 for replacing break pads and something about the pistons, but no one could explain to us what exactly was wrong and the person we spoke to on the phone told us something different than what we were told in person when we picked our car up. We got a second opinion and ended up getting the brakes done elsewhere for $140. Maybe it was a miscommunication? Either way the experience made us feel like we will not return to Nissan for further service in the future.

My situation had lots of variables dealing with multiple states, COVID complications with expired licenses, surprise gift, etc. They were quick to communicate and delivered on everything that they promised. No typical banter when negotiating. I asked for the best price period and they provided that without any pressure. Jeff created a customized video for me going through all of the features and benefits of the vehicle. They were flexible with ALL of my needs and it was a great experience working with them. They even stayed after hours to make sure that we got the vehicle that we wanted. I noticed wheel bearings problems on my 2018 frontier. I took my vehicle in for an 80k mile inspection and asked them to look at the bearing, they said it was fine. It failed about 3 weeks later on a weekend leaving me scared to drive it to work during outage season; this is basically the worst time to fail which is why I had hoped to get the problem addressed early. I changed the bearing myself at the cost of a part, half a day of PTO, my pride at work, and my time. I’m not sure if they didn’t want to change it because I have an extended warranty and they wouldn’t make any money or if they just couldn’t diagnose failed wheel bearing.I went back shortly after that to check on a leak I noticed in my driveway. They would not find the problem (it was the front right axel seal) and recommend that I put a “puppy pad” under my truck if I don’t like puddles. I am not exaggerating here, this is what I was told by nissan’s mechanic.I have since traded the truck in for a Toyota and will never buy from Bloomington Community again. I was a big fan of my Nissan until this happened, it’s sad that this dealer doesn’t care about its customers.

This place is amazing! I had a 2002 mazda protege that had broken down and I had decided to try and find a newer one. As a college graduate who has never made car loan payments or knew nothing about getting a car from a dealership, I was very nervous about what to do. I had looked around Bloomington with no luck or interest in what others were selling. Once I had entered the Nissan Community Cars building, I was warmly greeted with the highest quality of customer service, was led through affordable choices, and was even given free pizza/drinks! After a couple of choices, I had decided to put my interest towards a 2017 Kia Forte, which my mom currently has and I know would serve me well. In a short couple of days of deciding, I was completely sold! Everything about this place is amazing and they will not scam you, even if you have average credit! Highly recommended from my personal experience!
