Purchased a used vehicle from them, which went fine, but they dont go out of their way to help customers.I had my vehicle towed to their service center to fix a problem and they had it at their facility for a week with spotty communication with the rep.They finally say that the vehicle needs to be towed to a different dealer to get proper repairs. They claim the repairs likely wont be covered under my warranty. Fine, but you would think they would at least lend a hand and cover the additional tow. Instead, Ive been without a vehicle for a week, I have to pay for towing my vehicle a second time, and pay this other dealer for fixing the issue. The only solution they offered was to get an extended warranty. Lovely.

Stay away they were dishonest on warranty and damaged my car with the aftermarket items. They charged me $1200 for remote replacement. I called to cancel they said they never received my call. I have phone records. See you in court!UPDATE: They didn’t try to call me a few times that is dishonest (why people I be this mad then) and they have my email to email me the forms but don’t. Also their phone lines are currently down. Horrible experience.

Very efficient experience.Greeted soon after I pulled in by service advisor David.Good explanation of what was going to be done.Service advisor said he would call me at home to let me know what they found out. He did.Service advisor also said he would call me when my car was done. He did.Paperwork was ready for me when I arrived to pick up my car.I was not feeling well as I recently had surgery and service advisor, David, recognized that and offered me his chair until I could regain my balance and sea legs.He wanted me to call him to let him know that I got home safely. Not many people go that far for customer service. I was very impressed. (I did make it home fine and I did call him back)

Richard G. was very helpful. He informed me that me tires treads were getting low and recommended getting them replaced. He showed me the price of OEM tires and gave me a quote for labor and tire disposal so that I could shop around. He was honest and wasnt pushing the sale. He gave me his number if I wanted to move forward with the purchase. Excellent Customer Service.

We went in to test drive a vehicle to see if we would like driving it as much as we liked looking at it. The experience was so easy and smooth. We worked with William and he was the best salesman ever! He didnt try to push us to make any decisions. He wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered and even sent us a follow up email. Your service was excellent as far as the work done but had called the day before and made an appointment provided by your answering service and made sure that I got the car to you by the time given only to hear when I got to Lupient that they do not make appointments for the service I desired and I told that it would be at least an hour and a half before they could get to my vehicle (for the oil change and checkup on the other fluids. So I had hurried to make an appointment without purpose. I was going to wait while the service was performed but had a relative come and pick me up. I believe that you should change your phone message because they gave me an appointment time and it was not honored. We live in TX but had come to visit our daughters and grandchildren here. This was the second time we had made use of Lupient to service our Chevy.

I have been working with one of the best service advisors at Lupient Chev for several years now, his name is Todd Wilson. He is always very friendly and courteous and takes the time to explain all repairs so that I can completely understand them. He is also very honest and tells me when I can expect to have an upcoming repair in the near future so that I can start to budget for it, this trait is hard to find in the auto repair business.The next time you need an auto repair go to Lupient Chev and ask for Todd Wilson, you will not be disappointed.

I brought my 2014 Chevy volt in that was having trouble starting. They recommended replacing the battery after discussing the details with them. My appointment was for the next day but after letting them know I was going to grab an Uber to go all the way across the city they let me squeeze in quick. Nate and Jimmy in the service department provided the best service I have ever had at a dealership. I would recommend them 100% of the time. Thanks guys.

Will Moore, the salesman who I worked with, made it a wonderful car-buying experience. This is my first new car purchase, and Will went above and beyond to make it great. ReidAnderson, finance manager was pleasant and helpful too. The only negative experience had was after doing a walk-around of the car with Will we noticed some scratches. One in particular is deep enough that Will filled out a We Owe paper for me to come back and have it fixed at a time when they had someone specialized to work on it. I live 100 miles away, and stated that I would need some sort of reimbursement for gas and mileage on my new car. When Will politely confronted a man, presumably a manager behind the front desk whose name I didnt catch, this man came up and began angrily yelling at us that it wasnt his responsibility to cover this, as it was my choice to make a long drive for a vehicle. I had just signed away a good deal of money for a new car that should not be damaged. We were displeased as this is how this man treats customers. All other encounters with the dealership were great minus this one brief encounter.

Everything was great minus the signing up for an appointment and then being told the people who just showed up got first preference. I brought my car in at 9am for my scheduled appointment, work did not begin until 3 in the afternoon. When asked about this I was told people who just show up get first preference and appointments dont really matter. This is fine if you can swing this but for a family with two kids in traveling sports, appointments are needed to help with the flow of everything. As it turned out my son was late to his 6:00 baseball game and this really should not happen if you have a scheduled appointment.

I returned because I had a good experience the last time I went there. This time was a completely different story. They were rude and short. Misinforming. Charged me $150 for diagnostics. I asked if they could put my new plates on and they said yes but then did not even though they apparently took my whole car apart to do diagnostics on it. It was even an item on my invoice. We called to express the experience and no one cared they just said sorry. My boyfriend and his dad ended up changing my oil for me at our place and found the caps off the AC ports. Not pleased what so ever.

Chuck Evans completely won us over. We were trying to decide between a Arcadia and the traverse. Chuck was so great to work with and so nice, that had a huge part in our decision!We had some issues with the finance guy and his attitude and we’re considering walking away. The financial guy literally told us he didn’t care if we left and really ruined our buying experience. BUT once again Chuck saved the day and only because of him we left that day with our new Traverse. I will be recommending Chuck to everyone I know.

I bought a used truck from this dealership. They stated that the truck was in good condition and they did a multiple point test of the whole truck. After purchasing the truck, it broke down after two days. Since then I have had to pay 3k in fixes from things that they said worked well. Do not trust this dealership.

Lupient refused to do service on my car for a Safety recall because my title is salvaged.When I asked why they wouldnt, no reasonable explanation was given, just that it was salvaged.I found another dealer nearby that mentioned theres no reason that Lupient should not be able to do this.They will be doing the recall, and will get my positive review.I set up an appointment ahead of time, dropped the car off on schedule only to get home and receive a call that they would not service my car.If they werent going to service my car, at least do the background research beforehand to see if they will be able to service it.That just seems like such a simple procedure. Verify that the car can be serviced before wasting my time, and their time.Not only did they refuse to do a safety recall on my vehicle, but the interactions and treatment that employees gave were anything but friendly.I will never come back to this poor excuse of a dealership.I could say a lot more, but Ive wasted enough time as it is and feel Ive been clear enough; I hope to have at least saved someone elses time.

I spoke with Chuck Evans on Tuesday afternoon. He came out right away to help us! We were interested in a $12K vehicle they had on the lot. Took us inside and we told him what we were looking for and what we had to spend. I said we would like to spend between $12K and $14K. We also told him we had a car to trade in. He said he would give us $4000 on our trade in and what we had wasnt enough to get anything within our budget. We then went to a Chevy dealership on the north end of town. They gave me $6000 on my trade in and put us in a $20K vehicle. A bit more than originally want to spend but they worked with me and my finances. Just goes to prove people judge. I have several visible tattoos but I make good money. He just seemed very dismissive. Not a good experience.

This place was horrible. 18k for an Equinox which after pulling off the lot had to return for an alignment immediately. So much for that full-check they talk about? After we were told about the warranty and sold on that we discovered that they were conditions that were very sneaky and aimed at making the company more money by requiring all of our servicing to be done through them for the warranty to be valid. Warranty was one of the reasons we chose this dealership instead of another and it turned out to be a disadvantage. We understand there is always fine print, but the sales practice was very shady. Then after that, they tried to call us and tell us that we owed $500 for a special brake light package that they put in and didn’t take out before they sold it to us. For oil changes be sure to make an appointment because even though they tell you you don’t need an appointment if you don’t make an appointment you’ll be there for hours and hours. Further, there were details on the vehicle which were less than desirable at purchase, including what appeared to be dog hair throughout the back. Sorry, but just not worth what we paid AT ALL and experience was awful.

Excellent Customer Service!After my sons stroller keyed my car, I reached out to Lupient Chevrolet to see if I could purchase touch-up paint. The gentlemen confirmed they had it in stock and encouraged me to stop by the autobody shop for a quick complimentary assessment when I arrived to confirm it would indeed cover the scratch. Not only did they confirm it would work, they also offered to take care of the touch-up free of charge if I purchased the paint from them. While I was purchasing the touch-up paint, Caleb, the gentleman at their auto body, took it upon himself to buff out some paint transfer I received from my garage (it was a rough car month). THEN asked if it would be okay if he could take my car through the carwash (AGAIN COMPLIMENTARY), to make sure the wax sealed the area he buffed out. He proceeded to fix the scratch and the car looks AWESOME!I am ELATED that I spent $31 on touch-up paint, didnt have to test my paint skills, got work done while Caleb did the work, and he erased my paint transfer which I was going to take on with DW-40 and a magic eraser (youtube solution). Instead, I received high-end, professional care, a car wash, and my car looks like my July mishaps never happened.I was so thrilled with this level of care, I went into their dealership area to see what new cars they had available as we have been playing with the idea of trading in my car for an SUV. If we do move forward with buying a new Chevy, it will 100% be from Lupient Chevrolet! They have my highest recommendation.Caleb, thank you. You made my day!

I recently moved to the twin cities and went to Lupient Chevy for a tune up. The service was great and efficient. Most importantly I was NOT pressured into spending more money then I had planned, they simply informed me of some issues that could come up in the near future and instead of recommending a urgent or unessaary repair, they educated me on how to keep an eye out for signs that the issue had become critical and provided me with a service managers direct line. Great place to buy, service someplace else though. I prepaid for oil changes. I schedule a time to come in, and they act like I didn’t have an appointment. They said, “gosh, we’re really busy. It will be 2 or 3 hours”. He said come back on a Tuesday or Wednesday between 11 and 3. It is Tuesday at 1:30!!I’m sitting at Leroys where they are getting me in and out in 20 minutes. Leroys is the best!

We arrived at 1:55 PM for a schedule 2:15 PM oil change and tire rotation. I knew I was early and that I may have to wait a bit longer, but was okay doing so as I intended on speaking with a salesperson about leasing and financing options for a new car as well as doing a test drive since my current lease is maturing soon. I did not realize that this appointment would turn into sitting at Lupient Chevrolet for 3.5 hours.We checked in with Rich at the service desk multiple times and were promised updates and never got any. Then, we thought we were good to go at one point, signed off on my maintenance sheet and then were handed the keys to someone elses car, even though we were shown a dirty filter that I paid to have replaced, which we now do not know if it belonged to my car or not. This resulted in nearly another hour long wait, which during this time I saw a car parked in the lot that I thought looked like mine, but since we were not updated assumed it was a look alike. Once we were finally updated that it was done and I was handed my keys, I realized the look alike car in the lot was in fact mine and had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes. This excessively long experience caused me to be late to a originally scheduled 5 PM appointment that I changed to 5:45 PM (since I was held up at Lupient) in Plymouth.I generally have had good experiences at Lupient over the past nearly 4 years. I only had issues twice in the past with some questionable rushed work done on my car and one other experience of having to wait longer than normal/expected. This last experience takes the cake on the worst dealership/service experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, this experience has made me explore a different Chevrolet dealer closer to my home since it seems the drive to Lupient is no longer worth it. The other dealer seemed to offer more competitive pricing for a new vehicle as well. I really hope that Lupients process becomes more refined.Unfortunately, I know the pandemic has caused some issues with staffing and creating backlogs of maintenance appointments. If that is the case, fewer appointments should be allowed to be booked or the customer should be notified that wait times are excessive and I would have scheduled a later date for service or planned better as to not have been stranded waiting for my car.

Reid was great to work with for the financing. Overall a very pleasant experience.I will say that their waiting room could use some help. Rafael was really helpful. Im high risk for Covid-19 so I pretty much stayed in my sons vehicle & Rafael allowed him to bring out documents for signature. Did have to return next day to bring more documents but again Rafael came out to my car to get them.

Came in today need a car ASAP our blew up and we aren’t from the cities and were 300 miles from our home town and William Moore was amazing and helping us find and get into the car I love!!!! Sent the car through the car wash before even test driving it. Also washed it again and had it detailed right before purchase. Great customer service, and Raphael was super helpful, and flexible. Make my appointment with my favorite service advisor, drive in, say good morning to Todd Wilson, he tells me no problem, relax so I go up to the service lounge, grab a bottle of water and watch tv. You should have a newspaper up there and be able to control the volume.ThanksDennis Diedrich
