Our experience at Bloomington Chrysler Jeep would get more than 5 stars if that was possible. Many of us have the picture of car salesmen as slick fast talkers who will say whatever it takes to get a sale. Ryan was anything but; very personable and knowledgeable but giving us no pressure. The other personnel we dealt with were just as personal and knowledgeable as well. Regarding getting a trade in price on our vehicle, the used car manager kept us updated on what they were checking. In the end, we felt the price they gave us was very fair. The reason we decided to go to Bloomington Chrysler Plymouth was the recommendation of our sonas well as friends who purchased cars there and were very complementary. They were right.

I am in total awe with how fast Shelby Parker contacted me after submitting an inquiry through Bloomington Chryslers website which is on point and easy to navigate. I made an inquiry during the early-early morning around 5am, and Shelby responded within 15 mins which is unheard of, let alone at that time in the morning and before business hours even I have made inquiries at other businesses and still not even a word back days later. Right from the start, we could feel the difference in this dealership. Jamie took Great care of us and our needs, the owner made us iced caramel cappuccinos (!) and the finance guy’s (Sorry, I’ve forgotten his name-nice guy!) daughter passed out homemade chocolate chip cookies! I bought a used Ford Fusion from here in August 2021. Anthony Gibbons was my salesperson, and did a fantastic job. Very kind and personable guy. This is my first experience buying a car here, but it is far and away the best, quickest, most efficient experience Ive had yet. I always dread buying a vehicle - the long wait, going through financing, etc. - but this was really, truly so quick and painless. I arrived on a Saturday morning around 9ish and was out, with everything completed, in well less than two hours. Not bad at all! One caveat is that I was given a very high-level explanation of the vehicle as well as the financing and title paperwork, which is more than fine with me (saves time) but more detail-oriented people might balk at that and want more thorough explanations. Fantastic overall experience (love the coffee bar!) and will absolutely go back someday.

He arranged to have it repaired for free. It was a long day for Steve and that made the purchase easy for me. Neither Steve nor the finance officer used any high pressure to get the sale. And overall, he is just genuinely a great person to work with and a nice guy. All my questions were answered, and if he didn’t know, he took time to find out. No BS. Just a smooth transaction. This is the best car purchase transaction I’ve had in years. My only concern is lack of a warranty, aside from extended power train warranty, on a fairly expensive vehicle going out the door. Only time will tell on that particular detail. But other than that, the trade-in process was fair, the used car manager was good to work with and the dealership manager even brought me an ice machiato while I waited for the financial details to be figured. I’d do business with this type of dealership any day of the week. Thanks guys!

My sale person Matt Hanson was very good and would recommend. Without going into great detail though the car manger over seeing the sale had some techniques I found disapproving. Basically what can we say to value your vehicle less than its worth while dealer puts high retail on theirs. Would actually give 3 1/2 stars if possible but gave four because of total experience.

Found a used car online that I was interested in, submitted a form on the site and was speaking with a salesperson shortly after. I worked with Steve Bush, he was friendly, not pushy at all, and made the experience enjoyable all around. He educated me on the warranty the vehicle I was looking at had, what could be purchased, and didnt pressure me into the additional warranties that I said no to.I will say this, the price you see online seems like the price youll pay for the vehicle youre looking at--at least that was my experience. I gave an effort while speaking with their used car manager to get them to budge on the price. I knew coming in that it was a comparably solid deal, however, I still had to try--they did not budge. He gave me a spiel on feeling like winning when negotiating the trade-in value of my car and the price for the car I was looking at. I couldve done without that. In the end, we were able to come to an out the door price that I felt good with.The finance manager, Don, was friendly and both he and Steve were understanding of me dropping the ball on having the lien release for my paid-off car, something I overlooked. I was able to order and have it expedited to the dealership.All-in-all, Id say it was a positive experience. Steve was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and not at all pushy.

We travelled out of our home state to buy a used Jeep sight-unseen from BCJDR. They were truthful in their description of the vehicle, easy to work with from salesman to manager to finance, and willing to take care of a couple small things we found. Whats more, on our trip home the following day, we noticed signs of a warped rotor that we had not caught on our test drive. I called the manager back knowing that the deal was done and he didnt have to help with anything, but he didnt hesitate to offer to pay for corrective service or replacement at our local Jeep dealer. They ended up covering the cost of 4 new rotors for us. Very pleased that they would treat us this well as new customers from out of state.

Was looking at a Mitsubishi Outlander, Jamie in sales was great. His boss, Jeff Halsne, was wildly unprofessional. We tried to negotiate price, apparently their prices are fixed. That’s fine, a simple no would suffice. Instead we were lectured, insulted, and belittled. Jeff seemed to take pleasure in letting us know he felt we were scum because we attempted to negotiate price. I should’ve listened to our friends who work at other dealerships who advised us against coming here. I can now confirm their reputation in the business is absolutely warranted. Don’t bring your business here, there’s plenty of other places you can go that know how to act professionally.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve had. I would give 10 stars if I could. Remember this name: Dan Velasquez! Ask for him. I just purchased my 5th Jeep but this is the first new Jeep I’ve had built and shipped. I was a little nervous/apprehensive about buying a vehicle I hadn’t seen or driven but I worked with Dan, who was very patient with me. He sent me texts, videos and emails when I had questions. He walked me through multiple features and options, and when he wasn’t sure about something, he asked an expert. I never felt pressured. And as just a plain ol’ girl walking in there without her husband, I wanted to be treated fairly and taken seriously. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle and just hope he’s still there in the future when it’s time for #6!

We got a great deal on a 2012 GMC Terrain. Only one issue was that it was obviously previously owned by a smoker. Anthony was kind enough to run it through detailing again and get it on an ionizer before we picked it up. However, within a couple of days the smoke smell was back, but seemingly worse. I had called the store and asked for a manager to return my call. Jeff called back the very next day. I explained the situation and told him that I had a detailer who guaranteed to get rid of the smell. Jeff offered to reimburse me for that additional detailing job. True to his word, I sent him the invoice and received a check for the full reimbursement a few days later. I was truly expecting to never hear from these guys again, but they followed through and made one very satisfied customer. We will be buying more cars from Bloomington Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!

My wife called to confirm the vehicle we were looking at was available. The call was answered promptly. We took the car for a test drive and opted to view other vehicles elsewhere. We didnt feel pressured to purchase. We ended up coming back after finding other vehicles of the same make and model didnt compare. The salespeople and receptionist were friendly and helpful. They made sure we checked out the vehicle to confirm there were no issues before the purchase was finalized. They even made sure the vehicle was clean as well. I highly recommend this place if you want great service and a great vehicle. They also have transparent pricing too.

I was looking around for wranglers and a car salesman Ryan McCarthy helped me. He had amazing service and walked me around the lot and showed me the different options of wranglers. Only salesman that took me seriously and helped me out. He gave me different options and price quotes for them. Best service I’ve had with any jeep dealerships.
