The 2009 F150 we purchased with only 81995 miles has broken down twice. We have ONLY put 494 miles on it. The truck was purchased for another crew to run in our concrete company. Needless to say it is just a lemon. We would be happy to return the truck for a refund of our $9500. Were still at a loss since after taxes and fees it is $10674 plus company logos, tinted windows, etc. Losing money every day having the truck out of commission isnt reasonable. The owner did offer only $8000 to buy it back because hes had to put money into it but for some reason the customer is penalized when theyll turn right around and unload it onto someone else. So let me get this straight you made money when you sold it to us, you are trying to make money off me again for buying it back cheaper, and youll make money again by turning around and unloading it off on someone else? 8 days having the truck not in use at $1500 per day loss of profit plus the $1500 they want to take off for buying it back equals $13500 loss on our end. Hopefully theyll do whats right or itll be a huge lawsuit after its all said and done.

I purchased a car from Jay at AutoNet Broker this past spring. The sales process was easy and painless. I took the car to a local mechanic to have it checked over, which Jay happily agreed to. They pointed out that one of the shocks was shot, but found no major issues. We agreed on a price, and I purchased the car - no issues, even as an out-of-state buyer. Later, when I was working on replacing the worn out shock, I noticed that something seemed off with how the car was sitting. Long story short, one tire on the car was the wrong size (205/60 R15 instead of 205/50 R16, so it was too big). Jay had told me he had put new tires on when I was looking at the car, so I sent him an email about the error. Jay spoke with his tire guy, and they agreed to send me a check for the cost to have a local tire place put the correct size matching tire on the car. All in all, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend paying Jay a visit at AutoNet Broker the next time youre looking for a vehicle.

We purchased a car from Jay 2 months ago and took it to a local mechanic to check it. We were told that the brakes and wheel bearings probably need changing. When we told Jay about it, he suggested we leave the car for 2 days for him to look into it. When we came back, he had changed the front brakes and rotors, and said that if the wheel bearings turn out to be an issue within the next month, he will make sure to cover the repairs. And indeed, he reimbursed us for the cost of new wheel bearings.Jay was very friendly during the sales process which went very smoothly. We bought a 2007 Hyundai Veracruz from them just short of a year ago. I dont leave quick reviews on a purchase like a car, but we had such a good experience with Jay that I had to leave a review. First off, Jay was extremely reasonable. We had one issue that he dealt with right away. He does honest business, which is the highest praise I can give. We drove down from Wheaton and will consider buying from him again. The car itself is gorgeous. It was driven and taken care of by a one-owner, female doctor. This thing is on par with a Lexus. It drives great and the wife and kids have been happy with the switch from the Honda Odyssey. We had an extremely good experience and I can highly recommend these guys.
