This place is about as crooked as they come.Why?Well I will tell you...My friend purchased a vehicle from this facility. On a test drive with the salesman, he noted the transmission flaring under light throttle and the salesman was quick to shut him down and tell him not to worry about it and it might just need a sensor. He was also told the vehicle had a factory remote start, but that also didnt work.This vehicle came to me less than 10 days after he purchased it. The reason it was brought in was for the transmission flaring between gears and slipping going up hills, and also because his remote start didnt work.The remote start is disabled due to faults in the computer that cause the check engine light to illuminate. The check engine light did not illuminate because it was physically removed from the instrument cluster. The reason the bulb was removed is because not only did this vehicle need a transmission repair, it also needed catalytic converters, and timing chains, air bag sensors for the SRS system.When you cycle a vehicles key to the on/acc position, the check engine light will illuminate without the vehicle running, every vehicle does this. Except when you remove the bulb for the check engine light. This is something I would expect a facility such as this to know. Im also curious how they missed all of these issues on there 127 point vehicle inspection?Had this facility disclosed all of the problems this vehicle had it wouldnt be such a big deal. But fraudulently covering them up to make a sale is no way to run a business. A quick search on the better business bureau will give you an idea of the other clever things they have done.Im sure they will respond on here by saying it was good when they looked at it, it was good when it was in our shop, it was not. It was not good, it was full of problems on day one. Even if that were the case, they were unaware of all the issues, they should have no problem taking the vehicle back and returning his money. The absolutely refused to take the car back he spent $7,000 on just days before. If this isnt convincing read the BBB, Ill be going down that avenue next.

Avoid this place at all cost! I have had the worst experience with this place. I didn’t even have my 2014 Kia Sorento for 2 days before it started having issues. There’s so many negative things that I’ve had happen to me with my car ever since I bought it. One night I was coming home from work and smoke started coming from the hood, there was a strong smell of gas, the battery icon stayed on my whole ride home from work. I am very upset. It took a whole day to get someone on the phone about this issue and even when I got someone on the phone I was told that I would receive a call back multiple times. As I type this, I still don’t have a working vehicle as the Kia is still in the shop and I called the mechanic today for an update—still nothing. No vehicle under 100k miles should have smoke coming from the hood. I forgot to mention, the warranty I bought didn’t even cover my whole towing fee and I think that is absurd due to the fact that I just purchased this car and none of the issues that I’m having were caused by me. I am so upset right now that im having to pay on a vehicle that I can’t even drive. I would never recommend this place to anyone😡🤬

At first I thought this was a great experience, everything went through really fast and I was in a new to me 2015 Chevy Trax within days of inquiring about it.Then the issues started. The day I went to do paperwork and test drive (July 2), the vehicle suddenly wasnt at this location so I would need to come back the next day to actually drive it and get the vehicle in my possession.The next day (July 3) I get into this vehicle and right away the touchscreen does not work at all. They couldnt figure it out and told me someone would call and schedule a time for me to get it fixed by them. The gas tank was also at one notch essentially empty which is appalling for a dealership lot.A few days later we realized there was a tail light out and a licence plate light dangling in the back. I sent an email of my frustrations and they said they would take care of it.A week later (July 10) I needed to go in and redo paperwork because they had a typo for the odometer. Okay, sure whatever, mistakes happen. While there I ask again about getting the touch screen and tail light fixed. (I had fixed the licence plate light myself already).The excuse given for the wait was that they were waiting on the bulb for the tail light to come in. My boyfriend went to Napa Auto on Sunday and replaced the bulb in less than 2 minutes. So whatever this hold up was - was ridiculous since its an easy to obtain bulb.Now here we are going on three weeks later and I still do not have a working touchscreen which controls all volume, phone and car settings. I was told Monday (July 20) Id get a call the next day. Its now July 22. I emailed around noon. No response. What started off as a great experience has turned into a nightmare.

It was nice to go to a dealership and have the salesperson not pressure me into buying something. Mike gave me a fare trade amount unlike most dealerships and they have a large selection of vehicles. Mike transported a vehicle from another one of their stores so I could look at the two trucks I was interested side by side. The prices are competitive with others and Becky the finance person was able to setup my financing with my current Credit Union.

Always make sure to call first before going to check out a vehicle. I guess they sell vehicles but they still stay listed on the website even a week later (not even showing that the sale is pending) until all funds are through. It doesn’t take a genious to figure out that anything listed for sale no matter what it is...is considered actively FOR SALE . It something is pending you indicate pending!! When hoping for an apology Managers response was...”for what? Selling it?” Well than it has been sold and should have been deleted. Very tacky. Definitely won’t ever be searching for vehicles there ever again’

After having gone to a few different dealers in the twin cities and being burned AC motors was a refreshing experience. I am a younger guy and typically get the this guy is wasting my time attitude at dealerships. Not so here. Joe was extremely patient and even examined other options at other dealerships I was researching at the time. Joe was respectful of my time and distance I had to drive to see the car and was upfront with numbers on the phone and I feel for the vehicle I bought I received not only a fair deal on the car but a very fair offer on my trade. I was not told higher numbers on the phone and then low balled in the office. (a common tactic to get you in the office. Condition: you have to know the value of your vehicle you are trading in and the market and not expect some wild number. If it isnt worth what you think it is look at what others are trading for. It is still a business too). Instead I was told something like: You are in the ballpark but of course we will need to see the vehicle first.I do see there is other reviews on here because of cars breaking down soon after purchase. Like other things older cars with lots of features are a gamble. It is important to get an inspection from an independent party (or have knowledge of what to look for) before purchase or you can get a warranty. Also some makes/models have bugs, known issues or are not known for reliability.Thanks again to Joe for what I consider to be a fair deal, a good deal of patience, respectful attitude and being straightforward.

I was newly single and had no experience with used cars. My car is a Honda HR-V 2016. When I drove it home from the purchase I noticed the steering wheel was not straight. I did not think anything of it. When I went and wanted my tires rotated 6 months after the purchase they indicated I needed all new tires, an additional $800. I went and had it aligned right after the tires and it was SERIOUSLY out of alignment and that was why the steering wheel was not straight (it is now). Drive appeal should have done everything to make sure that SUV was in good running condition and they did not. I will never buy another vehicle from them

Sorry for the late update. The truck is running fine and the brake issue was fixed properly. I have changed my rating from a 1, to a 2, and because they did properly repair and professionally handled the problem I have changed it to a 4. The staff were friendly all around. I dont rate it a 5 because of the conflict and problem we had, but because they did correct it I will say the company can be a fair and reasonable place to purchase a car. I would just know how much damage you are buying first....its not all covered with warranty.Kelly, the mechanic, was able to repair my truck just in time. He was very apologetic, and professional. The team at ac motors has been very friendly at all times. I will continue my update after having our family mechanic assure me that repairs, pretaining to this issue, have been properly fixed. I am hopeful.When buying the car things seemed fine. The employees were friendly enough. A week after purchase the breaks went out. Took to family mechanic to learn the rusted break lines had be n painted over to hide damage. This repair was gonna cost anywhere from 600 or up depending on what other surprises came up. Called dealer demanded a return. Offered to do the repairs. I explained needing it back asap due to holiday. A week later my truck still is not been worked on. And I am being told I will get a discounted charge for the labor and parts. They sold a vehicle that was a safety issue and I have to pay to fix their cover up. Not at all happy with their sneaky business.

Great buying experience overall. Went to see said vehicle on a Saturday was told truck was having a repair done and they would call as soon as it returned. Got a call on Nye(monday) saying truck was back. I drove to dealership they stayed a little late just for me. total process took only a hour or two and I was out the door in a great vehicle at a great price.
