She is so friendly and not a pushy sales person at all and I really appreciated that! I made several trips back and test drove one and even shopped around at other dealers. Lehman gave me by far the best deal and I ordered one. Suzi was awesome at keeping me informed on the progress of the order and then even sent me pictures when it came in. She was so helpful when I picked up the SUV walking me through all the functionality and helped me later figure out how to get a portable CD player working through the SUV speakers. I owned a 2003 Jeep Liberty - that I bought from this dealership back in 2003. I say owned because I just bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Sahara Wrangler from this same dealership. Im happy to say that the incredible customer experience I had back in 2003 was reflected in the experience I just had. It all started with the incredible service from Travis Barnes. I had done my research on what I wanted and when I went to the dealership, Traviss friendliness, knowledge, and help was invaluable. I test drove a red Sahara Wrangler and it was incredible. Since what I really wanted a was an Ocean Blue Sahara Wrangler, both Travis and the office staff helped locate one from another dealership and got it for me the next day so I could test drive it. Once again, Travis and I hit the road and I had a incredible experience with this vehicle. Its one thing to do the research but actually seeing, touching, and driving the Wrangler was amazing. This, coupled with the service Travis provided, led me to buy this amazing Wrangler. Id also like to mention that the service Travis and the office staff provided during the paperwork portion of the buy was also great. I hadnt gone through the vehicle buying experience since 2003 - when I bought my Jeep Liberty from this dealership - and I was apprehensive but I didnt have to worry because they helped me through and answered all the questions I had. Went in for oil change and one year checkup all that did was change the oil tech should have run vin and realise additional service required van is one year old tire rotation filter replacement wiper blades replaced lube grease ECT

Got a letter about Recall on airbag. People have been hurt when air bag deploys. They just removed the plastic emblem from steering wheel. Now have 3 holes and ugly steering wheel where the emblem used to be. I suppose that is what Chrysler tells them to do but sure made it look lousy. At very least they could have made a peel off sticker to cover it up. Not impressed with Chrysler.

No issues with the sales staff but.....Service has been slipping for the past 8 months. Not sure if they lost some talented personnel or their standards have slipped. Some of the issues Ive seen:1. Wrong type of oil used2. Checking the air filter and leaving the airbox disconnected3. Leaving the oil cap off after oil change4. Not cleaning up oil spilled during the oil change.Typically I love the convenience of the service department but thats been overshadowed by the number of mistakes.

Reasonably priced and reasonably quick for a non-standard oil change on a Hemi Durango RT. I also asked for a cabin air filter replacement. Was told it didn’t need it yet and it’ll be cheaper that way. I like saving money as much as the next person but I’ll do it myself since I prefer to have it changed more often.

Service department is fantastic! My Jeep broke down on a Sunday while traveling. Got it towed to Sam Leman Jeep. They had the issue diagnosed late Monday and it was fixed and ready to go Wednesday morning. I am from a different state and they took care of me as if I had been a long time customer of theirs.

From start to finish everything went smooth. Very enjoyable!

Was an incredible experience from customer service and knowledgeable base of Anthony to the finance department fast tracking us know my wife was on all.

First experience here was not the best. I pulled in and no one was around to greet me. The one person they have to do that was helping someone else as the other people stayed in their area and you had to go to them. I’m use to another dealership where you pull in and they have 4 desk right there when you pull up with people to help you. When I came back the door to enter the service department was locked I had to go through the showroom. I was getting tires put on and when I looked at the tires they didn’t bother to wash them or the the mess that was on my wheels from them putting the tires on. I had to come home and scrub them my self. They didn’t have my vehicle pulled up and ready for me to take it nor did they offer to get for me. I was told it’s around the corner. Just not a good experience and doesn’t seem like they have a customer friendly service department.
