Designer Ashley White is an asset to Ethan Allen! We worked with her a couple of years ago with decorating our den. We loved her work and now wanted her help with decorating our living room. The reason we chose Ethan Allen was because of our wonderful experience with Ashley White! Shes very easy to work with and is willing to incorporate the pieces you already into the new design. Ashley White has the talent and skill to see a space differently and to put furniture, fabrics, lighting, and artwork together to create the perfect, inviting space that feels like home!

Ashley was a great help in finding the perfect bed to compliment our EA furniture we bought twenty years ago. She was creative and a great communicator who helped me visualize a new look. The Hoover store was clean and had several things in place to ensure safety and health during the pandemic.

Remodeling a kitchen after a house fire is stressful, to say the least. Our kitchen table and chairs came from Ethan Allen nearly 20 years ago so I went back to them to see if they had counter hight stools that would coordinate with existing furniture. Ashley White knew exactly what I was looking for. She suggested the perfect leg and finish based on a photo of my table and chairs. Our new stools were just delivered and they are perfection! We have enjoyed owning Ethan Allen furniture and furnishings over the decades! Some pieces like our dining room chairs and table still look and feel brand new even though purchased in the early 1970s! Their staff is always friendly and helpful! A bit pricey but we have found that you truly get to enjoy what you paid for!!!

After searching many stores, we found our perfect dining room table at our local Ethan Allen and it was on sale. The table had two leaves which would be needed to host our large family group for Thanksgiving. The sales lady was most helpful and promised that it would be delivered before Thanksgiving only about six weeks away. We were kept informed every step on the way and our table arrived four days prior to Thanksgiving. The leaves are a little hard to get in and out but that should get better with more use. We love the table!

The whole experience with Ethan Allen has been pleasant and productive. Designer Kelley Horton guided me through the process of selecting furniture (sofa, 2 chairs, ottomans) and fabrics. The furniture was delivered by professionals who NOT ONCE bumped a wall or door frame. They carefully set up the furniture and carted away the wrappings. The designer then brought paint samples and assisted in selecting a paint color for the walls. From start to finish, I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. The furniture is well made, beautiful in my home, and most importantly, comfortable. Will I purchase from Ethan Allen on Hwy. 150 in Hoover again? Absolutely.

Kelley Horton offers excellent design assistance. She works with your space including detailed measurements. Her focus is to help you to achieve your best livable space. The 2D and 3D layouts are sooo helpful in making decisions! Very attentive and responsive. And the absolute best delivery personnel I’ve ever experienced!

Kelly, at Ethan Allen, was so fantastic!! She took so much time out for me & assisted me with choosing the fabric for my cornices and curtains. I love my new curtains!!! The reason I rated 3 stars is because Ethan Allen is way over priced I found the same rug I was going to buy from Ethan Allen at RH for much less. I understand Ethan Allen has nice fabrics but Ive seen much nicer for far less.

Great purchasing and service experience! Ashley greeted us warmly when we arrived and quickly showed us what we were looking for and provided material samples that were perfect for our needs. She made the whole process quick and easy. The delivery guys were the best I have ever seen. They handled the new chairs and sofa with care and were careful to not damage our wood floor in moving the sofa into place.

Ashely did a great job of helping us pick a style of furniture, wood accents, and fabric. Well worth the time and money spent. Would highly recommend.

I have been buying Ethan Allen furniture for over 25 years because I know their furniture is a quality product and is timeless. But the thing that I have come to appreciate the most about Ethan Allen is their free design service. The designers know their business well and do a great job.Kelley and Lauren with Hoover Ethan Allen have both been so helpful with my current home renovation.I literally cannot praise Kelley Horton enough for how she has helped me to transform my home into a more modern and updated style utilizing what I currently have and incorporating new pieces to blend. She has spent countless hours in helping me to choose the right pieces for my home including furniture, window treatments, rugs, artwork, bedding, and even down to the smallest decorative accent pieces. My home looks beautifully done with effortless design and functionality now.The entire process from designing to delivery and installation has been very professional and I could not have asked for better.

From browsing the store to having my pieces delivered, the entire process of buying furniture from the Ethan Allen in Hoover was a dream. Ashley White was a pleasure to work with at the Hoover Ethan Allen. Its really hard to get my wife and I on the same page when it comes to decorating. Ashley did a great job listening to both of us as well as seeing some of our style when she came to our house for the initial assessment. Ashley White is wonderful to work with! - She is professional, intuitive and creative in her approach to pulling together furniture ideas, as well as accessories. I walked in to the store the first day knowing specific items we needed to replace, but did not even know where to begin to find what would work best for our home, with things we already have and want to keep. She asked questions, REALLY listened, and thats where her innate creativity kicked in. I would never purchase from Ethan Allen for anything that has to be made like furniture! We purchase a formal dining table and ten chairs to accompany it. Not only did our table show up with a large dent underneath (unfortunately we didn’t notice until the delivery men sped away) which they refused to do anything about but we placed the order in June 2019.... it’s now October 29 we still have no chairs. Their customer service department has been zero help with figuring out why. I would expect this from Wayfair but when you spend over 6000.00 dollars for a table and chairs you expect far superior customer service. Guess I’ve learned my lesson and will forever stay out of Ethan Allen.

Bought an expensive leather sleeper sofa with anvair mattress that does not work! Call and representative cam out verified slow leas in air bed. NO OTHER RESPONSE!

Does not return calls. They lied to us on several occassions. Gave us a receipt and when we went to pick up the item they told us the price was incorrect. They will not let us take it per the price on the reciept because it was priced incorrectly. On a separate item we purchased did not come with the hardware. When we asked them about it they told us they are universal screws! Go to Lowes or Home Depot and ask for universal furniture screws! Called corporate no help! Dont waste your time. Called Peach Tree, GA and they ordered what i needed in 3 minutes.If you want Ethan Allen go to Peach Tree, GA. If you want better service go to Wal-Mart.
