I was very pleased with the service I received from the sales lady that helped us. She explained everything we needed to know about the mattress and gave us choices. She was not very pushy trying to make a sell she just did her job very politely and showed us all our choices to make a good decision.

My experience at the Trussville Mattress firm was great! Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assess my needs and help me make the best decision. She gave options at all price points and the pros and cons of each. I will definitely be back when it’s time to replace my mattress.

Be prepared to make $11.88 your first 60-90 days of employment. They advertise commission eligibility after a week or two but in reality thats overflow customers only that must be split which wont equal more than your hourly rate. You cant be on your own for at least 4 weeks and the ERP software is very tough to navigate and not user friendly at all. Sunny is a very good trainer and they do what they can given the constraints theyre in.

I didnt go in to get a mattress, I actually was with my son that was looking for a mattress topper he saw online. However, I started asking questions about the mattresses and the differences and Sunny was very helpful. Although she knew I wasnt looking to buy, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.
