We believe we chose the best mattress/base combination for us because of her help, and are looking forward to getting it delivered and set up in our bedroom.

I went to Big Lots yesterday to buy a new twin mattress, but I wasn’t crazy about the price. I called around to a few mattress stores to do some price comparisons before I made my purchase. Dixie answered the phone and went above and beyond with her amazing customer service. She listened to what I needed for my 13 year old son’s bed, and sprung to action. While sitting in Big Lots, I purchased a mattress from her and it will be delivered tomorrow. Yay! Dixie saved me from having to attach a mattress to my car with bungee cords and she saved me some money. It was a win win for me when she answered the phone. I can’t thank her enough.

The two gentlemen that showed up were very nice. We had a mishap because the adjustable base that was in the truck was not what we ordered. This was not the delivery guys’ fault, but the salesmen fault. The invoice had a California king when it should’ve been a regular king. We were able to call and expedite the correct base so hopefully these two gentlemen will deliver it when that comes. These men deserve a raise!

I decided to purchase here so it would be arriving the day after I’m there and that was no issue for MF. Also there was a sale going on that essentially covered the price of my delivery and set up so we were happy about that as well.

I met Dixie last week, 2/11/20. After talking she mentioned she was just recently hired on. She’s great, patient and more than capable to fit and accommodate a mattress to your specific needs. The salesperson Brittany was very knowledgeable and upfront. She also helped us find a high-quality mattress and an adjustable base for a fraction of the cost, compared to other stores. We would highly recommend this store.

Id like to specifically recognize Anne Graves (store manager) for exceptional service. I got my mattresses from this store about 10 years ago, and theyve been great ever since. Lately one of them needed an adjustment so Anne offered to come out to take a look at the issue on her own time (on a Sunday, no less!). She got everything fixed so no extra service call was required. Anne, thank you again for going above and beyond to resolve my issues!Update: Anne came through for me once again! This past March, my mom needed a lower box springs to get into her bed. Anne got me the last one they had in stock for a Tempurpedic and got it out to me the next day!
