Rude rude rude. Didn’t say thank you for your business or come back to see us…:(… very disappointed!!!

The store is well-kept and apt for the hoity toity for sure but, only those that wish to decorate for neutral, bland palettes. Perfect for the suburban Xerox copy family looking to blend-in not for an urban stylistic leaning preference.

Like to visit and get ideas

Urban Home Market is a wonderful resource for great selection of quality furniture and accessories at reasonable prices. After shopping for dining tables all over Birmingham, we finally bought one at Urban Home and are very happy with it. Shannon was knowledgeable and helpful, and the delivery guys were also great. Thank you, Urban Home!

I went in to buy some chairs. I asked the price of a chair and purchased 2. They delivered the wrong chairs. Luckily I had taken a picture of the chair. After a long back and forth the sales person had sold me the wrong chairs. They said they would honor the price and order me the chairs as they didn’t have any in the warehouse. They said it would be 8 weeks. I called 7 weeks later to check on the status. Apparently they never placed the order. Its beyond belief how much they screwed up. They lost a good customer forever!

During the pandemic it was difficult to shop for furniture. Urban Home was incredibly helpful and professional. They had a beautiful selection and went out of their way to make it easier for us during such a trying time to move.

Poor customer service!!!! Beware if you take anything home on approval. There is a 48 hour policy that I was not warned about and when returned the item two days later was not refunded any money, but forced to take store credit. I accepted this as a lesson learned. I later took two gabby lamps home on approval and, of course, quickly returned them the next day. The store was doing inventory and said the computers were not on, but took all the information down for the refund. Three weeks later I received my credit card bill and the refund of $1351 was not credited to my account. I went back in and pointed out this VERY LARGE mistake to them. I am surprised that there is not more attention to detail with such a large sum of money. Lastly, I took 2 accent tables home to compare which was encouraged by the saleswoman. When I returned the next day with the one that did not work out, there was a sign saying all merchandise was 20% off. I asked if they would honor that for me and there was an emphatic NO from the manager. I feel compelled to return the table and purchase it elsewhere(which I can actually purchase for less), but want use with my credit to this store, never to return.

Neat place. A lot of stylish home goods. My wife enjoys the store very much. A friendly, helpful staff. Prices seem a bit high to me, just an opinion.

Staff is helpful, but not overbearing. Love the selection of furniture. I am searching for a dining room table and chairs and they had several I loved. Too many choices!

Urban Home is the epitome of southern elegance. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Each visit is a new experience and like coming into your own home. I would recommend Urban Home Market to anyone who wants to bring Southern Class into their home.

Nice living room offerings but I was disappointed by the lack of bedroom furniture. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. This is a good place to shop for living room furniture and accessories.

Not one person who was working in the store even spoke. Ive read this about the store before I experienced it myself. Beautiful furniture and artwork. Ill be buying my furniture where I live in Buckhead, GA. Missed opportunity for this store.

This place, located at Lee Branch by Hobby Lobby, has consistently impressive interior design pieces such as tables, chairs, mirrors, lamps, chandeliers, etc. —-some styles rustic and some more contemporary —Also, this store has ever-changing home decor knick knacks such as pillows, wall hangings, tableware, etc. Has appropriately helpful associates who are not pushy.

The Urban team are very professional, knowledge, courteous and a hell of alot of fun!!!Emily has an incredible taste level and we are very excited how she is putting our new home together!
