No one ever looks forward to shopping for a mattress but Angela and Amy made it a fantastic experience. They were very knowledgeable of the product and patient with all our questions. They helped make the process pleasant and we enjoyed visiting with them. We will be back to purchase additional beds after the remodel.

This is one of the only reviews I have written, but I had to share what top notch customer service I received at the Birmingham location. I live in a different state and bought a Tempur-pedic mattress in the state I live in (Love it and I’ll never sleep on another mattress!). I was visiting family near Birmingham and called the store to see if they had some slippers in stock I could give as a gift. Hunter went above and beyond to help me including personally calling me multiple times to verify sales prices and sending me photos of different options they had in stock to choose from. The shoes were on such sale/ reduced price, I wanted to give this review because he went so far above and beyond what would be expected when he really won’t even make a commission profit. If I didn’t already have a Tempur-pedic mattress, I would definitely be coming to the store and buying one from him. I recommended this store and Hunter in particular to all of my family and friends.

The store is clean and beautifully decorated. The employee was very knowledgeable and added no pressure. There is a review below stating that they were more expensive than Beds Express, but that wasn’t true for us. We actually checked with two other stores that sold mattresses, and Tempurpedic was the best deal. We purchased the Breeze mattress and Ergo base. With that purchase we received $500 for in-store purchases. That allowed us to get pillows, a topper, and sheet set.The in store sell or the actual mattress is not my reasoning for only giving 4 stars. I really considered 3 stars. The delivery was a crazy mess. It took almost three months. Not a single person, corporate, the salesman, or the delivery company gave me the same answer as to why. Then before we left for vacation I called to inform them that I would not be able to receive it the next week. Well, guess what? They tried anyways. Even threatened to send it back to wherever it was made! Thankfully we were able to come to an agreement and the mattress was finally delivered.

If you are looking for a tempur-pedic mattress I highly recommend going to the store instead of buying from a local store! Eddie let us know about some specials that they had going that other stores did not and there is free delivery! We are very happy and can not wait to try out our new mattress!

Very nice store and the employees were helpful. However, prices were much higher (for the same mattresses) than bedzzz express. We expected to find lower prices buying from the tempur-pedic store directly.

My husband and I visited this brand new location last week. As soon as we entered the store we were welcomed with the nicest greeting from Brian. We had very different shopping experiences at a couple other mattress stores in town (found very pushy sales people) and didn’t think we would ever be able to agree upon a mattress. Brian helped us narrow down our options. Thanks to him being so friendly and welcoming we felt comfortable enough to actually take our time. He educated us on everything we need to know so we can make an informed decision on which Tempur Pedic model is right for my husband and myself. We will be back soon to purchase our new luxe breeze soft mattress and an adjustable base unit. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to go straight to the new Tempur Pedic store in The Summit.
