Waited two months for a $6000 bed that can hold air ! Eleven days before anyone can come and try to fix !! Should have keep the old bed. Stay away try Temper-pedic or anyone for thousands of dollars !!!!

The store front is a nice place and the sales people are nice but the service is the worst I have ever experienced after the sale. The delivery was scheduled a month after the sale and then they didnt show up. When called, they wanted to schedule it out another month! Every excuse in the book was given for their lack of customer service. There is no excuse for treating people who are paying a premium for a product this way. No bed is worth the angst they cause.

Product seems to be to be great won’t receive it for a few weeks. After what I experienced in the store I’m confident it will be worth it but this review is solely on the store. Never thought I would enjoy shopping for a mattress and certainly never dreamed I would spend th money we spent but the staff never once made me feel pressured. Tika was our tour guide and I use that term because that’s what it was a guided interactive tour. There was another gentleman working with her who was very friendly but I don’t recall his name but from the sounds of it his customers were enjoying the experience as well. There’s eight different models with various thickness and materials and they let you try out every single on of them but the first setup was our ultimate choice. It was really amazing to watch the screen above your head. You see your pressure points in real time and can see literally see your optimum sleep number. If your considering a new mattress don’t let the prices scare you away from Atleast experiencing it first hand. I never dreamed I would spend more on a bed than I did my last used car but as a sufferer from chronic back pain I was willing to make the investment after visiting this store but again never felt pressured by the staff. I can’t shut up about this place to my friends

The sales associate that helped us (Grant) did a wonderful job showing us our options and explaining the products to us. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He’s a great salesman who really cares about his customers. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone interested in a Sleep Number bed.

I had the most amazing experience at my local Sleep Number Store. I only went in to find out more about the mattresses and how they work. I had done my internet research but was ready for the touch test. Grant was my salesperson and he was very pleasant and informative. After about an hour in the store needless to say we were sold and purchased our first Sleep Number bed!! So excited waiting on my delivery!!

They were very knowledgeable about the Sleep Number product and helpful in choosing a model to suit our needs. No attempt to oversell whatsoever....just honest caring individuals. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my sleep number 360 and accessories at the Birmingham Home Show. It was extremely busy. I tested beds while waiting. Johnathan, the store manager for HWY 280, was great. He was very accommodating. He brought my paperwork to the bedside. What he didn’t know was that I suffer with my lower back and sciatic nerve area. I was hurtin. The mattress felt so good, I didn’t want to get up and start feeling yucky again which is the reason I asked him to bring the paperwork over to me. My cousin and my friend with me tested a mattress too. I think my friend who has trouble sleeping will buy a mattress soon. I purchased her a curved pillow and a wedge.I am also grateful for the patience and kindness shown to me. Saturday was my first day out of the house. Johnathan did not know this, but my older brother died January 24, 2020 of metastatic cancer. I took leave from my job to take care of him. I am still in shock. He died three months after his diagnosis. Johnathan made me laugh. I didn’t panic or experience any anxiety. I highly encourage people to visit the HWY 280 store and check out Sleep Number beds. I switched from a Tempur Pedic to a Sleep Number bed. One mission accomplished.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BED! Extremely uncomfortable for the cost & TERRIBLE customer service. Was in a rush when purchasing and was told the bed could be returned, so we bought the top of the line bed** ONLY THE MATTRESS CAN BE RETURNED. Paid over $11,000 for the bed initially and was told we would have to keep the base, which costs over $4,000. Initially the wrong bed delivered, which was like a brick, and the foot warmer was missing. Two weeks later, got the correct mattress and foot warmer. Would have been better off buying an air mattress and placing it on box springs. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE to say the least.

I love my mattress I bought there. It sleeps good. It has helped my back.

For me its the system they use to show you the pressure points the mattress has on your body, then you use that information to adjust the mattress to relieve the pressure. Awesome
