Give up your cell phone and get a landline if you have to. I went in to setup three lines of service since I couldnt complete online. Wait time was 30 minutes to be helped. The woman helping me said you only get a discount per line if you open four lines. Not true. I showed her on the Verizon website that the price goes down with each line you add. You can show me your phone all you want but its not true. Gave up and setup the service over the phone. Avoid this place at all cost.
In Redmond they were closed during business hours, no sign, bad. So went to Prineville where there were excellent.
Verizon used to be the service to have if you lived in Bend…This is NOT the case in the past 6 month - service and coverage has been reduced considerably in all areas of Bend and the surrounding mountains. Suggest choosing a different carrier if you want reliable service in Central Oregon 😖*note - this is the same experience EVERY other Verizon custom I have spoken to is having - very poor cellular/digital signal/speed. 👎🏼
The young guy with a unique name and more hair than should be allowed by any nice guy at Verizon. (Joke...to help mgt determine which person helped me). He did a superb job of listening and doing what he could to solve my problems.

Go early, they get very busy. I had an Apple settings problem and a very proficient tecnician quickly handled my problem and showed me how to prevent it in the future.

Ive been Verizon customer for 15 years. The service was excellent. Now the service is not as good between rural cities, you cant get service in store for phone issues, and standing outside to get a phone cable in cold weather only allowing two people in store is stupid when the business next store has people going in and out. Terrible business edict

We made an appointment with this store and explained that the purpose was to simply apply a screen saver to a new iPhone. Rather than reading why we’d made time on a Saturday, they waited to tell us they could not touch our new phone due to COVID until we arrived. Luckily, the Reed Market Verizon in Bend was happy to help us.

You might have to wait outside because of covid restrictions. But they text you. the wait is worth it though. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. I took an ol friend here to get a verizon tablet. So he can zoom with his church. Lives in middle of know where. So for internet this is the only option. My friend is very old fashion. Even though hes getting this tablet for church. Refuses to get rid of his 10 year old flip phone. And thought that someone would have to come out to turn a signal on for him. Lol. so needed a little guiding. The staff were very patient as I and the associate guided him on what he would need, and what it would cost. And changes to his bill going forward.. I might always try and say nice things on reviewers but I dont give out 5 starts or recommend any one location. But I definitely recommend this one.

Verizon Bend north end Store.I purchased the new IPhone Pro. I decided to purchase a case also that day. I was given the wrong case. The next day I took the wrong case into the store and was told they can not accept returns in the store. I was amazed since it was there mistake in giving me the case for an Iphone 11 and not the one for the pro. I was given a box and a fedex label to return the items. So this means another trip out to the fedex office to drop off the item and get a tracking number. Verizon received the item on 9/9/2020 at 9:10 am and as of 9/22 I still have not received the credit back to my credit card. I was told it would take 3-5 days then I was told we would have it within 48 hour after calling on 9/18. Well I still have not received my refund and I have been on hole for almost 20 minutes with Verizon trying to find out where my refund is. I am sorry I left Sprint if this is how Verizon is going to treat their customers.

Very poor customer service and just generally unhappy and unhelpful Assosiates. The man with gray hair and handlebar mustache was quite possibly the most unhelpful sales person I have ever encountered. Didn’t catch his name because he didn’t offer it. He just clapped his hands at my wife and I and hailed us across the store to his desk. He then acted like we were speaking French when we asked him about hotspots and upgrading to an unlimited plan. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. This may be the last straw. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Half hour or more wait for help
Today I stopped in for some help figuring out a problem that was really my own fault to begin with. Ben took about a full hour of his time to help me out, patiently dealing with being put on hold for some fairly long periods of time, as he worked to get the matter sorted out. Truly top-notch customer service like that is hard to find.Thanks again Ben!

***WARNING WARNING**** - When they tell you they do not take debit or credit cards for a service, you will not have any way to get your money back when you find out that they lied to you about the service they are selling you 24hours later. This is the only REAL Verizon store in town and they refused to deal with this problem cause by licensed store. Told me they do not deal with problems caused by the other stores. Online Verison chat told the same lies. Contact me if you would like to see a print out.

Lazy staff... out of the like 6 people in the store doing nothing but sitting around gossiping not one could help me pay my bill they just kept telling me to read the screen and follow the instructions . alright I am almost 70 and can barely see let alone. I dont know how to use computer stuff that well. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and have always had great service at this store. Which is why I kept going back. Unfortunately, that is no longer the story both with the store and Verizon itself. 3 weeks ago, I purchased a new phone to replace my old one. Verizon Tech Support online/call center could not get me up and running so they suggested I head in to my local store for help. I went into my local store. Waited over an hour outside, and was helped, only to find out they couldnt get my new phone activated either. Tech support suggested I get a different phone, as the one I purchased through Amazon was deemed faulty. The store rep and tech support both gave me the exact model number phone I needed and wanted, so I purchased it and again, tried to set it up online. No go. Three hours with tech support later, no go again. Tech support sent me back into the store, for a 2nd time, for a new sim card. Again, went in, waited around over an hour to get in and talk to someone in person. 2 hours later, still no working phone, even after going up to Level 2 tech support, while in store. To add insult to injury, I wanted to store rep to help with my account and look at the extra $20.00 charge on my account for a 2nd activated sim card I had not ordered. I was handed a nice print out with yet another Verizon phone number to call, to have my concerns handled. Customer service truly is dead at Verizon and my local store. But they were sure ready to sell me a phone that was in stock, and offer me Verizons brand new VISA credit card. Might be time for a change.
James is an absolute 10! Got my S10+ from him and traded in my iPhone. He helped me with getting everything transferred over. Extremely patient with all my questions and knowledgeable. After getting my phone I was having an issue with reception at my work. I called him and came in. He got it fixed quickly and I was back on my way. (Bad sim card) If you need a phone or anything James is your guy! Thank you man and Ill see you for my next phone and here soon for my wifes phone when its time to upgrade.

I have been a Verizon customer for 16 years and was very disappointed by the poor customer service we received from this store recently. My husbands phone was crashing and we got a replacement through insurance, however we were having a difficult time transferring his contacts and pictures to the new device. We made an appointment with this store to have them help with the data transfer, but a few hours before the appointment we received a call from a female store employee who told us given the situation with COVID-19 they were only helping people with an emergency. I explained to her that my husbands phone was dying, no longer holding a charge, most of the apps had stopped working, etc and she said this was not an emergency and they were not able to help us. Long story short, my husband spent hours with customer service over the phone but they were unable to help him. He thought he figured out a work around by creating a new cloud account and uploading his contacts and pictures to the cloud, but when he turned his new phone on ALL of his pictures were gone (7 ýears worth)!!! Employees at this store were not willing to help us in our time of need, and because of this we lost pictures of memories we will never be able to get back. I understand being worried about an unknown virus, but this is no way to treat your customers. We will NEVER step foot in this store again!
The agent was very thorough in description of costs and changes he suggested to my account. Saved me money on my monthly bill too. He was very polite and courteous. Luckily I got there during a relatively quiet time so there was only 1 customer ahead of me. While we waited for the account update to process he shared useful info about my tablet and maps.
The service was good but to be told I have to pay $40 for the privilege of buying another phone in a store and to pay the employee is irritating. I appreciate the help but charging a fee to cover the cost of paying the employee is offputting. What happened to commissions and hourly rates that are covered by the cost of my monthly plan?

I came in with my Mom to have her contacts transferred to her new phone. Adam, I believe he was the service manager, was very helpful. He took care of her with a smile, made sure all her questions were answered, checked to make sure that we understood why we waited. Very low tech stuff, but without the condescending manner sometimes found in these circumstances. Mom is 85. He was wonderful. Thanks!

They fixed the problem in a about 15 seconds where the other store said I needed a new phone. Came back when they reopened I I will have to agree with all the other reviews about the anger and disrespectful treatment the 3 times I have tried to go there. I walked out.I have some questions: all the reviews are pointing to the same issue, what are you doing about it?Why are all your responses caned automatic replys?Why cant the employees where gloves, clean the products as is done elsewhere, so we can see and touch the product. The other phone stores do.

I advised him what my problem was, he asked to see my phone and he took care of everything quickly because tnot so fast it was a blur to me. I so appreciated his helpfulness. My husband and I have been Verizon customers just short of 10 years. this particular store was completely and totally one of the worst ones we have been in. We just bought 2 new Verizon phones and brought them in to get some help with some of the features, such as downloading our old LG to new LGs. We did not want to lose our photos, text etc. We are seniors and expressed that to the young women and a bit tech challenged. We needed help, she handed us a paper with some so called easy directions to transfer our info. And stated it is not their policy to actually help with our request. Now there were 4 other salespeople standing around and one other customer. We were floored, our last experience in a Verizon store, which was the one down on Reed Market and 3rd, was they were super with helping us, which happened to be 3 1/2 years ago. As we tried on our own, we finally had to call Verizon Customer care, we had a very patient and kind women, but when it came to the transferring of our photos and text by using this Android to Android transfer app. she could not get it. Then we spoke with a tech specialist and she couldnt help either, So 3 1/2 hours later, she said call LG. I did so and it was very easy the way he explained it. So just call LG, and do not bother with Verizon. Though on the phone they were great. But got stumped. FYI!!!! If someone in upper Management reads this I hope you take a good look at your incompetent staff at this particular store..terrible.
We finally switched from AT&T to Verizon. The transition at the store with Nicoles help was smooth and easy. The only issue was an extra activation fee on the account, which the manager quickly sorted out when I called. Mistakes happen - fixing them without demonizing the customer is what matters. Thanks!
I came to pick up a phone and staff did not try to help me set my phone up or even make me feel welcome to ask questions. The one person who did help me kept redirecting my questions to someone else after we started making some progress. Horrible service, unfriendly, and under attentive.
Bought a phone abroad after mine was stolen, now need to connect to verizon but dont support phones coming from other networks... wont give me a loaner until I figure something out... may have to switch providers. Was more than happy to keep my line active for that year than to help me be the one to use it.... Wish Verizon was more willing to work with customers from outside of their network.

Taylor at the Verizon store was very helpful. I came in and wanted a new phone and no pricing increase to my monthly bill and she got it all figured out! The wait couldve been shorter but all things considered they did a great job and I love the new iPhone SE.

We recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and it was a complicated switch as wed been with TMO for almost 15 years. Jasmine was so helpful from my initial inquiry thru the whole store experience switching over. A week later I came back in for cases and Tyler was very creative in helping obtain and Otter box & leather wallet case along with Samsung tracker all for 150.00. Like how nice matter what associate you end up with their knowledge in helping me in my favor.

I love Verizon. Been with them for 15 years. I decided to switch my business to their service and they strung me along for months on mediocre service always with the promise it would get better. Never did. Finally I had to cancel the service and of course they strung me out way beyond the 30 day trial period.Sprint is looking pretty good for my family and employees personal plans for the next 20 years.One name: Jordan Kemple. If he is your salesman, wait for someone else.

I went to this store to upgrade to a new phone. Colton is the Rep who serviced me. Before upgrading I asked questions about keeping all my information from my previous phone. This included my voicemail because I had very important calls saved. Told me no problem. I also asked him to check my employment discount. Again, no problem. I had to turn in my Samsung S7 in order to get the discount on the new phone. I was transferring from prepaid Verizon. I have been with Verizon since 2009. Deleted all my information on my old phone. After leaving the store, everything I was told was a lie. My voicemail never transferred over. Now being told I have to get a subpoena for my own voicemail. Received an email telling me I don’t have a discount after checking on it. Another carrier would have honored it. Big company. Did a credit check without my knowledge. Never said he was checking my credit. Lost all my important memos. Sold me a glass protection cover that lasted just over 2 weeks. Was not to sure about it because I had bad experience before. Was told they only have a 2 week refund period. What retail store has this type of refund period? This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Be careful dealing with Verizon.Buyers be aware. If you get a discount on your phone you are now committed to a contract. If you want to pay your phone off before the 24 months, you will lose your discount. Colton never advised me off this. He told me I could pay off my phone anytime I wanted to. So many lies I have experienced with Verizon. Make sure you research and have it in writing before you go with Verizon. Oh, also they will charge you an activation fee if you transfer from prepaid back to regular service. Why? Who knows?
Hats off to incredible customer service from Zareh A. and Ryan O. for solving an issue between my Rav 4 and my iPhone. I could not pair my phone with my car even after visiting the dealership which they determined must be a phone issue. Zaheh and Ryan came to the rescue and figured out how to fix the issue. There are a lot of employs that just stand around and do nothing while there is a 1 hour wait. Verizon LTE in bend has gotten so slow that I switched to AT&T and I have had much better experience with AT&T they have reached out to me since I switched making sure that my AT&T service is going well. Would not recommend Verizon switch to AT&T
Phenomenal customer service particularly from Benjamin Bermel. Long story short, I was looking for the cheapest phone as my older Samsung crapped out on me...and knowing he wasnt making any money off the transaction, he pulled out all the stops to get me a new phone all the while looking at my usage and ultimately lowering my bill. In short, he lowered my bill $10/month and added a phone for $10/month, so it was a wash...and I got a new phone out of the deal! Ben was a stud, he spent an hour with my daughter and I and he was a joy to interact with. When you go in, ask for Ben and I guarantee youll head out feeling good about your experience there.
I went in, waited for 45 minutes, and left. They changed the store significantly so that you can no longer walk up to a customer service desk. Now you have to wait for one of the salesman, from whose clammy fingers success has forever slipped, to get your gadget. I get a dirty feeling when I go into that store.
Lost my phone and found how much these guys rock and taking care of there customers. Bethany Rogers was the Solutions Specialist who helped me and made what could have been a real downer situation, fun and enjoyable. She helped me choose a new phone and plan, and even went beyond her training and helped me update my new phone with all my contacts and personal setting. She was very professional and willing to go the extra mile on every challenge I presented to her. She even got me a new Iphone for free.I will continue to support Verizon in the future, and by all means, get Bethany a raise or promotion before someone steals her away from Verizon. I purchased an $800 phone and the salesman was very nice. He highly suggested a case that didn’t work out at all for me. Since I travel for work I was not able to make it back within their 14 day period. So $45 right in the trash! I asked for any options, even store credit and they offered no options at all. I’m really disappointed and think that’s the straw that broke the camel’s back for me. Time to move to a monthly plan which will save a ton of money and is very popular as an alternative these days. Why have a store front if you don’t get customer service?

Upgrading my cell phone isnt one of the items that I would willingly put at the top of my to-do list. I had to though. I came into the store and was immediately met by a person getting our account up on a notebook and asking just a few questions to find out what we came to the store for. We were told that we were in the system and it would be one moment. Someone else came up shortly and knew our names, what equipment we had and what it was that we were looking to do in the store that day. Bethany walked us through the process, answered some questions that I had between a Google phone and an Apple phone. Made it easy for my decision. Great help in getting everything switched and setup - we got in, got our answers, got our equipment (2 phones), got everything setup, got out with minimal hassle and minimal time. Great job guys (well Bethany).
I’ve gone into this store TWO times to fix a huge problem with my account, and both times I was told the problem was fixed, and that my bill was updated. Both times my account SOME HOW reverted back to the old bill. Then I called the Verizon call center FOUR times, and all four times my account again SOME HOW reverted back again to the old bill. Some how out of SIX times I’ve tried to get this damn problem fixed, and yet somehow it still isn’t fixed at all, and you RAISED my bill!!! This branch, and this company has failed me completely, AT&T I hear you calling me back!!!
Yesterday I went into the Verizon next to batteries plus bulbs where I was greeted by Tyler. He was exceptional at listening to my problem and fixing it. I’ve been trying to fix the issue of my texting not working for months- with ZERO luck going to other Verizon stores in town and calling the Verizon hotline. He took over an hour fixing my issue and I’m forever thankful for his kind and prompt service. Tyler deserves a raise and a high five, will definitely go back to him for future issues if there is any. THANK YOU!
Not related to this particular branch but after being hung up on over 5 times now and have asked every person that has answered the phone not to do so Im getting really upset, all Im just trying to do is find the right phone insurance for me and I cant get a answer. Its getting really old.
Just bought a brand new phone here and they helped me put a screen protector on before I left. Well, the screen protector popped off just a few days later so I returned and they basically told me that I needed to just buy a brand new one. Ummm, the first one I paid for lasted less than a week. Why would I want to buy another one from you? They dont actually support the products they sell anymore. I went down the road to get a new screen protector and was provided much better service. Ive been with Verizon for nearly 15 years - but I think the time to switch is coming soon. So disappointing.

This store stinks. I had a phone I brought in twice to get fixed and was told to just reboot it constantly. It lost cell connections daily. I finally had it and threw the phone away after purposefully breaking it out of principle. I went back into the store to order a new phone and they told me they would have replaced it for free if I still had it. I was then offered a smart watch for only an extra hundred dollars with my new phone. Thanks for the offer to spend more money - terrible customer service.

Our phones and internet are through Verizon. I wss having a few problems with my phone so I went to the Verizon store on the North end of town. A young man at the entrance to the building was able to help me out with fixing my phone.
3 staff standing around, no greeter at the door, a few customers in the store. Finally asked what i needed help with and then told it would be 35-40 minutes. Horrible. Highly recommend the Redmond store! Always friendly and efficient help! Very disappointing, Verizon....

Awful.... We have been loyal customers of Verizon for 10 plus years. For the 1st time i have a defected phone, not by our doing but by the battery overheating. The tech person looked as hard as she could to find what ever defect she could on the actual phone so that they wouldnt replace it, even tho it is under warranty and we have the insurance. They would replace the phone if i pay of the balance on it.... and then i would have to pay for a brand new phone. I have never be this disappointed and cheated by a company. You should be ashamed verizon... Now im going to look at your competitor to see what they can offer me so i can cancel my plan with you
Terrible service. There were only 2 people ahead of us and we waited for 30 min. There were 3 staff at the front desk, and we found out that one of them, a blonde girl just talked with a customer about random crap, like family issues, photo sharing, kids, traveling, and freaking random stuff for really really long long long time and she didnt do anything but just openly chat with a guy for whole time, even though there is long line of people behind us waiting for being served. We were there for almost one hour, and she just chat with this guy for whole time. I felt so upset for terrible services and how Verizon train their staff. Btw, the brunette lady from Hawaii helped us so much! She is very nice.

A Verizon franchise so extra charges for most service including sumply paying your bill.Friendly staff, alot of phones and accessories, but often the wait can be quite, well, a wait.
They claim that they dont allow wifi calling because they cant guarantee call quality - when in fact they really just want to sell you a ridiculously overpriced ($250) network extender. Except that it doesnt actually extend the network, it send your calls over the internet! (Which is what wifi calling does on every other provider FOR FREE). Oh, and to top it off, when you do break down and shell out the cash... the dumba**es at the store will probably fail to link it to your account properly... So when you have to spend 4 hours driving back into town to get it replaced theyll just say: Oops! Sorry, our bad. Have fun with your overpriced device that lets you do what every other provider lets you do for free. Truly Truly Awful. If only lying and cheating were criminal...
