Closes at 7 and here it is 5:40 and they are at lunch... What kind of ridiculous schedule shinanigans they have here. Not the first time they are away at an odd time when they should be servicing customers. This place always seems to be closed randomly at times they should be open. And there is not a single thing done for us customers to make up for the inconvenience either. No notice of when they will be returning either. Bet they are still getting paid, I know I am still being charged the maximum.

A+ To the Sales Rep Sienna, she has the nerves of steel. Her supervisor gets an F! I put a Nokia 3.1 Plus on hold for today, when I arrived at this Cricket store it is at an inflated price over double of what I was quoted. The manager was called and he would only budge $10 dollars on the activation fees. We called Cricket corporate and spoke with a Supervisor and he told Sales Rep and I that the price is $59.99. The manager was called again...he would not budge at all..just the $10.00 on the activation fees. Get this Cricket customers...after being with Cricket for over 14 years, they will not help you or stand up for you! Your time with them or the amount of phones you have on your account mean NOTHING AT ALL!!!
