The guy named Zack was very informative and helpful. I would give him 5 stars. The sevice and now all the problems I have using US Cellular is a nightmare! I have problems with my phone service at least 1 to 2 times a week and have to call. I have to go into the store for my current problem. I should have stayed with Straight talk.
Uscellular is the only way to go .... I have been a customer for over a decade and I dont plan on changing. Great customer service and great coverage.!!!!
I bought my son a prepaid phone to take with him to vegas to visit his grandpa and he broke it, wont turn on at all. SO I bought him a new phone and sent it down there to him thinking he would just be able to put his old sim card in and be good to go BUT NO! I called and talked to someone and they said they cant activate his new phone unless they can send a code to the old phone the one that wont even turn on. I need to stay in contact with my son and dont have money to activate another phone when I already paid for service for the first phone.They said go into a store and there isnt a store in las vegas !!

Nothing like face to face communication.I tried to get help with my billing issue by phone and the representative on the phone said there wasnt anything he could do.Well after I went to the store the people there lowered my bill substantially.Thank you.

The cellular coverage used to be great but it has been getting worse throughout the year. I had just bought a new iPhone in December 2018 thinking it could have been the old phone. Unfortunately the connectivity issue was still present so I call to report the dead spots. I was told they are updating the towers in central Oregon and until all the LTE towers are in place coverage will be compromised. That was in January 2019! Well problem is getting worse unless I turn off the LTE. I lose calls on reed market near 27th, Ward rd, Gosney, bear creek, by the St Charles, areas of Redmond and Culver and in my home. My father cannot talk on his phone in his home either and he lives near reed market. I have called and reported the issues multiple times but I think the reports are falling on deaf ears. Today (5/9/19) I called again and while on the call with an agent I lost service and and never received a call back! Only seems like the right thing to do is call the client back so they don’t have to call back and talk to yet another person 2-10 minutes later.At this point in time I would not recommend US Cellular in Central Oregon.
