Employees friendly and helpful. Went in for vegetables, very well stocked, got what I went for.

A lot of employees to help instantly very helpful ones communicated the best, though they are a huge store not really any phones van you see working or see at all.

Great price on phones but what happened to the extra chargers and free activation?! Also they did not transfer from old phone to new and some of us are technically challenged. Not the COSTCO service I expect.

I have been a customer of T-Mobile for 17 years and have found that the pricing is much better as well as the technical support for my 5 Samsung cell phones than with other companies and plans. That being said, the no contract programs are a win/win and the data plans are awsome. They offer credit plans on phones that will allow you to buy the best technology and spread the payments over time on your monthly bill. Overall this has been a good fit for my smart phone and data requirements and I guess that is all that I can ask for because that is really all that I need. Check it out when you can and see it it can work for you. Good Luck.

Verizon East in Bend is very pleasant and helpful. Everything presented is honest and straightforward. I am grateful for honesty in their format now.

Over priced and lacking carrier store deals. No good 3rd party promotions or refurbished inventory to keep prices down and no quality repair services for reasonable prices. Just a big show room with all carriers featured and new products. Dont waste your time, go to a carrier store.

Great customer service. They take the time to find the best deals for the customer. No one can beat Costco deals for cell phones.

Terrible service and way understaffed I would not recommend using them and they don’t know what they are doing and don’t know about the phones and have terrible inventory.

Too expensive. Charge you for every little thing. Then I said so theres alot of hidden costs, she said no hidden costs, Im telling you now that you are doing to get charged for everything we do for our customers. I said NEXT!
