One of the most professionally run business locations Ive ever encountered.As the owner of 2 businesses in Central Oregon, I notice and value exceptional service.From the moment I first walked into this location of Verizon (I want to make it clear Im referencing this particular location, not Verizon in general), I was blown away by the level of professionalism.All employees in suits and ties, customer service was second-to-none.Every time I go there, I barely make it through the door before Im greeted.A representative gets out of his/her chair, approaches me and shakes my hand and asks how they can be of service.The most recent of my visits was the best so far.I was greeted by Chris Dalessi, who took his time with me to not only take care of my needs, but helped me save a bundle on my packages.Later, I found out it was his wedding anniversary; he was planning on making dinner for his wife, and had already completed his shift, yet still opted to stay beyond that time in order to make sure I was completely taken care of.In my 30 year business career, Ive met and interacted with some incredible people, Chris is at the top of that list.

I will Never go back to verizon again…14 years with this company… when I went in a couple of weeks ago to make sure there won’t be a problem with 2 of us leaving and going to T-mobile and one staying on with them for a couple more days then he was changing to a different provider too… the guy we talked to never asked way we were leaving or offered anything to us to change our mind about leaving… would not have stayed anyway …but not to even ask why we are leaving… GREAT customer service….I tried calling Verizon before going to T mobile and was told hold time was 6 min… 25 mins later I hung up and drove to Verizon….I called t-mobile when I 1st got set up and was helped in two rings… Not at Verizon… never been that quick to get help… so glad I switched…

I bought a new phone in March and transferred my old one over to my spouse. Hayden was so patient and helpful with whole process. Also, she was available to answer any questions that came up later. It was easy to schedule an appointment with her. Just sorry it took so long to write my review.I would definitely ask for her again!
My rep was very informative and did excellent job right up to where I left one thing he needs to be more insistant on customer not leaving store with out a case 2nd day drop it in store parking lot and now its all cracked .

If a negative star existed, I would choose it! I would have expected a better experience from a company of this caliber, unfortunately that was not the case. When I added a new line to my plan, Jesse Hart said that the phone was free. After receiving my phone bill, there was a charge for $730.00! After exhausting phone calls to Verizon Customer Service and going into the store 3 times to resolve this issue, no one to date has helped me. My last visit into The Verizon Store was a compete nightmare. There was not one Manager on duty for 3 days and noone to reach out to resolve this matter. Kendall did go as far as calling Jesse Hart at home regarding my free phone he promised. Jesse denied it. Now here is the real kicker, I could literally over hear their conversation as Jesse mocked me and Kendall laughed. Am I in Jr. High School? What did I possibly do to deserve such treatment? Is this how you treat someone who has been a loyal customer for decades? After being humiliated, disrespected and shuffled around since adding a new line last month, looks like they won. I got hammered buying a new phone that was suppose to be free. Dont waste your time or energy at this store. You wont matter.

Totally worthless. I dont understand why a company would employ and schedule so many workers to stand around and ignore the customers waiting in the lobby. I walked in and could see multiple employees standing behind a pole, avoiding working, then there were multiple employees who couldnt do their full job and there was one manager running around finishing contracts. I just wanted to buy a new phone and leave, but i waited for a half hour to leave unsatisfied anyways. This is the worst phone store ive ever been to. Come here if you want to be ignored.

Huge store with not much in it. Every time I have been in, nothing I am interested in is in stock or really even on display either. The customer service is pretty good, but its hard to make a positive impression when you have to just take me to a computer to look things up and not actually show them to me.

He was detailed, informative, kind, professional, a great host while we waited for all my data to transfer to my new phone, and a gentlemen. I’ll be suggesting him to everyone I know.

What a GREAT experience... called and spoke to Brad.. .he was very knowledgeable about phones, plans, and got us the best deal right away. I also called two main competitors... they were awful. On delivery day of our 4 new phones the process was easy, got signed up and moved over in about an hour.... wonderful people throughout the store.... all really nice, helpful, etc. You dont just get your rep at this store... the manager, the other employees, all help out to get you taken care of. Went into the store to have cellular service added to my iPad. Brad was the representative that helped me. He was very professional and friendly. Took the time to make sure everything I needed was taking care of. I would recommend this store and service to anyone looking to switch to Verizon.
The prices they offered me here just didnt make sense, even once you factor in the fact theres a commission.They wanted over over $400 for the Motorola stylo, and almost $500 for the moto g power, which is listed as a cheaper phone than the stylo on the Verizon website.I just bought an Amazon Renewed phone instead. It came with a 90-day money back guarantee, and ended up getting a flagship-level phone that works perfectly for less than Verizon wanted for their low-level phones...
I hope that anybody who is looking for a phone goes into this specific Verizon dealer and works with their staff. Nick Escobar was one of the best reps I have had in customer service for a really long time. He treats people as if they matter and is genuine with his care and service.
Wanted a curbside pickup for on an online order. That wasnt an option. Went inside. Agent seem confused by what I wanted (which was the phone I ordered). He walked off for 20 mins, then another person told me they didnt have that phone, but they could order it. The online inventory was off, and the service was foul. I wouldnt recommend that location to anyone. Go to the north side.
Helpful when it came to adding a new line but not when it came to getting a new phone for an existing line. Didnt tell me I could get cheaper one online. Even though I specifically asked. So a little less konowledgeable or just dishonest

I was very patient but the service was awful. It took forever, the guy was working with multiple customers at a time and wasnt upfront about how long it was gonna take considering I had two kids with me. Ultimately I walked after he tried to sell me last years iPhone and either lied or was misinformed about business plans. Go to the Verizon store by Batteries Plus.
I couldn’t be happier switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. Chris the manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I usually don’t write reviews for these type of things but he went above and beyond with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store for any of your cell phone needs.
We originally went to the Verizon in Redmond on highway 97 where they were no help. So we came to this location and Angela helped me. She made sure I was able to upgrade my phone, helped transfer all my stuff, and was more than welcoming. I’d recommend going and seeing her for any Verizon services.

Dont trust everything they tell you. Their representatives will tell you whatever to get you to buy the phone without explaining all terms and conditions of the promotions. Our phones were suppose to be $400 each but if you look at the bill they are now $936 each is the total to pay off the phones. They will tell you that the liquid screen protector will also cover the back of your iphone. When I went to get it repaired the company said I am sorry if a store representative told you this information but backs are not covered. That was in their automated response....... Clearly verizon was using whatever tactic to up sell... Better off to go to best buy so you arent lied to.
On a Friday evening @ 7pm right before a holiday weekend the last thing anyone wants is a problem customer. I was that customer and Jesse was the ultimate professional and provided phenomenal service. After an absolute nightmare with AT&T’s technical and customer service incompetence I went to a Verizon store desperate for a solution for cellular, WiFi....all of it. Jesse was friendly, courteous, understanding, and efficient. I have everything I need now and I am confident that if there ever is an issue with anything, Verizon will step up if their service is even remotely as excellent as Jesse’s! Thank you!

I am late to adding this review- it’s not something I normally do, however I truly believe that experiences should be shared. I got a new phone set up with Lauren and Chris a couple weeks ago, but didn’t actually take the time to fully understand what was happening (my bad.) I was able to go back with my questions and concerns and was helped BEYOND expectations. Chris went above and beyond normal procedures and policies to ensure that I felt taken care of. I appreciate the service I received and witnessed the same care being given to other customers. I recommend this store for your Verizon care.
We are seniors and didnt want to purchase a phone with some gadgets we would not need. Ms. Radzik was very accomodating showing us the best product for our use. She was patient, fixed up our new phone, took care of the old including some minor credit and everything was completed within an hour. We thank her for her patience and we were extremely happy with the service provided by Verizon and Loren Radzik.
Jessie was very helpful, knew exactly what was wrong with the phone and got me a replacement that I pleased with. He did not try to up sale me to a fancier phone, and for that alone, they have my business. Very ethical.
Need a new phone, or a new plan for the one you have?Go to Bend Verizon Wireless Sale’s and ask for Ben, if he is around. If he isn’t, you will have no problem getting excellent help, but Ben spent close to an hour troubleshooting an issue that ultimately was really my fault for having caused in the first place. He was courteous, patient and very friendly, all while trying to unravel and solve the problem.He did exactly that and then made sure I really understood how to get into the accounts I needed; he had me do that in the store, to be sure I got it.That is high level customer service, an experience not necessarily had at every retail store anymore. Very pleased with my experience at this store.Thank you Ben!

Its always a lengthy time to swithch phones but this in not the reps. Fault.. recommend Jessie to anyone. Verizon store south 3rd street Bend Oregon.Update.. Verizon sucks. At this post 3.5 months to get transferred from a personal act to a business act. Enourmous hrs on ph. 6 hr calls. Twice our phone were turned off for non payment when our bill was zero. Talke with it least 50 people. All going to fix the problem none ever do. Will call Back none do.its been hell and not over yet. Should seek legal help. Advise...stay away from Verizon . and Jessie? Now ignoreing our phone calls for help. Getting 10 emails a day from verizon to approave the account switch. Try TO approave and wont let me. Just been a nightmare.
9/29/20 originally went to the north store near pro caliber and waited to be greeted outside by a Verizon employee. She told me they were full and would be 25-35 mins. I called the south store they said no wait come on in. That person on the phone was Ben who actually helped me purchase my new watch and helped me update my phone that was covered due to damage. Ben is the man...I highly recommend him for any of your needs!
Brad was very helpful as far as getting me phone numbers. However, when I called the number I spent the better part of an hour listening to elevator music.

Everyone we have dealt with (Jesse, Angela, Benjamin and Brad B.)has been wonderful however Brad B. has been amazing! We had some billing issues and he spent several hours over several days getting the issues resolved and was VERY pleasant durring the entire process even when he was being passed around from department to department and being told a different thing by everyone he spoke with. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, willing & able to help in any way! An absolute asset to the company, service provider and most importantly us, the customer!

The extra-Galaxy phones that I purchased, buy one and get one free, that I am still paying the one I already paid for. This is store that shall not be trusted. Please keep your receipt.

I needed a new phone absolutely quickly if not immediately. Saturday morning, screen went dead on my five-year-old phone. Went to Verizon here in Bend, Oregon. Ashley greeted me at the door, ask me how she could help me, I told her. Not long later and very inexpensive new phone. Numbers transferred pictures transferred connections transferred. This is not a Verizon Corporate Store! I went in because I was unable to download an app on my phone. The associate could not fix the problem, neither could her supervisor. It was suggested to me that a newer model of my phone might fix the problem. It did not. I was directed to the MAC Store in Bend, and they were able to fix the problem. I had been told that I could return the new phone within 30 days, so when I went back 2 days later, I was told that my old phone was gone, & could not be retrieved. I was scammed into buying a new phone that I did not need! A corporate Verizon store would have held my old phone for 3 days. Dont get scammed by a high pressure sales gimmick like I did! I wont go back to this store again dont recommend them to anyone. They are morally corrupt!

The customer service was great. My husband and I upgraded to new phones and we love them. Although we were shown a number for what our monthly bill will be from now on, and its quite a bit lower than the bill I just received (even with the one time charge deducted, the monthly charges are much higher than he claimed they would be). Im not sure if our sales rep forgot to factor in a charge or was being dishonest when trying to make a sale. I realize that these reps make commission so they push sales but Im pretty disappointed.
Clean and friendly. Not pushy on sales. The associate Benjamin helped me on multiple occasions. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted. Ill continue using this store!

I walked in about ten minutes after closing time. The lights were off and there was one guy just finishing up. My phone had finally taken its last major breath (battery was almost completely dead and would not stay charged. Also was taking about 5 minutes to do anything. Ben stuck around for about a half hour helping me get a new phone set up. He even was able to help me outfit the new phone with a screen protector and case (I work in a pretty dirty field). I was pretty sure I would be without a phone for my work week ( I get off at 7 and start at 8). Thank you Ben for the excellent customer service.
I am not happy with this store at all. When my boyfriend switched to Verizon we were told that there would be a $150 gift card for switching over, and never received it. Contacted Verizon customer support and they told me to contact the store, and nothing. I don’t feel like this store, or at the least the representative I worked with, cared about us as customers. I just went in to upgrade currently and felt like I was more of a commission target than a customer.
Ben Bermel used out of the box thinking to immediately problem solve for me. I walked out with a replacement phone much quicker than any other previous phone experience. Ask for Ben and save time!

Amazing and friendly service. I bought two new phones at a different store and when that store wouldnt help me set up the phones Brad did it even though he got nothing out of it. Ultimately we returned one of the phones and then bought one from Brad and started a new cell phone because he deserved our business for helping make a complicated situation seem easy. Ben Bermel was amazing! I had been going on a two day process of trying to get my identity verified for a new phone line and he made the whole thing simple and fun. He was so patient and took the time to help me. And he got me the phone I wanted in a color I didn’t even think existed anymore. I am so glad I went down to the store instead of trying to continue my fight online. I am so thankful for Ben. Definitely recommend him!
