New customer and I feel confident for only one reason- employee Zach at this particular branch is absolutely amazing. Another employee was helping us at first and instantly I felt hesitant and unsure of my decision to switch to T-mobile. But ZACH changed that! He knows his stuff and is calm and helpful!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for almost ten years and once I moved to bend I figured this would be the go-to store, I see that there are many positive reviews for this location when it was formerly a sprint store, props to them… T-mobile is now garbage. I needed to make account changes and upgrade my phone but after 6+ weeks and 5 visits the employees seemed to only know how to sit on their phones and tell me they had no stock on iPhones and 90% of the things I needed help with had to be done over the phone (t-mobile phone customer service sucks too). No knowledge of incoming inventory and no effort to help further than telling me to call or do it online. Whoever manages this establishment should pay some attention to their employees and hopefully provide some suggestions to not suck (even just greeting your customers is a good start). After hearing the same answer and attitude for the 5th time I walked around the corner to AT&T and received incredible customer service and full inventory and I am now a happy customer. Best of luck to you guys

Great service here by Dave! He answered all my questions and was a lot of fun. Other staff in the store were nice and helpful too. Got 2 new iPhones and some watches. Definitely visit this location and ask for Dave!

This specific store had very friendly staff and helped fix my phones issue as quickly as possible. The sales consultant helping me, Colton Mosher, was extremely helpful and made everything run smoothly. He was super easy to work with, cooperative, and polite. If I need help with my service again, I will definitely contact him or anyone working at the time he was.

Says theyre open they are not thanks t mobile for further customer disservice everything is a bit worse since the merger get it together

We have been customers here for over 4 years and we have had absolutely wonderful experiences EVERY time we go into the store. The staff is ALWAYS incredibly friendlly and knowledgeable. Its so nice to go into a store on any particular day, and be greeted with a smile and great attitude no matter how busy it is. We also love the fact that we are ALWAYS treated like family. I would definitely recommend this particular store to anyone in the area.

I have received A+ customer service from Joshua and his team. I was lured into the store by Sprints cut your bill in half promotion. Joshua quickly and skillfully navigated the sales process to ensure we were getting the best value and the phones we wanted. If you are considering sprint do yourself a favor and talk to Josh!

Sprint is a terrible phone company. I wont bore you with all of my reasons why. Sprint gets 1 star. However, the employees are wonderful! 5 stars for their attitude and attempt to resolve issues even though they cant even communicate effectively with the Sprint people over the phone. Very sad.

Never been able to get decent service in any home that Ive lived in the Bend - Redmond area. Always have to get a signal booster. Boooo Sprint. So many missed calls.

I would give it zero stars if I could! False advertising and the customer service is terrible. The guy that worked with me, spent most of the time flirting with the women behind me in line. When it came time to setup my phone plan, he lied to me saying that I wouldnt pay more than $90 per month and that my service would be far better than AT&T. My last bill was $143 and the service has been terrible. Dropped calls everyday and slower than slow load speeds. So slow that I cant even pull up half of the stuff that I need the phone for in the first place. If you are thinking about switching to Sprint, do yourself a favor and DONT!!!!
