Frankly I was about to get rid of my Apple 11 and cancel AT&T but not now since Maria has solved my problem. We had went to the Redmond store the young kid there didnt know anything had to do what you needed to do cuz my father-in-laws phone was such a dinosaur. I never leave reviews but I have to give Aj and his team a review, hopefully they will get some recognition for how incredibly awesome and well put together this team is! I went in for something so quick and simple to get resolved thinking it would be a boring transaction. But as soon as I walked in I felt like I had been friends with them for so long. Everyone was glowing and had smiles ear to ear, they sincerely greeted me with warmth and laughter straight from the door. Especially with all the Covid-19 restrictions they have to keep up with. I am very impressed with how they dealt with every customer when I was in there. Although I was not there long, I was able to get the help I needed to get my problem solved and I also left with more knowledge about my device. Safe to say I am a happy customer! I initially left the store very content in thinking that Kenneth helped me switch carriers with a great deal. When going over the original plan he asked me if I owned a business. I told him that I did not own a business. He proceeded by stating that owning a business would give me a discount, so he will just pretend I own one. He neglected to mention that a business account would greatly increase my monthly bill by adding fees that are completely unnecessary for my personal phone use. After waiting a month, I finally received a bill estimate in the mail that was double what the store representative had promised me. I am extremely upset and feel as though I have been scammed. Be cautious of this company’s unethical values, it is very clear that AT&T store representatives will do anything to make a sale.

0 StarsWhen I arrived I was greeted by a man just walking up and staring at me. I said hello and began telling him why I was there which was because my phone had recently been buffering a lot and that the call quality was bad sometimes. His response was “well it’s not AT&T’s fault that your phone is slow”. Without a second in between he says “well do you have any storage left? Do you even know what I’m taking about? No? Let me show you” treated me like I was incompetent and trying to personally blame him for my phones issues. I ended up just walking out to which I hear from behind me “have a good day”. What a smart a**. I was in the store for less than 30 seconds.I ended up driving to Redmond and if you’re reading this would recommend you do the same.

Every single person in the Bend area is amazing, EXCEPT those people working in the AT&T store! My wife and I had to come to this place 3 times over 2 days to get my new phone. We were never updated on when the phones came in and when I contacted them to see if they came in, they said they were actually there that same morning we came in on the second day the second time. We waited for over an hour to just speak with someone and watched about 4 other people walk in, wait for someone to talk to them or acknowledge them so they all walked out. Snide remarks about our phone plan trying to sell us on an unlimited plan we had absolutely no interest in and didnt want to discuss to be responded with yeah, unlimited call, text and 30 GB of data is a GREAT plan. Upon getting back to our home, we discovered our bill went up by almost $200 after being told that nothing would be changed on the bill. Worst cell phone experience I ever had and will never go back there even if we end up moving to Bend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees I was helped as quickly as possible whats the number of people in the store, I was even caught in there during the football game and they were nice enough to put the game on their TV while I waited! Super family friendly associates are more than accommodating to children and expediance knowing that your in a hurry if you have children!

The Spanish speaking staff that helped me in this Bend office was excellent-- wish I could remember her name. I dont care for AT&T and expected the usual lame service, but she really delivered. I had a SIM from Mexico AT&T that also covers the US. I had an emergency in the US and had been unable to set up auto pay before leaving MX. I needed to find a way to set it up or lose my service for non-payment. It took a lot of time, work and savvy, but she delivered! It made a difficult time so much easier...

If I could put 0 stars I would. I had to drive three hours from Portland to do a phone swap with my mom who lives in Bend. I had wanted to call the store ahead of time to make sure they had the phone in stock that I wanted. That was my mistake. It took over 30 phone calls and over 5 hours to get them to answer the phone. When they did I was told they were too busy to answer the phone and that they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. I also called AT&T customer service and they werent answering the calls from their corporate office either. Because of this I had to go to two different store in order to get the products I wanted one of which was Best Buy where I was told that things like this happen all the time with them. The Redmond store was somewhat better but it also took multiple tries for me to get them to answer. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

I’m sorry to say after being a loyal AT&T customer for almost 10 years, tonight may have changed that. I called on 1/9/19 after seeing all the great offers from other providers, to see if there was any better plan that we could be in to save $. I spoke with Cassandra, the entire call took over 45 mins, but in the end she said she could save us $75/mo. I was very happy, until I rec’d our January statement and it was $30 MORE than the previous month!! After over an hour on the phone tonight with Gon and Andy my issue is still not resolved! I think we will be looking at other providers this weekend. Very frustrated!!

I have found AT&T of Bends service to be quite satisfactory. Maria was very friendly and efficiently switched me over from Sprint. AT&T definitely has better coverage than Sprint in the Central Oregon Area.

I would highly recommend Maria and Sarah at this store I have worked with both of them switching my line from Verizon to AT&T and also my friends lines from Verizon to AT&T and both have help me and my friends out and we are so satisfied with the service it works 100% better in bend then Verizon dose and you can actually load stuff on google and i did not get service with Verizon at my house and could never make phone calls and now that I have AT&T I can make phone calls at my house too!

Complete and total lack of customer service. Been in there twice in the last month and I’m shocked at the lack of attention anyone paid to the one and only customer in the whole store (4 employees standing around watching tv). I was in there about two months ago scouting out phones and there was some younger kid in there who was amazing. Walked me around and showed me the phones, gave me great explanations. When I returned to actually get a phone once my contract was ready I haven’t seen him since and I’m so disappointed in the staff there. Bummer!! I specifically asked for help twice and got a one word response and then was left to try and make guesses about the products.

I can’t even remember the name of the man who “assisted” me because I too quickly became very irritated with him. When I walked in no one greeted me. Most of the employees were mindlessly watching the TVs in there. The man I approached for help greeted me with “do you need something.” I asked to see phone plans so he responds “we don’t have them printed.” I ask for them to be explained and he can’t even remember so he starts scrolling through his iPad ignoring me and only saying “hold on.” So I ask to be shown iPhones and he just points me to a wall. I later have to ask for pointers on how to use certain features and he goes “well I don’t have a iPhone but I could show you a couple things.” He shows me once quickly and walks away into the back office. I have never been so disappointed with customer service. I went across the street to Best Buy and they were AMAZINGLY helpful and kind, and they don’t even make commission on these sales. Wow!

Less than 1 star. Was sold a bundled service with a quoted price, and after hundreds of dollars of installation fees, and following up on the bills that started coming through from the other two vendors, I learned there is no such thing as a bundled service. No discounts, as promised (was told I HAD to purchase DirectTV in order to get the discounted internet price. Was also told the DirectTV rate was a lifetime rate. Got the bill...no...it is only a 12-month rate. Called to follow up on that, and learned I have to Call in after a year to ask for the rate to stay the same. Also signed up for the military discount in July 2017, they agent took my ID, and the discount showed up on my bill. No other instructions. Then, the discount fell off my bill. Apparently, the ID verification I provided in the store is not enough. Apparently one has to re-upload the ID online too. When I called to ask about this, I was told the Military Discount can only be done online, and is an enrollment process. Still trying to find out where this lives on the AT&T site. Called to get a refund for the months where my discount was not applied, and was told I could not get it because I had not applied for it...even though it was on my bill for a month. Last, but not least, was also told I qualified for a $200 rebate. Called to ask how I get the rebate, and was told I had to wait 30-days after the service started, and then I could call in to request it. Still getting the runaround on this. Called in to ask about it, and was told no department at AT&T could handle this request, and was not provided a contact. So, clearly be careful about what you are being sold in the store. There is no such thing as a bundled service...and it will cost you an arm and a leg to get it installed. Have been a loyal ATT customer for 10-years. Leaving the company after this mess.

AT&T reception is horrible in Bend and non existent in the mountains around Central Oregon. We recently switched to Verizon with much better results.Oh, and AT&T customer service is terrible when you decide to switch. They pimped us around for over a month. Stay Away!
