Needed a letter for a new mortgage stating payments were made as agreed, and who paid them, from what account, bank whatever. They said we will print what we can. Its a printout of payments made and date. It doesnt even say its on automatic withdraw and my daughter pays it. Hell my daughter deserves better recognition then this. Wow.... So sad.

I wouldnt send anyone here, the lack of respect they show when hard times hit is amazing. Always on time with payment, not even one day two women took my husbands car and then proceeded to wait at my childs school to us to leave with the other one after already telling them it would be the next day to make payment. After cars were gone, they continue to show up at our house after telling them we couldnt pay and need to talk to Corp about the lack there of. Not worth your time and hard earned money to deal with these people.

Definitely not even worth rating one star but had to select one. They are a complete joke.Charge you triple the price of the cars actual worth.We even had our car insurance tell us that after we were involved in a hit and run and they wanna sue my husband for $3400 for the remaining balance of the car in which theyre charging for.They come and repo your vehicle a day before it is due and then want to charge a $50 repo fee when they werent even supposed to repo the vehicle yet.They sell precrashed vehicles for way too much.They patch it up to look good and sell it.We have had to replace the lower control arms and wheel bearings on my car because it has been previously wrecked by the person who owned it before and the frame is bent on it.I would NOT recommend this company with my last dying breath.Theyre crooks!!

Originally when I got my car, I thought this will be great! I put good amount of money down, so it wasnt to bad expensive. It was fairly cheap payments but Now that Im struggling they want to tell me that if I miss 1 single payment and not even completely miss it because I offered a partial payment that they are going to take my car. This is the absolute worst car company I have ever, EVER heard of and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They are Greedy with crap cars. Ive had mine little over a year and its given me trouble several times. There are better dealerships elsewhere that deserve your money way more!

If I could of took stars away I would but I had to give them some type of star to do this review. I give them a -5 stars.I used to really think that they were a great place to purchase from...man was I fooled. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them and had no issues with them we even referred other friends & family to them. I have been ill and in and out of the hospital and my husband is the only one working. and now that we are struggling they want to tell me that if I miss a payment and not even completely miss it because I paid all but $16 of the payment. And they are going to take my car. For $16!! Supetior Auto is by far the absolute worst car company I have EVER purchased a vehicle from. They are GREEDY, I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever again.

The extra effort and welcoming demeanor of the individuals staffing this store are refreshing. I would reccomend the Bedford store to anyone looking for a good deal on a car, knowing they will be treated both fairly and with compassion not found in larger cities.

I got a 2009 Pt Cruiser from here and it broke down in 2 days, it had a total of $1,500 repairs needed to do yo it, so they put me in a 2006 Chevy Malibu LT and I had it for 26 hours and I got stuck an hour and a half away from home because it broke, never going to this place again, I didnt get the car I wanted and the two I did get broke in a total of four days... (Wish I could rate 0 stars)

This place is a joke! I honestly wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
