He is polite, professional, knowleagble, and most importantly responsive with excellent communication and follow-up skills. We built a new vehicle and the delivery date was delayed due to the COVID pandemic, Nic maintained great communication throughout the entire process and checked-in accordingly as updates became available. Jon Parker was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and explained all of the features the car had in detail to make sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot. Mike was also extremely helpful on the finance side of the purchase. I was in and out of his office quickly without any pressure to add on any unnecessary warranties. Jonathan Parker was our sales person, he was nice the initial time we met but when we came back to sign the paperwork he was a different sales person. After I decided to buy the used range rover I asked for the service history so I would know what was done through the life of the vehicle and what would be due, John was reluctant but said he would. John never gave us the service history papers. We had a problem with the insurance company, we needed him to stay with us to answer question and make sure the paperwork went through properly. John left us for 10 to 15 minutes at a time and one time I had to go looking for him. John showed little interest in the sale or our satisfaction then told me. I will be sending you a google link for a review, if you would write a good review but if its bad dont bother. In a week I will check to see how everything is. Its been a couple weeks and John hasnt contacted us. The finance gentleman was pleasant, courteous and answered our questions. One star for the finance person and one star for the Range Rover Evoque.

The customer service we experienced in purchasing our first Range Rover from Land Rover Bedford was fantastic. Jonathan Parker was patient and helpful throughout all aspects of the transaction. He was communicative throughout the process and thorough in his presentation of the car and its technology/ systems upon delivery, spending an hour + to make sure we were confident in every feature the car has. Easiest car purchase ever. Fixed no haggle prices and awesome finance options. Sales persons are not pushy or judgmental. No one tried to upsell me or push something I dont really need. They work with us to make the purchase, even when not financing with them. No waiting in lobby to sign paperwork, as they plan out the deliveries based on appointments. Our sales person was Travis and was a wonderful person to work with.

Good transaction and vehicle exactly as represented so far, price seemed reasonable to market for the model & condition. With covid had to do the transaction long-distance and with as little contact as possible, and the dealership was cooperative with this and made everything pretty straightforward. Communication via email, phone and text all good. Vehicle only 4 years old so should be perfect, so far so good, and hope it all stays that way.

Edit 08/16 - I have has a chance to reconnect with Land Rover Bedford and have purchased the vehicle discussed below. The team at Land Rover Bedford was timely in their response and was able to provide a fair trade-in value on my vehicle. I am happy with how the situation was handled and would not hesitate to do business with the dealership in the future.Attempting to buy a vehicle from Land Rover Bedford was one of the most frustrating car buying experiences I have ever had.I inquired on a CPO Range Rover and was put in contact with Mae who responded to my inquiries quickly and efficiently. I was told that as an out of state buyer they would not be able to register the vehicle for me and that I would have to pay cash. I agreed that this would be fine and inquired if I could have my trade appraised before making the long journey to their dealership. Mae kindly informed me that all I needed to do was fill out their online Kelly Blue Book vehicle evaluation and that would give me a “ballpark number”. I submitted this evaluation and received a range of $48,135-53,890 with Kelly Blue Book’s trade-in value of $51,022. This was agreeable to me and I asked if I could place a deposit on the vehicle until I could come in person for the deal to be finalized - I was told that the dealership does not accept deposit’s on vehicles. To accomodate I took a day off of work (June 23, 2021) to make the 7 hour, 410 mile round trip to view the vehicle.Upon arriving at Land Rover Bedford I was told that Mae, with whom I had been solely communicating, was not available despite confirming my appointment with her just a few hours prior. I was instead introduced to Nicholas Porriello. Nicholas was fantastic; he showed me around the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I have no complaints about my experience with Nicholas and would encourage anyone who is interested in a vehicle from this dealership to reach out to him.Things fell apart after my trade was inspected and I received a proposal. I was first offered $44,xxx for my vehicle. Not even close to the “ballpark number”. After some negotiation I was offered eventually $46,923. I should note that my trade (2014 CLS63 AMG) has 20k miles, is in fantastic condition, and has almost every option fitted from the factory - I have received multiple $50k+ trade-in evaluations.The experience felt very much like bait and switch. I was content with the dealers asking price for the vehicle, I did not mind their additional dealer fee, I was happy with their online value of my vehicle, I accepted having to make the deal in cash and to register the vehicle myself, I even took a day off of work to act quickly as they do not take deposits. I was ready to complete the transaction with the expectations they had set but ended up having to negotiate just to try and get close to the original trade-in value offered.

I had been shopping around for quite some time looking for the particular vehicle they got on their lot. I felt the vehicle was fairly priced based on what I had seen for sale elsewhere and I went ahead and set up a test drive. Upon arriving car was clean, warmed up, ready and waiting. Dealing with the guys at Land Rover was a good experience, even when I was not sure we could get the numbers to work, we were able to make it happen. At one point, I didnt think the numbers would work and they even agreed to refund me my deposit I had offered to hold the vehicle, which I though was super great and very professional. I have now had my vehicle for about 4 days and I love my purchase! Where I really give this dealership 10 stars, is when I decided I was going to move forward, I walked in, called my insurance, sign paperwork and I was out in about an hour. Ive purchased vehicles in the past at places like Mercedes and the dealership wanted to make a whole long big thing out of it, but these guys were ready. Im not a patient person so this worked great for me. I did the online application at home the night I test drove the vehicle which was super easy. We determined most of the terms by phone/text with my sales guy Jon, who was awesome! My signing seemed very quick considering what I have experienced in the past with other dealerships. Vehicle was clean, ready and waiting when I arrived to sign for it. Jon was excellent, he even learned a ton about the vehicle although this was not a typical vehicle they sold on their lot, so he could show me what I needed to know. Which really showed me he is great at what he does. I already had experience with the overview of the vehicle so wasnt to much to show but I was impressed that he familiarized himself with it. Jon even went as far to strap my ezpass on the new vehicle for me in the freezing cold, which I thought was so nice of him to do. I am very happy with my overall experience and I would buy from this dealer again. If you see anything on their lot I would certainly recommend dealing with these guys.

Walked in with the intention of buying a new vehicle and the managers, Derek and Andrew, and staff, Michael Cormier, managed to make us walk out of there due to their poor customer service and condescending attitudes. The absolute worst service I have ever received from any car dealership. They personally offended my family and I will never give them a dime of my money. From my first interaction on the phone with Mae M, I knew that Land Rover Bedford was going to treat us well. Once we arrived at the store, Nic Blaney greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us two vehicles which was perfect because we also had our 9 month old with us. After test driving we purchased the exact car Nic knew we would like from listening to what we wanted. Negotiating terms was easy and then we had the pleasure of working with Mike the next day to sign the paper work.What I liked most was that no one at this dealership tried to sell us anything that we didn’t want. They listened to our needs and presented what they thought we might like- they were spot on with every part of the sale. Nic has also checked in with us since the purchase and I am happy he did because I had a few new questions about some of the controls.Thank you to everyone for selling us a fantastic vehicle.

The price was at the right place (both for the Land Rover and trade). The experience was top drawer. I found the car I wanted and came up from NJ. I spent some time on the phone with Travis before coming up. Travis picked me up at the airport with the car. He’s both friendly and professional. Very easy going, absolutely zero pressure. Derek, the manager, met me as well and gave me some great info on the car. Just great customer experience with both of them. This dealership gets 5 stars hands down (if possible we would give them more). My fiancé and myself walked onto the lot in February this year with no prior contact. To our pleasant surprise we were not bombarded by a number of salespeople trying to fight over who was getting a commission and Joseph greeted us in the most professional & kind manner. Great guy, very friendly and was not pushy or trying to get a commission but to our surprise was very not only very knowledgeable, patient, and just wanted to help as if we knew him personally previously which took a tremendous amount of stress of the commonly stressful ordeal of purchasing a vehicle. One week later we picked up the car and got what I can only describe as VIP treatment from finalizing our purchase to personally walking my fiancé through all of the features of her new vehicle and even following up with us after the sale. Additionally I would also like to mention Dawn-Marie in the service department in which we had to contact due to a lug nut lock replacement and was dealt with in the most highest possible degree of customer service we have ever seen with any dealership before. I had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2020 Range Rover Sport from Travis King at Range Rover Bedford. From the start it was a very easy, low pressure experience. They had the vehicle I wanted listed on their website and I called ahead to schedule a time to drive it. When I arrived, the car was was ready and waiting for me at the door. I never felt pressure to purchase the vehicle and we were able to agree on a fair price. We had trouble setting up the remote start on the InControl app due to difficulty removing my previous Range Rover from the app. Travis worked with Range Rover directly to resolve the issue and kept me posted during the process. I couldnt believe how we were treated when we arrived to look at a vehicle. First, we were looking at a used vehicle, so perhaps the team didnt care that we werent buying a $100K vehicle, they showed us the wrong car. Then when I explained it was the wrong car, they stated that the car I was looking for wasnt in the lot. I had to then call the internet sales manager to confirm the car was in fact at the lot. The salesman was then able to find the car. Full of dust, not cleaned, and oh by the way leaking fluid from the transfer case. After having another dealership service the vehicle and address the warranty issues - we tried buying it. It took 2 weeks as the person responsible for approving the contract was on vacation. Ive never seen such poor service. Again, I assume its because we were buying a relatively inexpensive used car, compared to a Land Rover. I just hope they dont treat their Land Rover buying customers in the same manner.

Best experience ever! I have never owned or driven in a Land Rover/Range Rover. I went to Bedford Land Rover and met Jeffrey Towne. He was great right off the bat. He emailed me immediately when i had a question and the purchasing went seamlessly. I eventually met everyone in the building right up to he General Manager. Everyone was fabulous and very, very helpful.

I didnt have great experience with this dealership, I was ready to purchase BMW X6 that they had on their website, i had cash ready, their sales manager Travis King is very bad salesman, I dont know how they sell anything... I am from North Carolina and I was going to buy 40k car with cash on unseen(get it shipped). Travis didnt have any negotiating skills at all, would promise to work on price+shipping and then calls back convincing me thats the best price and its already an awesome deal... I lived my whole life in Europe and know how these European cars are priced and what they are worth... after that I told him not to call me again unless they come to my price point, but still got calls every other day from them to check if I found anything and if Im still interested in their awesome price. They really need to work on their negotiating skills, $200 Is not worth to loose a 100% customer. I would not do business again with this dealership.

My most recent visit to Land Rover Bedford, was similar to my previous visits. Since I wait for my LR4, I stay and work. They have always let me use their conference room when I am there. The work was completed when promised and my vehicle now brakes much better.My only request is that they provide some morning baked goods to go with the coffee.

We were not fully satisfied with customer service. Sales person stated you only need to buy Land Rover from dealership but after continuously pushing 2015 model that we did not wanted, person calls to offer Acura vehicle from the same dealership. Information conveyed was not clear and concise. Sales person did not impress us, and on top of it, failed to submit all paperwork needed. Lots of information was not given. We are planning to purchase another Land Rover and this will not be a dealership will are planning to go through again.

Noah in particular (and his team), in the service department, are exceptional and Noah has gone above-and-beyond to accommodate me always whenever Ive had need to have my LR3 HSE serviced. They have an honesty, integrity and level of service that Im unaccustomed to within a service department. I hope they give Noah a raise (or already pay him well) because he really earns every penny, both for his livelihood and for the quality and reputation he upholds within the Land Rover service departments name.Thank you, Noah!

The buying process was incredibly easy with no pressure. That said, every service experience Ive had has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.This morning, I visited about 10 minutes after they opened to inquire about the replacement of a dead battery. First, I was asked to have a seat while their services coordinator finished logging in to her terminal and got ready for her day. About 5 minutes later, and 5 minutes of my time wasted because apparently her time was more important, I was asked what brought me in that morning. After explaining that I had a 2 y/o battery (purchased from them, $300 for the battery + $100 for the install) with a 6 yr warranty and that I would like the battery replaced, I was given a string of reasons why that was not likely to happen. The culmination being when I was told that they would have to run diagnostics (at my cost) on the vehicle with the battery to ensure that it wasnt my fault. At this point I stood to leave stating that this wasnt worth it to me when I could buy a new battery for $180 and install it myself in 10 minutes. The services coordinator then said that if Id let her finish instead of ATTACKING her (I had done nothing more than interuppt her) she would have told me that the diagnostic fee would be refunded if it was indeed a bad battery.Ill admit to being incredulous at being accused of attacking someone when I had not even raised my voice. So, I left the dealership viewing to never return. I have never dealt with a customer service professional who was so aggressively dramatic. I guess they got their way in the end as they clearly have no interest in honoring a warranty .Another time, I called to ask about our LR4 lowering itself to the stops several seconds after turning it off, I was told that this wasnt good and that I should bring it in for service. After a couple visits and several hundred dollars later, I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle...that this was normal behavior.If you want to buy a Land Rover, this might be the right place but when it comes time for service find somewhere else. I can make a recommendation.
