The service department is excellent the sales department I will not comment upon although I bought my vehicle at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted I will always go to the service department of Mercedes Benz of Bedford Ohio because the service department has given me excellent service the past 10 years. In addition the sales department treating with the upmost disrespect I was unable to acquire quotes for a new vehicle for 2122 year so I had to go to Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted who showered me with professionalism and bought my 2021 Mercedes there however the service department at Bedford Mercedes those folks have been there so long and they are excellent and I appreciate you the least I can say about the sales departmentFrom the sales manager to particular sales man go service department excellent service thank you again

I’m from out of town and I had a flat tire on the highway . I wasn’t sure what to do since I’m not from around here so I was told to call roadside assistance and I was very pleased with how fast and nice Tyler who works at Mercedes Benz of Bedford. When he got to my location he helped me with putting the spare tire on my car which was scary since it was on a very busy highway. I wanted to say the people at Bedford are great and I will always remember this experience

Train your sale associate on customer services. The first thing the SA told me after I sat down was that hes happy I am here because its the end of the month and he needs business. He asked about my expectations on a car, but he was not listening. He showed me a few cars, handed me the keys, and asked me to drop him back to the office because he has an appointment with another customer. He totally doesnt care. He tried to show me the mobile app, but he doesnt know what he is talking about (I later found out he showed me the wrong app).Karolina was good though. She helped me with setting up the mobile app account. She actually stood under the sun waiting for me to talk to the Mercedes mobile connect staff. Thats customer services!The guy who helped me with the finance paperwork was helpful too

We bought a used car from this dealership, was told it had been inspected and I specifically asked for this item and told I would receive a copy. Eventually, they said, they NEVER RAN an inspection at all. $1k later to have it fixed, nothing like driving around with broken rear spring and blown out shocks. Super safe. Guess thats how you are treated when you buy used from here. Our sales guy knows and didnt suggest help in any way...reached out to Penske. Buyer beware - if you buy used from here - get your car inspected by someone else.

I brought my 2008 C300 here for an airbag recall and the warning lights on the dash. Additionally I showed them a picture and location of a ground wire that had almost caught fire, they had to charge me a diagnostic fee which I understand and they said it would be applied to the work. I ended up requesting that they replace the tail light wiring harness, it was a $40 part. they managed to charge me $180 labor for the 30 minutes of work. Heres where it gets really interesting, when I picked up the car it had a WARNING LIGHT on the dashboard saying SRS MALFUNCTION which is safety restraint system. I was confused so I ask Barbara in the service department why this had not been looked at, thats when she told me that I only paid for a diagnostic for the tail light. What? let me explain again... I had already diagnosed the problem, showed them exactly what was wrong, which does not constitute a diagnosis. I requested the diagnosis because there was four warnings on the dashboard including the SRS malfunction! which with my general knowledge I assumed was the airbag but needed to be recalled. She then proceeded to tell me that it could be something VERY DANGEROUS and that I should have it looked at. She wanted to charge me another $153 diagnostic fee to look at the dash light indication. Remember when I said I was okay with the diagnostic for the dash lights? Apparently safety, customer service and altogether General logic does not apply here. I was willing to talk to the service manager, but even though I called and left a message for them at 1pm, I did not receive a call back by close at 6 p.m. I noticed on my bill that a complimentary safety check was performed on the tires, horn, wipers, and fluid levels. How is it possible to perform a safety check and not notice a Malfunction warning on the dashboard?I do not recommend! I will not ever return here unless it is for compensation.

My Mercedes 2016 E-350 broke down 400 miles from my home service center. After the car was towed to Mercedes-Benz of Bedford, Service Advisor Dave Silver provided excellent service. He worked with technicians to diagnose the problem very quickly. The new parts were installed and I was finished the same day. He explained the problem and its implications very clearly. Back In June I Took My Car To The Mercedes Of Bedford Dealership To Get A New Fuel Pump Installed... I Was Told That I Would Have To Wait, that My Car Wouldnt Be Looked At For Another Week or So (July 1st.) but the head service tech wouldnt be back in town until July 6th. So i assumed it would be looked at after July 6th. And i was told by a salesman and a service tech that it would cost $160 for the diagnostic... Then i called a few days later and i was then told by someone else that the diagnostic would cost $320... Then i was told that We didnt even know your car was here! This was now over 2 weeks later! Mind you i signed a document the last of june! and gave them my keys! But she told me they had no idea my car was there! Then i was told it would cost over $1,200 to replace the fuel pump, then i was told there would be a $750 deposit, which nobody told me that 2 weeks prior when i took my car in... THEN! in another call i was told that NOW! my battery was dead and i would need a new one! and now the cost went up to $1,670! Not including the $320 diagnostic... So i decided to go pick up my car and take it elsewhere! But when i got it, the wood grain panel where my gear shifter is WAS CRACKED! so i informed them of the damage and the manager BOB told me to email him to see what they can do to rectify the situation, to which he replied to my suggestion with a very rude email telling me not to threaten or bully him or his staff and that WE DIDNT DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE and yet i have proof via time dated photos that i took the day before AND THAT PANEL WASNT DAMAGED! so i called BOB! and i cussed him out! and told him IM DEFINITELY GOING TO FILE A LAWSUIT! and ILL SEE HIM IN COURT!

Rude staff in the service department, especially their service manager, and a very bad experience overall.They refused to replace my sbc module (brake system), which is covered by the warranty because the car had hail damage. They won’t even listen to anything i have to say. This is absurd. They charged me to diagnose something i already knew was broken and told them is broken and then they refused to do it under warranty. They could have told me they wouldn’t do it under warranty before their useless diagnosis, basically I payed them to tell me they won’t fix it. I will take it to MB USA. Do not recommend.

I appreciated Chris Tombos efforts to keep me informed while my car was in Service for a couple of days, and I also appreciated the efforts of Dave McCaig and Matt Mohr in Sales, who had personal knowledge of my MBs particular issue, and continued to assist even after the sale was completed. Because they had personal knowledge of the problem my car was having, they were able to coordinate the information they had with Chris and his team so that there was no communication gap. All in all, I felt that I was treated like a valued MB customer from start to finish.

Horrible buying experience I made my intentions knows that I was ready to buy and spend money! BEFORE I went to the dealership with my checks in pocket, I was then asked a second time again “do you want to buy” by the manager after arrival(where’s the basic communication??) I had scheduled test drive over the phone that when I arrived I was told I could not take (THIS IS WHY I CHECKED ON THE PHONE FIRST!!!) I was also told to bring my brand new vehicle in for trade in, and the vehicle was never appraised for trade in, very unprofessional and unfriendly staff will not be back to buy a car from this place. I will be telling all my friends about my experience, and I encourage anyone thinking about buying a car here TO STAY VERY FAR AWAY & TO SHOP ELSEWHERE YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER, that you did not waste your time or money at this unprofessional dealership very very disappointed with the quality of service I received as a potential buyer....

Excellent service. Even though I didnt get a service thanks to them for telling me that my car already had service when I purchased it. They explain certain things about my wheels. Very pleased with them. Ill update this once I get service.Update: got my service done and everything looks and feels better. I am a little disappointed with certain services that were a little higher cost wise. Called a different MB dealer and got a cheaper quote. No big deal, its a business and everyone can make their prices. Will return for a transmission service in a few months.

I called for a GLC 300 wiper blade replacement. I was told that it would be almost 1 week before I can get an appt for wiper blades replacement..... I never heard of such!! I called Benz on North Olmsted and I was told to bring it in Mon-Fri before 4pm and they will take care of it immediately!!! I did and waited 20 mins for my service to be completed.I live 4 mins from Benz of Bedford and from previous (horrible) experience with my husbands 2018 Sprinter and former My GLS 450..... I’ve learned to go the “extra miles” for optimal service! We go to Benz of North Olmsted for the best service.... sad for us to be inconvenience with traveling so far...but customer service is so important and word of mouth goes a long way!!!I hope one day Bedford Benz will get it together!!!

Deceptive sales tactic while buying used vehicle. I purchased a Ram Rebel with 25000 miles on it 9/2019. On the initial test drive I could tell the breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. I told the salesman that if this was addressed would test drive the truck again and proceed with the sale. Was contacted a day later informing me that everything was taken care of and the rotors and breaks were replaced with genuine replacement Mopar parts. I drove the truck and seemed to be repaired and proceeded with the sale. Here I am a little over a year later and the dealer where I take the truck is telling me that the rotors are original and were merely turned/resurfaced are the original rotors and never replaced.I then called the service desk at Mercedes and am now told the unfortunate truth that the only thing done prior to sale was re-surfacing of the rotors. Now all breaks and rotors need replaced and here I am a little over 1 year later and$1,000 of repairs that was told were taken care of when I bought the truck. Unfortunately I was lied to and deceptive sales tactics used for the sale.

Took my 2008 E350 in because I thought EIS electronic Ignition switch was out. Car had set for almost a year. They did a diagnosis and found out that it was a bad key and a weak battery. $670.00 to replace both. Car starts. Great full that the tech was honest so I didnt invest thousands of dollars in a car 🚗 that wasnt worth it.👍👍👍💰.

I have never been more disappointed in my dealings with any MB dealership than MB of Bedford. My lane departure sensors went bad and needed replacement. I took my vehicle to MB of Bedford to get them repaired. My service manager told me they fail because of a design flaw that leaves them exposed and vulnerable. I sucked it up and paid a couple of grand to fix it. When I returned, my rear bumper was clearly bumped leaving a mark from a license plate. When I immediately informed my service manager, he said it was there when I brought it in. I assured he it wasnt but he basically said I was lying. Time passed by and I believe in forgive and move on. So when my check engine light lit up, I thought Ill go to MB of Bedford to get it checked. As a result of bad seals on a garage kept 2014 CLS with up to date servicing, oil leaked into a wiring harness that caused the check engine light to come on. The price tag was over $7500. to repair. I reached out to MB with the hope of getting some assistance on a repair that was not due to negligence or abuse. The rep said they would reach out to the dealership to work something out, I just received a call to let me know the dealership isnt going to participate in an relief. So basically, if I want my car to pass emission in December, pay the $7600 for a non emissions issue that is causing your check engine light to come on. I WAS a proud MB owner but this will be my last time because there is no loyalty to their customers, well at least this customer.

Great Experience !! I had the most awesome experience at Mercedes Benz of Bedford. Bought E300 4MATIC (Picture Attached). I want to express my big thanks to Dean, Michael and Skylar. They answered all my questions and I was very satisfied. Finance manager Richard also did a great job (Great Price). Definitely recommend this place for your car buying experience!

Lets see I went there to get a car checked out that I wanted to purchase. My service provider was an older gentleman . He had my car looked over and told me what needed to be fixed with the car he made sure my bi was correct. He knocked about 50 dollars off of the bill. Not sure if I was being overcharged or helping me out. Either way I was grateful. He gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired. Their prices were a little on the high side. For example I needed a new engine start battery their price with battery and install was 440.00 I brought the car home and my local MB dealer charged me 340 and some change.
