We had a bunch of obstacles to overcome from verifying information and getting the right information needed and I was really worried things wouldnt work out. I have heard horror stories about Byryder but I have to tell you they have been absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! From sales to service phonomenal!!! Ben in the Bedford, Oh stores and the service department have been an absolute godsend. The car was just in for more service and when I dropped it off I was virtually out of gas. I just got the car back and it has almost 1/3 a tank in it. Two recommendations people:1: You are probably buying a car with higher mileage on it but buy the extended warranty. It may seem so expensive but believe me it is so worth it!!!2: Don’t be hesitant about using the service department. Never once have I felt cheated or gouged. The service I have gotten from them has been nothing but top notched.No people I don’t work for Byrider. I am a customer who bought a 2010 Dodge Caliber last July and have been so impressed with my overall experience.Thanks

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! do NOT purchase any vehicle from this lot. ALL the staff are rude AND sarcastic as hell. every time i have a problem it never gets fixed, had my car since 2018 and now i dont drive it anymore because it drives TERRIBLE! even tried to give the car back because i HATE it so much, and the head manager told me very RUDELY “it doesn’t matter if you want to give it back or not, they’ll get their payment regardless” i was only 18 when i got my car, and i wish i would have known more before i signed any papers with them. WORST decision of my entire LIFE!

They tried to get your automobile repaired in an expeditious manner and so far have been very fair with your pricing I used to hate JD by Rider back in the day but now I would recommend them to my family and friends. While back again for them fix my vehicle i watched 3 people return vehicles. I should have payed better attention. Ive caught everyone Ive interacted with in a lie. The only reason i came back is because all this drama is for my bosss vehicle, and not mine. I personally would not deal with these people, especially after what Ive witnessed in the last few months. Cant get plates without an echeck, and they cant get the check engine light to go out. There months later; still not fixed.

My experience with JDByrider was unique in itself. I came in with interesting circumstances, and left with a car! (a pretty decent one at that!)They were patient and understanding; went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while waiting and in my new ride! I spotted a few things I couldve have done without (rust and pet hair from the previous owner) and the manager Donny made sure it was taken care of! (Fully detailed!!!)To them I wasnt just a number! They remembered my name and made sure I was more than satisfied even after my new purchase! The amazing customer service I experienced from Donny and his team was exceptional! I recommend to everyone who thinks theyre credit is too far gone (or finds themselves in unique situations) to come in and give them a try!!!

Its mostly a problem with the maintenance dept. Things I asked to get fixed dont get fixed and fix other things without calling to let me know. And Im not gonna call because its not worth it to talk to them. They dont listen in the first place.
