Such a kind staff! Online website let me schedule an appointment when they were actually closed and when I showed up the manager was so kind and understanding. I can back the next morning and they fit me in and took care of my oil change so quickly!

We have been bringing our Land Rover to Pete at this Meineke location since we purchased our car. EVERY time we go in for service my husband and I are blown away by the staff’s professionalism, services provided and their expertise and attention to detail. We all work hard for our money and a car is a costly investment. We have always felt that our money is well spent when we take our car in to Pete and his team. I rarely leave detailed reviews but this Meineke location, Pete and his team deserve the recognition and recommendation. I HIGHLY recommend this Meineke location.

New in town and needed a quick oil change before going to the DEQ. I found these guys after finding a coupon online, and was able to easily set up an appointment for the next day. Check-in was quick, only had to wait 45 minutes, and was thoroughly happy with the price. I was scared I was going to be up charged like I do at most places, but these guys were very respectful. They let me know of a few things that could be fixed in my vehicle but I wasn’t pressed to get anything done which is a HUGE plus for me. 10/10 service, definitely returning to this location for my next oil change!

My experience at Meinicke was outstanding. My initial call in to the shop was with Jamie and she was so sweet and completely professional. And then the following morning when I dropped my car off I worked with Pete and they were able to replace my catalytic converter literally within hours. The compassion and the understanding that they had for me in this really vulnerable situation was just a miracle. They truly restored my faith in humanity and I am very very thankful and I called them! I’ve given his card to two people at work and I think my parents are going to go there now as well. I set up an appointment online but their website has not been updated. I had to wait some extra time because of the inaccuracy of the website. Other than that, the service was great! So kind and friendly and didn’t try to scam me or get me to spend more money. Changed my oil in 45 minutes (not including the time I waited due to the schedule mishap). Just be sure to call in or do a walk-in appointment because as of right now, the website is not accurately updated.

I made an appt online for a time that was convenient for me. Pete, the man who runs the place, said they might be able to look at it until the next day, but then he called me 45 later with a price quote. He was able to have my AC running again by early afternoon the next day! As far as price goes, I have nothing to compare to, but for me, I was ready to pay a big chunk of change for my car to have AC again, especially with the heat waves we have been having lately! Thank you guys so much!

Meineke Pete was very helpful. We had exhaust issues driving across the country to settle here in Beaverton and came to town not knowing anyone. Car was fixed in no time, and we were made to feel welcome, as well! Excellent communication and A+ customer service!

TRUST!!! which isnt always easy to find in the car world.I have been taking my 16 BMW 5 series to Pete for years. Always quick and professional with service and maintenance. Needed an alternator and he got it done last minute before he left for the weekend. Checked my battery and set it on charge to make sure it was still good. Quality work and a great team.

I thought my brakes needed replacing but he was straight up with me and said there was just dirt and grim on the pads which were still good. Didn’t charge me anything. Will definitely return!

The Manager is so personal and professional. I had an issue w/ engine light & differential light coming on. Although I figured out that my gas cap was not tightened correctly, the lights would not go away. I called and was told to come on by. They tested it and reset it and at NO CHARGE. Beyond grateful for my experience at this location. As a young female, auto repair shops are usually a nightmare, but Pete & the team were honest, timely, no sales, straightforward. They fixed a transmission pan leak which I expected (and have experienced) to take days, but they had this fixed in 1/2 a day. They have my business, guaranteed!

In the heat wave other shops were too busy, but I was in and done in just a few hours. I appreciate the friendly service and attention they gave my car.

Diagnosed wrong, installed wrong parts badly creating new problems, never fixed the problem we went in with or the problems they created, then blamed us for tricking them into being terrible. Don’t give them a chance.

While they were honest with the possibility of damage, they didnt even ask me if Id like to try and get my car on the lift with all liability on me. Thats what waivers are for folks. Let the customer take responsibility on their own accord instead of denying service because youre too lazy to make an agreement.

Any problem I have, these are the guys I come to to take care of me! Always fast, honest and most importantly they do it right the first tine around. Never had to take a car back to them after they serviced it!

I went in on Monday to schedule an appointment to replace the factory exhaust with an after market one. Pete the owner told me to come at 8 am Wednesday and he would discuss it with his exhaust guy. So I did, not sure what the wait time or price would be. Pete said he would look after me, got the truck into the shop quick and came out about 5 minutes later with the price which was very reasonable and less than what I was expecting. The changeover was less than 30 minutes and I was on my way before 9am. Extremely pleased with the professionalism of Pete and his crew and will definitely go back there first for any other work.

I needed new brakes, and it needed to be done quickly. I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Pete did a full inspection and called to let me discuss what was needed and what was most important to be done. The work was done on time, I got a lifetime warranty on brake pads and my truck was ready on time. I’ve been a customer for many years and any work done is always done expertly. The most important part is that I trust Pete and his technicians. I’m a customer for life.

They are now my go to auto maintenance place, outstanding customer service. Will recommend Pete and his team to anyone and everyone!

The customer service was terrible. The guy at the front desk was rude and super irritated at my questions, so I said “nope” and walked out. I just read quite a few other reviews that call out the terrible customer service at the front desk, and each time the company says how disheartened they are. Take some action if you really care about your business and your customers.

The guy who changed my oil (I wish I remembered his name) was very fast, very nice to me, and really helped me out. I planned to drop the car off and call a ride from Uber to get food while I waited. He estimated 45 min. Uber was giving me issues at first but before I even could successfully call a car he was handing me back the keys and informing me I owed much much less than I was expecting! Put the money toward tires was his advice. I agreed with that idea, since I already knew theyre in bad shape! Thanks a million! I was expecting to be out much more time and money than it was, Im glad I came to this place. Probably the second furthest meineke on the list of options on their website but it was well worth the drive.

I LOVE this place! I took my car in and dropped it off around 10am on a friday. They had a full comprehensive work-up on everything i would need to take care of my car before 2pm. With my go ahead, the repairs were complete and I was picking up my ride before 5pm! They had amazing prices, amazing customer service, a very knowledgeable service writer and the mechanic made it really easy for me to understand everything he was saying. I highly recommend this well known and very qualified staff for your repair needs. They WILL treat you right too.

Definitely not pushy after a diagnostic to get you to purchase the fix. You can definitely tell he cares more about the people than the money. And that’s some thing I really love about a company. I am reviewing Meineke #991! I absolutely love this location. Pete, Tim and the techs are so nice, accommodating and tell you what you need to hear. The people I’ve interacted with at this location have made such an impact on me that I don’t want to try another location. I’ve been to a few other ones due to #991 being booked up for the day however, I wasn’t super impressed with them. #991 is the best!

Update 5/27/21 - my car has been rattling for a while now. Took it to 2 mechsnics who found nothing.Pete at Canyon Rd Meineke had it 20 minutes, called with the culprit and a few additional needed maintenance repairs to the suspension. Reasonably priced and, My car drives like its brand new again. More importantly, it is now SAFE again. I just can not say enough good things about this Meineke location!!! Thanks Pere and crew ~ PamAfter getting the run around from the dealership I called the SW Canyon Rd location in Beaverton. They were able to get my car right in. Communication was fantastic through the process, repairs were completed with no unexpected charges and my car runs like a champ again. Had my Impreza have the timing belt and all associated parts replaced. Pete was the manager at the Beaverton, OR location. He seems like a good guy, but his techs seem a little under rated.I got home and lifted the hood to look at what they had done to see that the timing belt cover had a crack in it and one of the bolts had blown out its mounting position due to over tightening. Seems like an honest mistake so I took it back and they said they would take care of it for me.After they repaired that I drove the car a few hundred miles away the next weekend only to find almost all of my radiator fluid (coolant) underneath of my car upon trying to leave. the top radiator hose was not attached and upon inspection the sitting on the top of the radiator itself appeared to have had someone take a hacksaw to it. it was so thin the hose clamp on the radiator hose was wider than the actual piece the hose could attach to... I walked to the gas station (it was not closed and at 10 at night I walked past a few that were already closed) got coolant and walked back to my car to dump almost the entire bottle inside.I would expect a professional shop to not butcher a job not once but twice. Pete again seemed fairly stand up, and although the conversation got slightly heated I walked out completely and utterly dissatisfied and discontent. They wanted to keep the car until the tech that worked on it was able to look at it at a later time which was absolutely ridiculous.meineke has lost my business and will never again get a dime out of me. I would rather go to the dealership to have a PROFESSIONAL work on my car who actually knows what theyre doing. Bad vibes all around. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

Great and friendly team. I have started taking my business vehicles to the Beaverton location for maintenance and very happy with their services. They always listen to your needs and do exactly what you want. I recently took one of my minivans for oil change and asked for checking my brake pads and routers, they were very honest and told me your brake are fine you don’t need to charge anything right now. Unlike some other places that looking for any reason to rip you off. Very happy with them and recommend it.

My SUV needed rear brakes and wipers. Pete got the parts and was ready to work when I dropped it off. By noon my rig was ready to go. Fast, friendly, helpful. A great honest place for car care.

I always have the best customer service experience at this shop.Although it is a chain outfit, it always feels like a small shop. These guys are great. It is tough to find someone to trust in this field. I feel fortunate that i found them. Once I got some windshield wipers installed but somehow forgot my wallet...no big deal, just stop by when you have time.Thats pretty unheard of.Good service. Competent technicians. Decent prices.
