Took a sellers truck into accurate auto to get a pre-purchase inspection. They got it done in an hour and a half and was able to provide me with a full list report of the inspection. Garret was super helpful and knowledgeable in giving me all the information I needed to know about the truck.At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but as I shopped around they turned out to be reasonably priced and delivered great customer experience and clarity to the condition of the truck and what I was purchase.Would for sure use them again for any other vehicle pre-purchase inspection.

Had a great experience getting my oil changed at this location. The staff was very friendly to me and didnt try to sell me on a bunch of extra stuff. While I was there I couldnt help but listen to them talk to other customers and give very straightforward information and gave them the options available rather than strictly selling a service. I will definitely continue coming here for my future maintenance and repairs for my vehicle.

Serious damage but these guys were able to work with me on the pricing for a total repair, and I wound up getting my car back in better driving shape it feels like than it was prior to the accident. I purchased a 20 year old car and brought it to Accurate Auto of Beaverton for a checkup. They were very polite and the work was completed quickly. I needed struts both front and back. Again I was treated well. The job was completed on time and as my car adjusted to its new parts my its handling improved. Yesterday I got an oil change and after an inspection was informed that a motor mount replacement was in order. Ill schedule that for later this month. Aside from the great service they offer, with each visit I find a small packet of assorted candies in the front seat with me. Thats what really sealed my loyalty. I would recommend this company to everyone. (I dont know everyone but if I did, theyd receive my recommendation. )

Absolute incredible experience. I took my daughters used car to be inspected since we didnt have it done when be purchased back in 2019. I submitted an online request, received in less than 24 hours, took the car in on the requested day/time, and all the services were done in the same day. The staff were all pleasant and respectful. No one talked down to us because we are women. They were super up front that one of our services may result in extra fees based on initial testing. They called to review inspection results and did not pressure me into any services. This will be the business of choice for her car

I dont know. Had the clutch and starter done here. When I got my car the lights where left on and they forgot to put something back together you can see from the picture. I wonder what else they forgot. I hope nothing.

I was incredibly impressed with the team at Accurate Auto. I took my car mid week, it was very busy and they got it in immediately. They took care of the issue with my transmission, changed my oil and checked all fluid levels. Customer service is top notch, the car is running great, and a very reasonable price as well. I’ll be using them for any future car troubles hands down.

I am thoroughly impressed with Accurate Auto of Beaverton. I had a stalling engine and they squeezed me into their full schedule, did a masterful electrical diagnosis, proposed the right solution, and had me on my way in a relatively short time. You could take your car to a third-rate place where theyll mess things up or the dealership where theyll start replacing things until the car works ($$$$). Or, you could entrust your car to the honest, professional, and efficient folks at Accurate Auto.

I dropped off the truck 1 day early at 8am as Patrick requested. By 9:30 I had a full diagnostic report and a follow up phone call from Patrick. I chose the items I wanted repaired and he said it may be complete today. They had it done at 4:00 pm. Great service, honest, great work and I never felt pressured. I have a 2014 Honda CRV that I believed needed to have its heater core replaced (based off of my google search). I reached out to Accurate Auto of Beaverton and after a diagnosis they confirmed that the heater core needed to be replaced. During this time I was able to use their rental car.1. I paid with my debit card ($1700) but the machine said it was partially approved. Patrick said it didnt go through and I paid with my credit card. He told me to keep the receipt just in case something were to happen with the debit card payment. The next day, my debit card had the payment process completely. I spoke with Patrick and he said to wait until the following week since everything looked good on their end. He also suggested that I call my bank and talk to them about the issue. I called back the next week and was told that the book keeper would call me back later. I started a claim with my bank and the next day Patrick called to refund me my money. No apology for the inconvenience, just a I have never seen that code before.2. 15 minutes after I originally picked up the car, Patrick called me to tell me that the windshield wipers that should have been replaced, were still at the shop and that I would need to return. I had no windshield wipers at all. Thankfully I didnt need to use them.3. When Accurate replaced the heater core, they had to remove the whole dash. I didnt think much of my handsfree bluetooth not automatically connecting when I left the shop because of this. After trying to reconnect it, and googling things, I decided to take the car back in. When my husband spoke with a tech, they didnt think that the two issues were related, but to bring it in any ways. I drove the CRV and my husband drove his car in, assuming we had to leave the CRV again, to the shop. Patrick and another tech said they had been googling the issue and that they didnt think it was related to what they had worked on. They said they wanted to see the issue in person and came out to the car. After still not being able to connect my phone, they said they couldnt/wouldnt do anything . They said because the car lost power and the radio works, they connected everything correctly. They told me to try Honda. 20 minutes after I left and had returned home, Patrick called and told me that I needed to bring back the car. He found that there might be sensors that werent connected correctly and that was the reason for the bluetooth not working. The car was with Accurate for less than one business day. When my husband went to pick up the car, they told him the sensors were not reconnected properly. No sorry about the inconvenience, for wasting our time and for the hassle.Accurate has had multiple times to do the right thing. I did not feel as though we were valued.

My brakes were down to metal on metal and I couldnt be with out my truck for more than a day. They were nice enough to fit me in theyre busy schedule and get my brakes repaired. They kept me in the loop on everything they were doing and performed a safety inspection as well. Will be using them in the future.

Went in for fluid changes and an axle replacement after a cross country roadtrip. They were unable to repair my tires at the time, brought it across the street to Goodneighbor auto for the tires. They immediately noticed all the cracked bushing housings and that my tires were irreparable. Accurate auto didnt even mention these items. Give yourself some peace of mind and dont go here, just go to Goodneighbor tire across the street.

I appreciate their professionalism and detailed communication. They also provided a loaner vehicle. They were fast, friendly, and did great work.

We had an AC condenser replacement and charging of said unit. A piece of gravel got the best of us, they documented it well and we were able to submit the bill to insurance which saved some money (Accurate Auto gave us the bill we paid it and we’re reimbursed by insurance).

Bought a used Yukon. Older model with low miles, tyranny rebuild, recently. Had papers for the tyranny work but the 4wd service light came on. Limped her into Accurate and they fixed her up. Beaverton is not a place you want to be without a vehicle. They fixed my car and it still has been running great. Not all mechanics are the same. These guys operate with Integrity.

Had the clutch go out on my 2015 Chevy Camaro. Came to accurate auto and they serviced it and had it ready in a day and a half. This was actually sooner than what I expected and the service and professionalism is top notch. I would definitely recommend them for auto repairs.

This place, specifically their honesty and professionalism, has made a life long customer of me. Garrett, the manager here, is your guy, and you will be in good hands. I went here because I was having issues with noise whenever I breaded, and I had just gotten breaks 11 months ago from Jiffy Lube (I know, I shouldnt have done that in the first place) and even after I took it back to Jiffy Lube saying I could still hear what sounded like my breaks were at their end, they said they cleaned up my rotors and recommended I replace a dust boot asap. I drove away and STILL heard issues with the breaks. I took it to Accurate Auto in Beaverton and explained my issue with the dust boot and Garrett said he would look at it for free, but while he was looking at it I told him about my break noise issue and he checked it out and told me that it was actually the back breaks and rotors. He also helped with a leak I had in the transmission and told me to come back in 3 months to be sure things were fixed. He did one more test drive and still heard some breaking issue, so he replaced the front rotors, only charged me for parts on the front rotors, and gave me a discount to reduce the first quote total he gave me down even further. The car drives like new. And to top it all off, they even left a small bag of fun size candy and a note thanking me for my business, a small thing to do, but a big sign of customer service that goes the extra mile to impress. The car sounds and drives like new. Garrett, if you are reading this, I really appreciate everything you did to help. The team at accurate auto of Beaverton have always been an incredible team. I’m a crazy busy person, the texting while on the go, and the ease of scheduling appointments has always been why I schedule here. I get flack consistently because there’s so many places closer to me to complete the work, but I always return. Why I stay though - When I walk in they treat me like I’m “family”. Recognize me, I don’t have to clarify who I am or why I’m there. This last time I called an hour after my appointment they were extremely respectful. My car had decided not to start so I was more then 2 hours late. They got me in, called me to keep me updated on what was going on, and fixed my car and I was out the door without breaking my pocket book. My entire family goes to accurate auto, at least one of the locations. I have always stayed with Beaverton, cause their service is far and beyond any other place I’ve tried. So I always come back.

Dishonest Auto shopLied to our face on something simple as a tire rotation.If they will lie about such simple things what else are they not honest about.Went in for just a tire rotation and oil change today. They did the oil change and when we went back I noticed that they did not rotate the tires. First the salesperson behind the desk told me that the tech said they were wearing evenly and did not need a rotation then when I said I wanted it done anyway. One of the guys in the back said they already did it. BUDDY I MARKED THOSE TIRES.... JUST DO YOUR JOB AND BE AN HONEST MECHANIC. Not worth saving a buck if you have dishonest mechanics.

Ive been going to Accurate Auto Beaverton for a little over a year now, I think, and have had a few repairs, besides regular oil changes. Theyve always been up front about the charges and their prices are reasonable and fair. I dont feel like I have to worry when I go there

I brought my car in because it wouldnt start, and they gave it a thorough check-up and found significant additional problems, many of which needed to be fixed immediately. This was not unexpected, as I know Ive been neglecting maintenance; I just didnt know what maintenance Id been neglecting. They answered all my questions and patiently explained what was wrong and what I could expect if I waited, and gave me time to ask around for other estimates. I ended up having them do all the repairs because their prices were entirely reasonable and theyd been treating me well. It ended up being much more expensive than I was planning when I first brought it in, but I feel like I got my moneys worth in how much safer I feel, and how much better my car is driving. Having researched the things they told me, all of it was accurate and they gave appropriate recommendations. If Id waited, it would have been much more expensive in money, time, and safety. There are a few non-critical repairs that I declined, and when Ive built up a fund again, Ill be coming back here to have those things taken care of.

My insurance company found this auto shop. I had my vehicle towed here after a silly mistake on my part that resulted in a busted oil tank. They communicated to me every step of the way and I was able to get my vehicle back within 24 hours. Patrick was very professional and I will definitely be going back to these guys in the future.

These guys were great. I had my car tied to them after the spark plug blew out on the highway. They kept me informed of updates regularly. Did their inspection and made recommendations. Also mentioned things that needed to be fixed but wasnt necessary right now which I appreciate. Its nice to prepare and not be made to feel like I have to fix everything little thing now otherwise Im doomed. Got my car fixed quickly within a day. Had a rental car option which luckily I didnt need but its nice to have options.

I have used Accurate Auto for many years and will continue to do so. They are do great work at reasonable cost. Highly recommend them.

So last week I took my F150 to Accurate Auto of Beaverton to get a pinion seal replaced and paid $358.19 for it. Patrick informed me other major/seious leakes were found and sent photos of three gaskets (for the oil filter adapter, the oil pan and timing cover) and a high pressure steering oil hose that needed replaced. Heres the surprise. He said it would take two days and cost $3,600 to take care of them. Thats half what I paid for the truck. Remember its only 3 gaskets and one hose. Then I went to AAMCO for an oil change and had them check. They found three of those four things listed by Accenture Auto of Beaverton (minus the timing cover gasket) that needed replaced. I got them fixed within the day for less than $900! Almost got ripped off at AAB. Why would anyone spend $3,600 for three gaskets and a hose, right? And no transportation for two days! Good to question and ask for second opinions. Hope this helps some one with oil leaks.

Service was very nice at this location and the food (new menu) seems to be slightly better than it has been in the past.However, it should be considering the prices. A bit high, in my opinion.

I found that my car had a brake issue last night, I called up Patrick first thing this morning and asked if he could have them fixed before my early shift tomorrow...he was super nice and understanding and had me bring it in right away and said hed do his best....his best was great because my cars already all fixed! I used to take my car elsewhere, but Ill be going to Accurate Auto now instead.I also liked that they have a full description of the service and the steps the techs had to take to perform them on the invoice. Its nice to get a sense of exactly what Im paying for.

Accurate Auto did a very prompt oil change and coolant flush, as well as a visual inspection of other fluids. They completed the task in less time than I expected, got me in only a couple of hours after I first called to inquire, and could not have been more pleasant. Rick Kearsey, at the desk and on the phone, was exactly what everyone who works in customer service should be. The manager of the establishment contacted me directly the next day to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory. My receipt says it was Transaction #003058, but it was #1 in my book.

Was very nice and squeezed my car in so I wasnt stranded, worked around my work schedule too. Didnt really tell me what was wrong until I kept asking and the labor was pretty much the whole bill but Im super grateful for them and my car has had no issues since.

Called them after my car pretty much died on me while traveling through the area. Had it towed over to them with AAA and same day they got it in and called me with what was wrong and how much it would be. Garret and Patrick were incredibly helpful and transparent about how they run their shop, assuring me that no work would be done on the vehicle without my knowledge of what needed done and how much it would cost. They replaced my alternator as well as gave me a list of other repairs and maintenance that needs done. Would highly recommend and return as a customer.

We were able to get our car in for an AC repair and brake check right away. Patrick was great at communicating everything that was going on with our vehicle and clear about the costs and time it would take to repair. He even offered to lend us a loner vehicle till OUR car was repaired (which we ended up not needing). I would definitely go back to them for future repairs.

Came in with very worn brakes and left with a good set at a good value. The group was nice and welcoming, they had a very nice place to wait for the service. The location was very convenient, located very close to the 217, a grocer, restaurants and even a hobby store. The whole job took 2 hours and worked perfectly with my schedule. WAY under what I thought it was going to cost, as well. A photo was provided for an item that the shop noted, and I was able to easily set up an appointment to get it fixed.The shop was up-front about the cost and helped me figure out a financing option to ease it. The team was professional, transparent, and timely. I have an older car and the water pump and a belt went out. Super satisfied with the service here at Accurate Auto of Beaverton. . Gil at the front desk and the guys had diagnosed the problem and have me options on the fix. . Ive brought my Acura MDX here for different issues and its been worked on correctly everytime. I would absolutely recommend them.

We go to Accurate Auto of Beaverton for all our cars oil changes and maintenance. We had an issue with a new to us- used car and they were able to figure out and fix the odd issue and look the car over for us. I like how comprehensively they look over the cars when we bring them in for an oil change. They let us know if everything is good to go, if there is something they are keeping their eye on, but doesnt need work yet, or if there is an urgent problem to be fixed. Everyone Ive interacted with is very professional, personable, and able to explain things well to me. They have a drop box which makes it super convenient for us to drop off a car the night before we have an appointment. I would recommend Accurate Auto to anyone who wants a good, trustworthy mechanic who has your best interest at heart.

I had a problem with my cars power but accurate Auto and Garrett diagnosed the problem quickly and kept me in touch and had the car repaired the next day. It was far less expensive then I feared where my boyfriend and I were discussing possibly buying a new car if it was to much. It was affordable and now the car runs wonderful I think I found the repair shop I plan to return to when I need my car fixed.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Very professional and efficient.

After my cars belt broke, I was towed to Accurate Auto. They were super quick at finding the problem, fixing it, and getting me back on the road. They also were great at communicating with me.

They were very honest and upfront with me in regards to the issues my truck was having. They only did the work I requested, which is always a plus!

I called for a same day service, and Garrett, the manager, was extremely helpful and kind. Because he gave all the information he could about the service I requested, he made me feel very comfortable about dropping my car off without knowing the extent of what needed to be done—most other auto shops will just tell you to bring the car in because they can’t tell you anything over the phone.Then, when he called to give me a quote about what exactly my car needed, he shifted the time frame for the job around *my* schedule and convenience, so that I could go about my day with the least amount of stress possible.Finally, he was extremely helpful and kind about financing options (very much needed during Covid uncertainty), and even helped me fill out the application.All in all, this was the best experience with an auto shop I have ever had, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Well done!

I love these guys! They do professional work that holds up well, and they do it quickly and with great communication.

Went to a couple different shops and got conflicting information. Heard great reviews and personal experiences from friends. Decided to go to Accurate Auto and they nailed it. Inspection dialed it to the exact issues. Patrick was great with communication and said it just like it was. Nothing more, nothing less. They offered me a loaner for free and shuttle. My opinion is very customer savvy and professional. Will continue service with them and recommend

Had my friend pick this shop on my behalf, and I had my car sent in for a diagnostic.I was told what needed fixing, I had them fix the major issues, and when I received my car I had 2 additional and unexpected issues that: A) werent issues before I took my car in, and B) were never listed on the initial diagnostic. These issues only arose and were noted after I got my car back.Theyll most likely respond to this comment apologizing for the experience, offering no solution, and placing the responsibility back on the customer, but I guess thats how these things go in the automotive world.Dont be a victim of this shop, and dont put yourself in the hole because of their greed. I dont recommend anyone take their car here, because I left feeling like less of a person, and I ultimately feel deceived. Dont fall for their masquerade of genuinely caring for your situation when the only thing they truly care about is their bottom line.

Accurate Auto did a good job with an alternator job and oil change. They were prompt, friendly and courteous with their service. I’m grateful that they delivered my car to my home which relieved me of worrying on how to safely get to the shop considering the pandemic. Thank you Accurate Auto!

I found this shop online and liked their prices. I needed a quick oil change before my trip. Patrick answered the phone and was friendly professional and looked at various issues while my oil was being changed. I am definitely going here for my repairs! Great service and a trustworthy!

My husband and I both needed some work done on our vehicles. We searched for mechanics in the Beaverton area and decided to go to Accurate Auto because of their great reviews. I am so thankful that we did! They got us in the very next day and were honest, didnt try to sell us on things we didnt need and had our car back the same day. It is so hard to find honest, QUALITY work and we found both of that and more with Accurate Auto. Garrett was so professional and went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely taken care of. We were so impressed with them, that we brought our other vehicle in a week later to get the windows fixed. Once again, they got us in the next day and had our car back to us just a few hours later. They are amazing! We will never go anywhere else for our vehicle service needs.

Possible miscommunication about bringing a vehicle in today and they got very short with me and rude! Not a professional additude, let alone miscommunication both ways.

Garrett and everyone at accurate auto made my repairs a breeze! I was going to spend an arm and a leg on major repairs elsewhere and they provided the same service and fantastic quality of care for fraction of the price! I would recommend them to anyone!
