Seller Rashid was informative and helpful. Not open to negotiating on the price but his reasoning made sense to me. Rashid gave me a fair price for my trade in. Overall Im on the fence. Check engine light came after 3 weeks (Cylinder 1 miss). I havent looked into fixing it yet. Just not what you expect after 3 weeks.

I knew I needed a water pump and serpentine belt. I called around everywhere from here to Vancouver and I was always quoted near $700. I called here assuming I would get the same answer and to my surprise the quote from Jon was significantly lower. I brought it in and they fixed the original repair with quickness. However, and thankfully, they found another big issue but with the price of that fix added in I was still way under everyone elses quote just for the pump! Also...they close at 5pm, but he said he was staying a little later so when I called, telling him I was on my way and would be there around 5:30 and walking, he asked where I was and to wait there. He (Ali sp?) locked up shop and came and picked me up. Traffic was the worst but he didnt even seem bothered or put out in anyway. His day went longer because of me, and he went out of his way to make sure I didnt go the weekend without my vehicle!!! I way recommend this place AND I will be back for any further issues.

I am incredibly pleased by the work this company does. From the owner to the mechanics they strived diligently to restore and repair my family truck. Understanding that times can be tough they offered their labor at a fraction of what it should have cost in comparison to other companies. NW AutoFix (previously Clarkes discount) have been servicing our cars for almost 20 years. We recently had a car stolen and then found with all the locks damaged. NW AutoFix really went above and beyond to fix us up. Finding parts for a 97 Odyssey is not easy but they managed to get everything done. Constant communication while waiting for waiting for things to get done. We take all 4 of our family cars here and will continue to do so.Recommended

I recently visited NW AutoFix for a routine oil change. We had previously been there to service our van when they were Clarkes Discount. The whole staff was very helpful, especially considering I was waiting for my car with a cranky baby. They put on kids shows/music in the waiting area, and were very accommodating and understanding. They even fixed my tail light that I didnt know was out. Just like every experience we had with Clarkes Discount, they went above and beyond to make sure our car was serviced and safe. They worked to create a relationship, not just check the box, and we will continue to return for any future maintenance or repairs. THIS PLACE DESERVES YOUR BUSINESS! Better yet; your car deserves this place!I have now been into NW Autofix three times and every time I have come to love my car even more than before.My most recent visit was to tint my front two windows( to match my back windows and trunk window on my suv) the tint came out unbelievable! The minute I saw it, my jaw dropped and it completely changed the aesthetic of my car. Will definitely be back.Owners and staff are super friendly and want to prove why they’re the best. Give yourself peace of mind and just take your car here... YOU WONT REGRET IT.Side note: I learned that they give a two year/24K mile warranty on all their parts and labor. LOVE THAT.
