Went for a inspection of my brake pads on my car. He quoted me $425 over what another repair shop quoted me, very shady and dishonest :( would not recommend this shop to ANYONE

Went to replace windshield wipers and fix hose on wiper fluid. Quick competent service and reasonable charge.i go here for all my auto care. I recommend them unconditionally.

Great shop, they go above and beyond. I even get my oil changes here after I had them replace my valve cover gaskets, they dont try to upsell, they fixed my door handle no charge while doing the valve covers just because I said it had a problem and to be careful opening and closing it.

Had trusted these guys but last time had a tune up and found out months later they used a zip tie on my wires to the spark plugs causing them to arc will not return

Lee and Minh are awesome and honest. I thought I needed rear brakes on my car. Minh called me and told me I didnt. Being a single lady this is a wonderful thing. I highly recommend them. Plus their prices are fair.

I had a really good experience with these guys. The old business located here put on a muffler for me a few years ago. I only recently realized that they didnt weld it properly and exhaust gasses were leaking right under the cab of my truck! The new owner took care of it for me for only a few bucks. I will definitely go back if I need anymore repairs.

I had been a customer of Carriage House for over 12 years and I am still Impressed by how honest, efficient and knowledgeable they are. It is one of the best auto shops in the area. I totally recommend them.

They do a great job washing your car! It is done well inside and out, it just takes a LONG time. Especially if its nice out. If you go in knowing it will take a while then you will be fine. Grab lunch, or a coffee or just walk around and relax.Also, dont be one of the people that points out EVERY little spot on the car and make them go over it about 10 times, thats just rude.

Ive been going to this shop for years (with several different vehicles). Their quotes are accurate, and can offer lower-cost solutions when needed. Most recent example was a broken belt because the AC compressor was locked up. Replacing the compressor was about $1000. For $300, they replace the belt and put in a tension spring for the compressor. My brother and nephew also use this shop for all their repairs.Its not a large shop, and has a fairly small office (hence, not appealing), but their work is outstanding.

Really frustrated with carriage house right now. They ignored me in line! watched 3 vehicles from behind me go ahead of me. They said the guy is new. Told them not my problem. The jeep better be steller, or theyve lost my business! No compensation and basically blew me off as a customer! The workers were completely unsympathetic and appeared like this happens all the time (ie...we dont care). Ive been coming here since 1998, and their level of service has gone way down. Time for a new place. Read other reviews, you will see the same problem occurring. Really unfortunate.

I went to Carriage House based on previous experiences that had been universally good. This is no longer the case. After a 2 hour wait, I got my car back with streaky and dirty windows, a sloppy vacuum job, and a long, foot wide dirt stripe running down my hood. This is not the mark of a quality establishment. This is the last time I will be taking my car here.

DO NOT GO to Carriage Car Wash. TRUST ME!!! Ive been their many times, their customer service is horrible, my car still comes out the tunnel dirty every time i take it in, and the employees DONT even vacuum my car that good, they leave bunch of dirt on my seats and the carpets. Its to expensive almost $30 for normal car wash, thats way to expensive. They DONT event do good job. Horrible place. Its takes to long like almost 2 to 3 hours to get my car washed and vacuumed. Dennis the owner of the company, hires a lot of immigrants who cannot speak English. Dennis breaks a lot working laws. Dennis the owner steals a lot of money from the Employees and takes alot tips from the Employees and it happens everyday. I know some few workers that work their at Carriage Car Wash and Denis and his son Troy that has anger problems have disrespected and treated employees unequally all the time. Thats what all employees been telling me. I seen it with my own eyes as customer. Dennis and his son Troy yells and disrespects a lot of his employees all the time. All this drama and bad work environment and harassment been happened for awhile, long time and nobody is doing nothing about it!!! This is place Carriage Car Wash needs to be shut down and the law needs to step in and make a lot of changes. I am speaking the truth! You can even ask several employes, some are afraid to talk because Dennis the owner threatens his employees about getting fired and one of my friend use to work their. Its Very depressing and horrible place Carriage Car wash! This Place SUCKS REALLY BAD!!!

I was very disappointed on many levels, specifically in myself for not reading the reviews prior to going there. I too waited over an hour and a half this Sunday, as I was looking for a good carwash quick so I could do other things. I even went inside to ask about what the normal wait was and they said normally 45-60 minutes, some days up to two hours, and some days in 15 minutes, pending on the weather. They also said that people are okay with waiting this long as they are so much better than the competition. I will say they were good ad I would rate the carwash a 9 out of 10 - as the basics, were pretty clean. I now know why they service coffee, drinks and snacks. If I knew it was going to be this long, maybe they need a drop off service so you can go to the mall and do something instead of waiting there. Wont go back again though as the wait was not worth it.

The Carriage House used to be a quality place to go, but not anymore. The last two times I have gone the wait times have been hours and then when you receive your car the interior portion of the job is incomplete... windows with streaks, incomplete vacuuming, still dirt on the ledges of the dash, and seems as though just random wiping of the interior.I used to recommend the Carriage House, but no more and I will not return. Horrible job on the interior and the wait times of hours is out of control.

I have been a long time customer of Carriage House, since the early 1990s. I have never had customer service as poor as I did today. I brought my classic truck there to get it ready for a show on the weekend. I arrived at 11:30 and at 12:30 still did not see my truck out front to be detailed. An employee came over to tell me that since one of the wing windows did not seal well enought that I would have to sign this hastialy written release done on the back of a coupon not holding them liable to any water that might get in. Really, it is nearly a forty year old truck with steel on the inside. A few drops of water will not hurt anything, besides, the window does not leak. I signed it and went back to reading my book. Twenty minutes later another employee came over to tell me that per the owner this would be the last time they would wash the truck because it has too many problems. What? It is old granted but it has nearly everything restored or replaced so what problems. The owner apparently had trouble with the keys and could not get it to start. Hmmm, using the correct key usually helps, it starts just fine. I asked to speak to him and was told that he was not available. Classy. They eventually finished my truck at 1:45 PM and truthfully, I could have done a better job.This establishment used to be a quality business, but my last two trips there the service has been slipping noticeably. The help seems overworked and understaffed. The management walks around doing nothing, but trying to look important in the process. I have noticed how High End cars seem to get in and out faster. Not good. So, I will not be back, I happen to own other vehicles that need detailing services. Carriage house certainly will not get that business.

Used to be happy with this place not any more. i compalained about a job on june 4th john says come on back in a few days. we were out of town till the 12th. i said how about a rewash and not the inside, John had to talk to chris then the had to ask the owner and was told no. the bad job consisted of water in the driver seat,apparenty the door was ajar, they sucked up a no slip pad for the phone, poor cleaning in the inside back and two dirty spots on the left side outside. and the attitude of the folks was very upleasent, oh i forgot they had told me 45 min wait after two hours and a wet seat we left.

Paid 32.75.. the trunk was never vacuumed, there was dirt on the passenger side floor which I believe they tracked into my car, dirt spots, not soap spots on the back of the car... just awful!!! NEVER AGAIN.. Dont go here.
