Great experience with Beaverton Kia. Had car in for service and was diagnosed/fixed same day. Was really impressed with the care I received from Zach Henderson. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I was taken care of. First experience bringing my Optima in for maintenance and Im glad I chose to come here, I wont be going anywhere else for my service needs with the attention I received.
I own a Kia so this is where I should go for my car. The staff are very nice, but both times Ive been it takes upwards of an hour even with an appointment. They wash and vaccum the car which is such a nice touch. Thanks guys!

In and out easy peasey. Brought my lunch and sat on a bench across the street in the sun/shade and waited. Got a call when the car was done with his oil change and complimentary cleaning and we were out.

They were very professional and took the extra time to give my kia sorento a wash.
Had to wait a bit for somebody to come to the desk after ringing the Bell. Which is okay they were busy I get it. I was a little upset that they couldnt find my parts that I ordered and even though I had spelled my name numerous times to the person of the phone when I received my items we could see why they had a hard time is they didnt get my name anywhere close to right. After the items were delivered no real Aftercare or service just here you go and they went back to what they were doing. Not sure Ill come back and all honesty just because I like a little more customer service. But I suppose youre getting the job done they must be okay at it because they were definitely crowded.
I purchased my 2020 Kia Forte from Beaveton Kia. I brought my car in for the first service. Before I dropped my car off, I asked the guy who greeted me, if they would be washing my car after the service..the guy said yes, I asked him NOT to wash it because I just got my car from the autobody shop and it cant be washed. When I went in to pick up my car, my car was wet. I asked the assistant manager Nathan Soll if it was washed and as we walked towards my car. They had washed my car. I repeated to him that my car shouldnt been washed because I just got it from the autobody shop. He looked at my paper work and indeed written on it was do not wash..As we walked around my car.. there were streaks on the hood and white spots from the paint on the sides of the hood, doors and other areas that had come off. I expressed that I am not happy about this and I dont want to have any problems with Beaverton Kia and getting my car repaired.. the assistant manager Nathan says we are ine of the oldest dealerships and we didnt get that by not taking care of their customers. He said that the car wash didnt cause the paint to come off on the sides of my hood or any other places. He asked for proof of the repairs that I had done..immediately, I felt like he didnt believe me and I am a black women coming in alone and now he is going to try his best to not be responsible for the damages.. that was caused by the actions of their employee. I showed him my paper work from the repairs that I had done. He took a copy of it. Even with a copy of that paperwork he continued to minimize the damage that was done. He told me that his manager (Rod Corder)would call me and after waiting 3 days, I called the manager and left a voicemail. I got a return call and the manager said that they could buff out the damage to the hood. I mentioned the other areas and then said I can show him when I bring it in on Tuesday at 10:00 he said that they would arrange for a uber to take me home and one to pick me up and bring me back to their shop. Initially, I agreed to this..then called the body shop and they advised not to let them buff my car out and that it needs to be repainted. Someone at Beaverton Kia needs to be responsible for ALL the damage that had been done. You have the proof. I purchased my car from you in September 2020 and I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from you and will make sure that my friends and family never purchase one from Beaverton Kia either. If this is not resolved I will contact the news agencies and if necessary an attorney.
Not the type to bash someone publicly unless really deserved, but wanted to share a snapshot of my experience.Set up an “appointment”and asked for a rental when made the appointment. Got there. No rental available. Took 1.5 hour bus ride home.Was told i would have an answer (it was only a diagnostic test i wanted ran) same day (Friday). No answer.Saturday- no answer. Was told if i did not have an answer by Monday morning i would get a rental (this was a “PROMISE SIR”). No call in the morning so i went in (another bus ride) and got there around 4 and was told 1) my rep was off that day and 2) theres no rental. Took the bus home and waited again.Finally got my car back tuesday (5 days to run a diagnostic test). Now the really sad thing about it was i spoke with a bunch of different workers there at different times and explained my situation... no one tried to do anything to compensate me for the bad service... not even an offer to drive me home at least and save me a 1.5 hour bus ride vs a 15 minute car drive.This was heavily factored into us purchasing a new vehicle. We ended up with a subaru.

Not the friendliest... At least one of the people I have dealt with on several occasions was rude, dismissive, and made me fight to prove I had a plan that covered my service. I hated the experience so much that the service agreement I had was worthless because I refused to go back.
I stopped by for ATF fluid at parts counter. Seems like they are into services, not parts. Place was clean, person professional. Toyota Beaverton better and more welcoming as comparison.

He was a good listener, courteous and very knowledgeable. His mechanicians are highly skilled and demonstrated a great care about their customers.Overall, work was done in a timely manner and the pricing was very reasonable. Love and I mean Love this service Center. Nathan, Zach, and Mark all very kind and professional. I have been taking my Soul here for about a year, and I wouldnt trust my car to Anyone Else. Zach was Very helpful Today, and Beware Not all Kia Dealerships are the Same in our Area(Gladstone- Not good). Its a Drive for Me to get there from Portland, But I wouldnt have it any other way. I would Give Ten Stars if I could. Honest, Professional, Clean waiting room(swanky leather chairs even!). Text Updates also a Nice feature. Seriously Dont use anyone Else, These guys are The Absolute Cream of The Crop. Thanks So Much For everything Guys. I just Love you Guys So Much.

Awful. Had my catalytic converter blow out because of a recall on the engine. They charged me for it anyway. I will never own another Kia product. And I will never shop at Beaverton Kia again.

Excellent communication and had the best disposition dealing with the shredded rodent in my engine.
I ordered parts from Beaverton Kia on the phone last week. I was told that I would receive a phone call when the parts arrived. I had not received a call by Wednesday so I decided to call them. Oh yeah...your parts are here. Oops...forgot to call me. So I drive over to pick up parts. There is a button to push to get help. Pushed the button and heard the chime. Waited 20 minutes. No help. Then called main phone number and explained to girl on phone that Ive been waiting at parts department for 20 min with no help. Shell call down and get me some help. 10 more minutes and some guy just happens to walk by. Oh...do you need some help?. Thats why Im standing here for 30 minutes. He gets me my parts which were prepaid. He has nothing but excuses as to why I received such poor customer service. No solutions at all. I would never recommend this establishment to anybody unless they were just looking for a way to waste time.

Been going here for years for most of my service and had good service. My most recent two weeks ago for an oil change. Suddenly my car kept spilling oil. Turns out they forgot to put back the oil cap. I been driving my car for two weeks, toping it off every other day and all because of the incompetence of the guy who serviced my car. Im just glad my engine didnt get damaged.

Quick, easy and painless.My first time at Beaverton Kia for service and I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the team.My first oil change was even free as was the car wash.The service advisors answered all of my questions and explained their processes in detail.I will return.
Ive traditionally been a jiffy lube girl (even though I hate them) because as a nonprofit worker and college student I dont make that dealership service money. However Im pretty addicted to Beaverton Kias service! They have a designated play area for children and its kept clean (which is rare!) And they offer coffee and cookies while youre waiting. The customer service guys are friendly and personable, and even though they try to get you to purchase additional applicable services for your car just like everyplace else, theyre not too pushy or condescending about it. I get they have a business to run. Their prices are reasonable too. Im waiting on an oil change inspection and tire rotation for 40 bucks right now. Even my wallet can handle that

This place is great. Booked an appt only a day out and had all the recalls done on my optima. Since one involved the oil the oil change i came in for was free. Good cookies too.

We have owned KIAs for 12 years and had them serviced everywhere within 25 miles of Portland. Beaverton is by far the best, most thorough, and dependable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.Broadway is the worst ..So bad that if my car was broke down and on fire in front of their dealership I wouldnt even go inside to use their phone to call the fire department.

I will never darken the doorstep of a Lanphere group auto dealership again. I have complained on here that I am still getting emails about a Kia I havent owned for over 2 years (this was almost a year ago). I called them and told them to stop calling me about the Kia I no longer own. I have been told on several occasions that the issue was taken care of and they wouldnt contact me again.. Yet here I am STILL getting emails to take my car in for service (with the VIN number in them, so I know that my previous complaints have been completely ignored). Never again...

Nope, never there again! I took my car in for a warrantee service (less than 12k miles) and they wanted me to sign that I would pay $175 for the diagnosis before they would take the car... So I took it to Weston Kia and they were great to work with! I asked if I had to sign anything to pay for diagnostics before a warranty service, the service writer just laughed at me and said of course not
Help with options, clean the cars in and out, always have coupons and reasonable price. Nice customer waiting room.
They take care of you, they dont do anything extra. Only what needs to be done and they do it right.
I drive all the way from Vancouver because their service team is so excellent, its also in walking distance to a few great food places and shopping.
If you want to buy a brand new Kia or any of their well- quality used cars Beaverton Kia the place and its family owned and run you will be treated like family!
My car isnt fixed yet, but I am very pleased with the service that I have received so far and the consideration given to my special circumstances. Will probably be a Kia man for life thanks to this experience.
