I’m truly astonished by the professionalism and the work ethic of this shop. They took care of me as if I was one their own and ensured my vehicle was squared away and safe to drive. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for me.

My Mom took her 2010 BMW into this shop for repair and they charged her over $1,900 to completely ruin her car. They did not perform the service that needed to be done to her car to fix it and left it in way worse shape than when she took it there. They will not do anything to fix her vehicle or refund her money, and are in fact refusing to accept any responsibility for not completeling the work that they were paid to do. Do not go here they will take advantage of you..

The owner is very nice and took the time to call me himself after my accident to assure me that Im well taken care of. Additionally, he gave me advice for how to deal with the insurance company and simply how to care for my car, where most companies will let the individual figure it out. i would highly recommend coming here for anything because this is the place for a local, friendly atmosphere that we all look for when handling with our cars!

I brought in my 2004 Prius that had the Cat converter stolen out of it. Mustafah immediately eased my mind on what needed to get done, worked hard sourcing parts (which are not easy to get right now) and performed the repair super fast once they came in. He also went to bat for my when the insurance company started jerking me around. I will absolutely return if and when I have any trouble in the future.

I had some suspension parts that i couldnt separate for the life of me. I drove around my area and this was the first shop i found. The guy was extremely nice to work with, said he could have it for me in an hour but i picked it up the next day. Surprised that he barely charged me for it. Great guy, will definitely take my cars here in the future

Be berry berry carefully abut this place NOT honest place to take your car at all they are berry good at not saying the truthThey charnged me $ 4.000 for honda 97 blown head Gasquet and they cult fixed the job wow 👏 but im taking them to cort now for$ 10.000+and I will win they mess whit the wrong do this time.

Ive since been back, and despite being far from my house in Portland, I intend to use this shop as my main resource for mechanical repair.

I found V-Tech many years ago on the Car Talk Most Trusted Mechanics website. My impression at my first visit was very positive and I returned many times for everything my Toyota needed. Unlike many car dealers, you can trust the owner of this shop. He took his time explaining things and I was impressed by his honesty. I went in with an oil leak, after coming from the dealer got quoted 800 dollars for replacing the oil pan and gasket.
