Took my Prius in for an oil change. They told me it would take an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half I went to check on it. While waiting to check with a different advisor, mine wasn’t there, I heard two other advisors tell guests that they would receive a text or call when their vehicle was done and promised them an hour wait time. I was never offered or told that I would get a text. Then I found that my service advisor had gone to lunch and the car was done but I wasn’t told about it.I was advised that the tech recommended an air filter replacement because mine was dirty. The night before I had replaced the Air Filter and Cabin Air Filter. When I told the advisor this he said, “Sometimes the new filters are gray and our technicians are use to white ones so that’s probably what happened.” To which I responded that I replaced it the night before with a white filter. His response was just, “Oh.”Posting this review so others know that, unfortunately like many other dealerships, they are trying to sell items that do not need replacement. This is poor business practice and takes advantage of average consumers to make an extra buck.I will be trying another Toyota dealership for the next service and hope they will do business above board.
Decent place for service but only if you drop your car off and plan to take a rental for the day. They are very slow and the online appointment times are meaningless.
Got a call from service telling me it was time for service. When I brought my car in today Levi told me it didnt need an oil change, they would just do the tire rotation. He said the car would be ready in an hour and a half. Three hours later I went in search of Levi. Waited there until someone courteously asked if he could help. Went back to the lobby to wait. Woman at the desk told me she had been calling my name for a half an d three-quarters of an hour. I am not hard of hearing. I had been sitting in the lobby for two and a was very distressed. She was courteously unconcerned. In forty years of dealing with Beaverton Toyota this is the first time Ive left there feeling angry and put off.
Brought my truck in for 20k mile service, standard for Toyota. The process was simple and straightforward, didnt take long. But only a few days later I noticed my wiper fluid tank was completely empty. When I popped the hood to fill it, I noticed the engine and cabin air filters were filthy. I also noticed the maintenance light was on and the oil change sticker had not been updated. They said they forgot so I brought it in a second time to get that done. The inspection report said all of those items were good when in fact they werent even done or checked. But they were sure to tell me I needed an alignment and charged me $130 for one axle, so they got theirs. Shady.
Had a great oil change experience 6/21. The price was what they said it would be. No up-selling you on extras. Made an appointment and I was in and out in 50 of the 90 minutes they told me it would be. A overall positive experience.
This is the best place to purchase and service your car. Nice indoor atmosphere and accommodating customer service. I just took my car into service today. I left my ear phone in my car and a service representative went to the shop to pick it up for me. Thank you Beaverton Toyota for your great customer service. 👍
I bought a 2021 toyota hylander hybrid at toyota beaverton. Cameron helped me out, and he was very professional with his job. I went to check out alot of SUVs in different store such as hyundai, Kia, etc but many sales people just want to sell it for the highest price possible. Cameron treated me well and he was very honest compare to other sales who were very shady and try to hide fees. I bought the car without much concern.. You arent suppose to trust dealer cause thats what I learned from my life experience but I can tell you that Cameron was very reasonable and honest. If you want to purchase a car, I would definitely recomment Cameron... I need to purchase my second car later.. I will definitely visit this place and ask for Cameron to help me out

I have been their costumer for 5 years and unfortunately, this place has gone down a lot recently. Last year it took them more than 3 hours for just a multi point inspection. And today after taking my car for a service appointment and sitting there for more than two hours, they tell me that their shop is extremely busy and they havent touched my car yet. The simple solution is to not give appointments you cant keep! Even if I was told upfront that the shop is busy, I wouldnt waste two hours there. Wont be going back to this service center, certainly rather go to a place that they respect their costumers time.

Got a quick appointment for my regular Toyota Care maintenance. I really appreciate that I can drop my car off at night and its done first thing in the morning. Checking out with my service rep was super quick and they are setup with plexiglass at each desk for optimal social distancing and safety. I would like to eventually get my car detailed here, but their detailing department is closed at the moment.
Worst service ever. My husband brought in our prius today because the a/c wasnt working. He payed over $200 for changing the fluid and when he payed and picked up the car he noticed that it was totally dirty inside the teunk, the compressor wasnt reinstalled and he had to find someone and wait a long time for someone to finally finish the job he already payed for. This is very unprofessional. Im very disappointed about the service. It isnt the first time that they didnt finish the job properly. Last time we unfortunately noticed it a few days later. I cant recommend this shop at all. We gave it a second try and wont ever do it again.

What a ripe off. They tried to charge $99.99 for an oil change using conventional oil. New wipers are $55. This is the last time I will be using this business and will tell others to go else were. When I complained they said that the techs need special certification because it is a Toyota, I would believe that if I was at a Ferrari dealer where the years production is less than one week of Toyota. It is a mass-production car the oil change took maybe half an hour.
There was oil on the driver door by the window and a oily handprint on the door after our service and the passenger seat was moved all the way back.
Great facility but I miss the shuttle bus.
I have been getting my car regularly serviced at Beaverton Toyota for last 4 years but never had such experience. Basically, I had a issue in my tire and called Beaverton Toyota service center to ask if they can help. Over the phone they said just come by and I don’t need an appointment. Upon going there, service attendant didn’t even look at the issue and told me I need to get both rear tires replaced. I told him why don’t you get it checked first. He said to get it checked I need to wait 1.5 hrs. What a rip off and dishonest service. I went other place and got it fixed in 10mins. They lost a loyal customer for good.

Overall okay experience. We made an appointment but still had to wait about 1.5 hours for what they considered express. We only had a quick tire patch up. The waiting area is decent and allowed for both my bf and I to sit and work on our computers while we waited. I have no idea how they did but they butchered my first name in their system... I only notice when i read the closing paperwork.
Has really gone downhill. They used to have people in the service department who actually understood something about cars and something about customer service. When I asked to have my the 120V AC power outlets checked because I couldnt use a tire inflator on them, the service note indicated an air conditioning diagnostic (which costs $$) in addition to checking the power outlet. After the service, when I asked to see the outlets working, I was told, We have nothing to check them with. Our Master Technician checked them so theyre working. (I mean, a desk fan or desk light or phone wall charger wouldve sufficed.) When I asked about the wattage of the cigarette lighter outlet I was told, I dont know, Im sure you can read the manual.OK, Im a middle aged woman and most of the service reps looked in their early 20s. But even my adorable, super-sweet 20 year old family friend who dropped the car off for me said she was treated with abrupt statements as if by asking questions, she was being a bother.Comment on 2018 Toyota Sienna maintenance costs: When they (erroneously) checked the air conditioner on my 2018 Sienna with < 20k miles, I was told it needed a $229 maintenance service. Ive gone 60k miles on previous cars before needing such a service. If Toyota requires such early maintenance, it should be covered by my 55k pre-paid maintenance plan.I purchased the 2018 AWD XLE Sienna from Beaverton Toyota. I also lease a Honda CRV which is up for renewal. After seeing the state of disarray of the Beaverton Toyota service dept, Im going to avoid Toyota for my next lease.The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the manager, Paul, was gracious enough to hear me out re: my issues with his service dept. Before I could even finish with Paul, another woman was screaming bloody murder because shed paid to get her car detailed and it came out filthy.
Three hours for oil change not acceptable
I had my wifes 4Runner serviced today.Scott Russmire was the service advisor who helped me.What a great experience! I was greeted in the service drive by name. Then taken to Scott who checked in my vehicle and noted any concerns.He later texted me to let me know when it was done.When I got there he arranged for me to pick it up.I dont think that the experience could have been any better! Everyone at that dealership was professional and truly wanted to provide outstanding service

Seems as if the standard reports for lube oil and filter with tire rotation and brake shoes were left out. They also did not update phone number and text my phone and not my husbands. Not our kind of place.
Missing out on a good experience here.Now on my second time of being misquoted wait times, both with having an appointment.The first experience was an oil change, not a busy day, was never told my vehicle was finished, and the plastic seat covers were still in the vehicle when I got the car back. Took a little over 2 hrs.This time I am in for a wheel flair swap out and was quoted an hour, which is a long time for such a small job. Now going on 120 minutes, as they didn’t anticipate cleaning up an adhesive under the flair. Then was approached with a bill, when all the work and parts are under warranty.The staff is nice, I applaud them for always being polite, but that doesn’t make up for a total wiff on an experience. It would help if making appointments meant they would be working on your car at that time. Or at the least, just quote a decent time for the work so expectations can be kept instead of broke.I am disappointed with my experiences thus far.
Good service but they can improve communication when car is ready to be picked up and not to call 10min before they are closing that we can pick up our car!

Facility is well kept and cleanly. Staff are friendly and service is good. The waiting room was absolutely packed though and the service agent kept talking to me like my girlfriend who owns the car and was right beside me wasnt there.

Where do I even start?!? This place is the worst. I made an appointment over two weeks ago for my Toyota to get the air bags fixed. The lady on the phone told me that it would be an hour and that she would give me a rental car. I had to unexpectedly work the day of my appointment but my husband said that he would do it because it would max take 2 hours from his day. Well that wasn’t the case at all....Four hour later and the car was finally done. He missed a half a day of work, which we can’t really afford to loose. And they didn’t give him a rental car either. He couldn’t even sit in the office because there was so many people sitting in there so. Never EVER again.
I would give 0 star if I could.Sleezy and greesey service reps. Theyll figure out a way to charge you more even for a warranty repairs. Managers are no different. Wont buy Toyotas anymore..If you deal with these people for a period of time, youll know and agree with me as well. Dont understand the raving reviews though.

Ive been going here for 5 years after I bought my Corolla. Services has generally been good, wait times can be a bit long and there are not status updates if you wait at the dealer so sometimes you wonder why a 2 hr est turns to a 4 hr wait. The free car wash and vaccum is nice and I like that the building has gone green.
I’ve taken my Prius V here for maintenance, new tires, and replacing of a battery. I’m impressed with the professionalism of the service and how quick they take care of the work. Waiting room is a bonus because it is easy to hang out and work if you need to. Coffee bar makes great lattes!Complementary car wash coupons are nice. I do miss the “old” days When they would vacuum and wash your car when they were done.
Very poor customer service. They don’t disclose cost unless asked. They messed up on our oil change schedule and left a crack on our tail light.... manager or someone said we did it and sent a blurry photo saying that it came in the shop in the broken condition. Just an unorganized mess. No one take accountability. Blames the customer... so it’s our fault for trusting them with our car. My bad!!! I forgot, never trust a car salesman!
Happy with service but you could improve by one simple step. Driving home there was a loud clunk under chassis. My immediate reaction was that mechanic had left a tool in the engine compartment. Soon I knew my right front tire was flat. Towing came after waiting two hours and replaced tire with spare and left before I did. It became evident that the steering was not proper. I mentioned to technician at tire center it was not a good experience driving on that spare. When I picked the car up later, he told me that the spare was very low with air.Towing driver should have checked pressure. I should have had spare checked when having tire pressure checked on tires. But I would have expected spare to be checked as part of maintenance service as I am consistent to do at Beaverton Toyota. As the new widow of an engineer who kept meticulous care of our home and cars, I am learning just how careful he was. However maybe your service department could consider this small check for a those of us who are not savvy. Thanks.Maurine Hoder

Toyota dealerships are a joke in the first place. this one takes the cake piss poor customer service and no organization. Told me the reason why I had to wait so long for my car was, they lost my paperwork completely unprofessional. the place is a joke call you in for a recall just so they can make more money. They did absolutely nothing to my car. the recall they said was fixed was done 4 years ago in the first 6 months of ownership. I had to risk being around 100s of people during covid because Beaverton Toyota service department is a con artist run buissness.

I visited for recall and they suggested that you have some corrosion in battery and need to cleanup,I agreed and they did for that charged $52 along with that broke one part too that too was charged, I received my car after 4 hrs of service, while taking key I asked whether my car battery is checked or not they said yes and looks fine,when I started my car it didnt and again they took 1 hrs to check and suggested change battery by paying $120,I was so frustrated as never had any issue with my battery, I aksed give my car back,will do some other shop or by myself,they jump started and took my car back..this is 2nd bad experience with this center.

I brought my Rav4 back to the dealership, to get the Maintenance required indicator reset, after my Monday, Dec. 23rd visit. The young guy who reset it for me took the time to explain what he was doing, even though it was evident he was very busy. This speaks well to the quality of Toyota Service shops.
Took my car in today as the brakes were not working properly, they took good care of me and kept the car and gave me a loaner, they also had donuts and coffee. Really courteous too
I had an excellent experience here. I showed up with no appointment and they very easily fit me right in . Before I knew it they were all finished and they gave me a car wash coupon. I washed my truck and continued on enjoying my day.
Blown away by the service; wed give an additional star if we could... we rolled in to the shop late one evening with a new noise coming from the suspension... happened to meet Matt in the service center and he immediately crawled underneath the vehicle to take a look - we were just astonished by that. He comes from a mechanic background and we figured has a real interest in the problem. Within seconds he could see the issue and we were in the books for the next morning. Fantastic communication, real passion for fixing the vehicle right and he did everything he could to make sure our Christmas wasnt hugely impacted by this inconvenience. Awesome that there is a car rental desk onsite too. Been coming here for years and loyal customers but we were quite impressed by this visit, thanks!

How the heck does a $115 oil change does not include the air filter. All I got for it was an oil change, and a 21 point inspection. I changed it myself. I really dont know what I paid for. Just got ready tires prior to the oil change.
