Bought my third car from Mazda this weekend! The service and timing was incredible, I was in and out in less than an hour. The sales team was so incredibly professional and helpful and made the process smooth and worry free! My first car I bought from Justin and my recent purchase I was helped by Spencer and could not have been more pleased with their service. 10/10, would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new car ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I recently came by and ended up purchasing a Mazda3 from Spencer Potter and to put it plainly, had a wonderful experience. We definitely talked Spencers ear off throughout the day, and he was consistently patient and informative. This was a first-time purchase for us and I dont think we couldve had a more positive experience.To those like myself that would come into a place like this worried about the haggling and arm twisting; Spencer made it a priority to inform firstly, and then listened to the decisions that my wife and I made. It was a very respectful process that I would suggest to anyone in a similarly inexperienced position.

Dayton is the definition of customer service when it comes to taking our Mazda in for anything. Be it routine maintenance or an issue that arose suddenly, he genuinely cares about hearing us out and finding a solution that best fits the need. There is no guilt of saying no to a list of unneeded things for the sake of the sale. They report clearly what the car tells them, give their honest opinion, and let you choose what works best for you. The ease of doing business with Dayton and the service team at Herzog-Meier Mazda was definitely a factor we considered when buying our second vehicle from them.

Inv. 376266 - Gregg Childers in Cust. Svc. was totally the poster boy for what svc, rep. should be in his attitude towards me and his competence as a customer servicer person and the the problem I had which was only indicated by fluid stains on my garage floor for which I couldnt determine the cause. But for H-M itself I couldnt have been more positively impressed from the lady that answered the phone when I called in who couldnt have been more courteous and when I expressed my concern of possible break fluid on the floor she got me scheduled ASAP for the next day, to the tech. who found my problem to be only an oil filter installed by one of those quick lube centers that was simply not tightly enough screwed on so he simply tightened it on appropriately so they charged me NOTHING and I got a free car wash to boot! But the importance of what i say is that that about 18 mos. ago when I had my oil changed by that quicky lube place, Id ventured away from H-M Mazda Svc. because I wasnt impressed enough with their service to stay loyal - but NOW I believe they are the BEST EVER for their courteous, competent, and extremely fair service.. Count me in and thank you H-M Mazda Service Team!

We worked with Carlos and he was absolutely wonderful. He worked with us to get the price we wanted and was focused on safety for our growing family. Highly recommended. Finances was also terrific. Enrique walked us through step by step and provided a nice, calming presence at the end of the day.

Jay Jordan is the best! He assisted in the purchase of my car and I had the easiest transaction and best experience ever. He was very thorough, professional and kind. I didn’t feel rushed and he took his time to teach me all the features of the car. I always thought Honda had the best customer service but now see they don’t even come close.

My wife and I went in to the dealership and had an appointment with the internet sales manager,upon meeting him he passed us of to a salesman who told us the car we came to look at wasnt there, we were ready to buy a car the salesman started yelling so loudly that his covid mask came off, weve never been treated so rudely by anyone we were trying to buy a car from so we left and they missed a salewe went somewhere else, our money spend everywhere and they really didnt want our business anyway, deplorable customers service, wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

When I initially called, it was bit rocky trying to get my questions answered, then I was moved over to Scott. Very professional employee, he knew a lot about the service I needed, and anything he didnt know he was able to find out in a matter of seconds. He was very helpful getting my keys replaced and I would highly recommend HM Mazda because it is obvious they hire knowledgeable employees.

I bought a new car Mazda 6 2020 and the experience was really awesome.My staff Ramiz was a new guy and I was his first customer and the journey went very well. He is friendly and cool in the complete process and explicitly explained me all the car features, fees and all other respective stuffs.I would highly recommend Herzog Meier Mazda because of their incredible service.
