MS Glass is an excellent, professional company that provides excellent service. Mike and his staff replaced all the front glass in my dental clinic. They did an excellent, quality, and affordable job, they came up with a bid that fit my budget and was lower than the other two bids I got. The workers were fast, efficient and provided top quality work. I would highly recommend them and I’m thankful that Mike and his employees did such a great job.

The staff at MS Glass are an incredible group - I had my car window smashed in while parked overnight in portland, called 10 different auto glass places in the portland area and none were helpful. MS Glass answered the phone on the first ring, ordered the glass, and completely fixed my window within 3 hours of finding out it was smashed. The price they quoted was exact, the entire process was very transparent, and most importantly the staff was super understanding. They were even kind enough to vacuum all of the shattered glass out of the interior of my car!

This is my second time going to MS Glass Outlet. The first time was for a rock chip on my pickup. This time it was to replace the windshield. There are a couple things that impress me about this business. First and foremost is Sam. Sam works the front desk, schedules appointments, interacts with customers and basically gets everything moving. While waiting for my rock chip repair, I heard him take one call after another and wait on customer after customer. He provided each and every person with so much information and did it in the most professional way possible. I even went home and told my wife that I heard a customer call in and during the course of Sam trying to help him, it was clear the customer had called Sam a liar, thinking he had switched prices on him. Heres the thing - I totally expected this to escalate to some sort of shouting match, but Sam handled it calmly, with grace, and yet didnt cow to the customer. By the end of the call, he had scheduled the customer to come in for the windshield Sam had first requested. If I owned a business, I would have immediately offered to get him management training and offered him a chance to hone these remarkable communication abilities he has. That is how impressed I was by him.The second thing I like about MS Glass Outlet is they simply do what they say they are going to do. I am quoted a price, given all the information why the price is as it is, I take my car in, and it is finished when they say it will be finished, and I end up paying what I was told I would pay. They do quality work. I love that they are in my neighborhood, and while I am hoping that I dont have any more issues with the glass on my car, I know that if I do, MS Glass Outlet is getting my business.

Had a pretty large rock chip in my windshield and had gone to three others places for repairs, but everyone told me I would have to replace the windshield. They gave me a great rate for a quote, and when I got there they were very welcoming and even said they could try to repair the chip (ended up doing a great repair job)! As a twenty-something woman experiences at car repair places are always hit or miss and I felt very welcomed and well taken care of here!! Would give 6/5 stars if I could.

Quick, friendly service and quality work! Weve used them for our Pilot and Forester and we were satisfied completely. They were the only ones who we didnt have to wait a week for an appointment (they helped me same day) and they cost just a bit under the others I got quotes from. I recommend.

The customer service was ok, it didnt make me want to come back. My main issue in this review is that the repairs did not hold up. I had my windshield replaced here and within a few months water started leaking into my car around the windshield every time it rains.

We were traveling through Oregon when a rock hit our windshield and next thing we know - we have a massive crack that required a new windshield. We thankfully found MS Glass that helped turned our day around. While the office in Salem didnt have the glass in-stock, they called their sister office in Beaverton who was able to fix it as soon as we drove to their location. Within 90 minutes of us dropping off the car, we were back on the road again.The service was great and we would recommend MS Glass to anyone in the area. Thanks for helping get us back on the road!!

Ive used them in the past and was going to use them again and we ended up not needing the windshield after all as we were not going to keep the car. They now refuse to release a $25 deposit on a windshield that they will be selling in the future, and I would probably not need anything from them for quite a while so I do not want them to hold my deposit and yet they still refuse. As if $25 means anything to them, obviously they are just greedy crooks.Seeing as how Im out of work and have all the time in the world, theyre going to regret thinking they could keep my $25 😂

I needed a driver side window replaced for an older car and these guys not only were able to find the piece of glass I needed and have it shipped in quickly, but it was installed in less than an hour! Kind, quick, professional and bonus points because I absolutely love their building’s paint job. Good service, about 1.5 hours to install a windshield. Lots of places to walk to, very small waiting room, so I had covid concerns but as I said, plenty of places to walk to.

I called ms glass to get windows for my house and talked to valerie. She was so helpful and knew so much i had absolutely no issues at all. She answered every question i had and took care of my issue fast and efficiently. I would recommend ms glass to anyone shopping for any type of glass. Inside the shop looked very dirty and unkempt, and the sidewalk where you walk across the bay doors to get to the office had razor blades on the ground, which my 4-year-old almost picked up. They did a mediocre job fixing the rock chip. The guy on worked with seemed like he was half awake. Overall a poor experience. I wont be going back.

Horrible experienceWent yesterday to buy a passenger window, the Persian guy (I don’t know his name) was very rude, he wanted me to buy a cracked window with a high price. He got super angry and unprofessional when I asked if we can lower the price bc the window is cracked. I left the shop immediately, definitely a scam and they just want to steal your money.And I just don’t understand how they hire people without ethics and horrible customer service.I’m happy that I went to another shop who fixed the window with cheaper price and with a lot of respect.I DON’T recommend this place for anyone

Windshield replacent was inexpensive ($220) and they were done within 45 min of scheduling. Only downside was they accidentally left an interior light on (map light on the mirror) and when I noticed 3 days later the battery was dead. No big deal, the car was non operative at the time just popped it on the charger and it was ready for the road when I got my trip permit.

When you have the stressful experience of having your car broken into and glass is everywhere, this is the place to go. They take good care of you. Theyre friendly, kind, speedy, and have competitive prices. They replaced the drivers side window on my Audi in less than an hour, cleaned up the glass, and treated me with fantastic customer service. They also were $100 less than another place I called. I HIGHLY recommend MS Glass.

Simple to fill out the requested information, and upload a picture to get a quote. Receiving the quote didnt take very long, and I was pleased to see a number much smaller than I had anticipated. They were ready to see me that day as well, but happily booked an appointment for me that better fit into a busy schedule.

Had a rock chick repair from here today, it was done quick and they were quick to send me out the door without showing me the work. Upon inspecting it later that day it looked like the technician did a terrible job and did not properly perform a repair, made it worstive had good repairs here but this time was a fail and no one took the time to show me the repairs

I had a pleasant communication experience at your different location, but I never asked for any free work done, nor was I mad or frustrated. I was polite and thanked you for the info you gave me, regardless of how rude your manager was to me.Your response, however, proves my point - being rude to customers is your thing.

I called 5 auto repair shops to fix a window on my husbands vehicle. One was a no answer, the other 3 were priced super high for a small triangle shaped window and quoted me over 400 to fix, plus couldnt get me in until the end of the week. MS Glass, got me in same day! It cost me about 140. and I was in and out super fast! Which was amazing since I had my infant with me. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.Hands down I would return!

This is my second time using MS Glass Outlet.........but this time I needed 2 side windows and a rear window replaced. I made an appointment for 9:00 am left the car at around 920, They called at 1130 and told me the car was ready to be picked up..............First it was almost too easy to make a same day appointment when other big names were saying two weeks out........and for them to have all of the windows installed in a couple of hours...................I so appreciate the time and work you put into replacing the windows.
