Ive had my car there for routine fluid changes (oil, transmission, differential) twice in 2021. Both times they couldnt find my appointment upon check in. To be fair they did still manage to get me in on both occasions. The service work itself is well done and done in a timely matter. The hourly rate on a separate note is through the roof. This is to be expected with dealerships as its how they keep the lights on. But when the hourly rate smacks you right in the wallet it makes you reconsider your options for next time.

Brought the car in making a terrible noise. They were able to get to the repairs quickly. It was covered by our AAA extended warranty. Alex worked with AAA and returned my car within 24 hours, which I urgently needed. They checked out the entire car and even changed the oil. Great customer service from Alex, who kept me posted frequently on the status of the repair. Very appreciative and I trust this dealership to always come through for me. 5-star service for sure.

I wanted to share my experience working with Angel from the Service Department. He is a professional, helpful and provides top class service to the customer. Angel would go out of his way to ensure that my experience is pleasurable and low stress as much as possible. However, this 5 star review is only for the Service Department, and its mainly from my experience working with Angel. I had a horrible experience with the Sales Department. I purchased a vehicle from Honda Beaverton back in April and during my test of a used vehicle we noticed that the brakes on the vehicle needed maintenance. The sale rep told us that the brakes service with be done before we picked up the vehicle. When we picked up the vehicle, they told us that everything is done and the brakes are all good now. Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle for about 4 months I noticed that the brakes started to make noise. I took it back to them for an inspection and was told that my brake pads needed to be swapped out. I am not a mechanic but brake pads should last longer than a few months. Angel tried to get the Sales department to take care of the brake pads for me but they told him no because the vehicle was sold a few months ago. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership again but I would come back for maintenance because of Angel. I would not come back to this dealership if Angel is no longer working there. Thank you Angel for all of your help!

What really caught my attention is that he used my name & contact information and not my husband’s. Small detail but annoying when I’m sitting in the waiting area & Honda calls my spouse for updates. They are friendly, no pressure, and reasonably convenient. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable, and includes refreshments. I really liked getting my oil changes here because they were much much cheaper than the competition, but my last oil change was twice the previous price without any warning when I made the appointment. They said it was because they now use all synthetic oil, but my car has required synthetic oil all along, so I’m dubious. I really appreciate that they will give you an estimate for any work that they propose, but I guess I need to verify the price when I make the appointment.

Found a car that did not get cleaned up yet, I said I wanted to buy it. Mind you this was 4 days ago. Spoke with the manager . I called them twice more and text they said the car was not ready and they would let me know as soon as they can. I get a text this morning that someone sold the car last night! Update: in response to my review, the service manager called and sincerely apologized. Apparently one last step to program the new key was not completed that only takes 2 minutes. He personally visited our home, very polite and professional, to complete programming the key. Apparently service staff didn’t know this, and should have. And the technician should have tested the key before releasing the car. The service manager assured me they have met as a staff to learn from these errors. He did the right thing, in a 5-star manner. I’m upgrading my review from 1 star to 4 stars. I will service the car there again, and update my review.Original review: Call for service, be very patient because hold times are long. Elderly customer. We left the car for 3 hours to program a new key. Whomever programmed this $100+ key didn’t test it, sending us home with a new key that starts the car but does not lock or unlock doors. Reschedule for another 3 hour service. They offer NO SHUTTLE to bring elderly customer home! This dealership does not do the right thing.

I purchased a certified Honda a few weeks ago. The molding is falling off the doors. The reverse light doesnt fit into the space correctly. One of the speakers is blown. The back is tweaked like it may have been in an accident. Their solution is to come up with thousands of dollars in parts to charge me after I paid $40,000.00 for the car. Thats with an extended warranty and service package. After 10 Honda vehicles Im planning on switching to Toyota. Honda dishonors me. Seppuku to all of them. Toru Toma

We bought our car at the dealership, however Ive always come back for service. Theyre friendly, easy, and very transparent. The costs have been reasonable (as far as dealership prices go). If you have a newer Honda I would 100% recommend.

I took my Ridgeline in for a simple service, oil and filter change and tire rotation. When I was told the work was done and the vehicle ready to go, I asked my service advisor if the tires had been rotated. He checked his paperwork from the service tech and confirmed the tech had checker and rotated the tires.However, I had marked a tire beforehand, to ensure the tires actually got rotated. Sure enough, when I went to leave after paying for the service, I noted the tire I had marked was still in its original location and had not been rotated.The tech clearly was not truthful when he reported that he had rotated the tires. I will not return to Beaverton Honda and absolutely do not recommend them for service. Their service staff simply cannot be trusted.

The Beaverton Honda Service Department lost my trust, and now they have lost my business. WATCH OUT — they may be recommending services you don’t even need.What happened:After bringing my vehicle in for an oil change, I was told that my engine and cabin air filters both failed their inspections and needed to be replaced. I declined the service and instead ordered the filters online so I could replace them myself (pro tip: you can save a LOT of money this way, and it’s easy). When I went to replace the filters, I found the old ones were in fact still completely CLEAN! Dealerships make a lot of money off of replacing these air filters, so I’m not surprised they tried to scam me into paying to have them replaced early. Just think of all the unnecessary waste and harm to the environment this business generates.When I called to voice these concerns, the service manager I spoke with (I can’t remember her name) was very dismissive. Her excuse was that they recommend replacement based off time since last service, which doesn’t make sense. What if you don’t drive very much? What if you have a second vehicle that spends most of its time in the garage? Your service appointments will be more spread out over time, which will be their excuse to extort more money from you while they have you there. Go ahead and look at the owner’s manual for your car — it recommends replacing your air cleaner element and dust/pollen filter based on how many MILES you drive, not by how many days go by. Typically, you’re supposed to replace the filters every 15,000 miles when driving in dusty, dirty, or sooty conditions; they’ll last even longer under normal conditions. If the dealership recommends replacing these filters for you, chances are you don’t even need it.TL;DR The dealership insisted on replacing my vehicle’s air filters when in fact they were perfectly clean and functional. Please think twice before agreeing to services recommended by Beaverton Honda.

He made the test driving experience very easy and set our anxiety about buying a new car completely at ease. I just think the world of this place. I have been to other Honda dealerships as well as other mechanics shops and their quality and service is incomparable whereas their prices are unbeatable. Every 3 months they automatically send me a $10 off coupon, with that I pay only $35 for an oil change! But it’s so much more every time!Kudos to Beaverton Honda! They go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to your car and servicing their customers! Every representative I have ever spoken to has been equally 110%. I needed to install the front plate bracket. and used the express lane #5. She said it takes 45-60 min, but actually took 2 hours and half. Also I needed to wait even though my car was ready since Honda staff was decreased from over 10 to just 2 due to lunch time? very frustrated. I wanted to create a reservation, but Honda chat suggested to use the express lane, but If I knew it takes long time, I should drop my car to avoid the frustration.The front plate installation is not actually center and they did not have enough screws very unprofessional... see photo, did not attach correctly due to off center.

I just had some recall work done, so I didnt have much interaction with the service department, but what little I had was fine. They were professional and courteous and my car was returned to me cleaner than I left it, which is always appreciated. I was disappointed that there wasnt a free loaner/free rental since this was a safety recall, but I was informed that was a corporate decision.

Final updated review 2/22/21:Dropped my car off on Saturday 2/20/21 for a software-based recall.A technical issue with the phones not sending voice-mails for notifying me that the car was ready for pickup resulted in me being unable to pick up my vehicle the same day, since I wasnt sure if the recall was finished or not. The General Manager went above and beyond the next day (Sunday, when the services desk is normally closed) to arrange for me to pick up my vehicle that evening.Aside from the technical issues with the phones, the staff were great. Went above and beyond to make up for the phone technical issues.EDIT: Update 2/21/21After contacting the general manager through the dealership provided form, Andy called me this evening and apologized for the situation, and arranged me to pick up my car today. While the miscommunication yesterday was not great, the lengths taken to remedy the situation after the fact has raised my review up.Original one-star review:Took my Accord in for a software recall, was told it may take up to six hours. Dealership called an hour later with no audio, that is the line was basically dead. I called back to confirm if the recall was finished.Service rep said theyd check with the tech doing the recall, and call me when they have an answer. Did not receive a call after that. By the time it got close to the six hour limit, I called the dealership again. Turns out the service center closes earlier than the rest of the dealership, and closed within the six hour timeframe.Now I cant pick up my car until Monday since the dealership service department is closed on Sunday. Unacceptable communication.

Service has always been excellent. They always check to see if there is factory warranty or coverage for whatever problem your car has. They have been good about giving me alternatives or letting me know what repairs or services need to be done now, and which can be safely deferred. I bought another Honda when I needed a new car as I wanted to keep getting my service done there. Highly recommend!

Came in to pick up my car and it had bigger problems than when I left it. Turns out they didnt reconnect the coil wire for #2 causing a bad misfire. Obviously they did not test it out before they said it was done. Mike in the service department was very nice and apologetic. When I came in the next day I waited in an empty service bay for someone to give me my car back (which was running in there for 15 min). Got to watch an employee goof off and fart on another employee in front of me. Turns out that that was the employee I had been waiting for after I asked someone is that the guy I am waiting on? Seems busy.

It has been a reliable car service so far. And Ive been there several times now. Usually, WiFi in the waiting room is more than sufficient to do some work while waiting. Unless its a busy day. Next time, Ill plan on getting a rental from them ($20/day) on such days.

Very disappointing visit. Had my car serviced last week ($200 visit), including wheel alignment, and was told the re-alignment would be rechecked again after the rest of the work was completed, as it could affect the alignment. Alignment was not rechecked after the rest of the work was complete (another $700). I have no idea if the alignment is off or not. I also received the car with the IMA battery dead (hybrid car), with the engine off and the AC on full blast. Car had a very hard time starting due to the IMA being completely dead. Ive had this issue happen multiple times in the past, brought it up to management, but obviously it is still occurring.

Not impressed. Salesperson never introduced himself. Car we were interested in wasnt ready, although I called the previous day to set up appointment. Salesperson wanted us to buy car without driving and sight unseen, as it still had some detail work to be done. It was like pulling teeth to get him to at least show us the car before purchasing. This service department has been steadily getting more and more mediocre every time I go. The last time I got an oil change, They didnt tighten the dream plug down all the way and it fell out about a week later! This time, they didnt put the skid plate back on properly and it was dragging the whole way back to Portland. Having been to happy lately and if it wasnt for the 3 years of free oil changes, I would have stopped going there a long time ago.

Hello,I had a terrible experience during my last visit. I had completed some major services in this dealer before ($1000 major service I had received before) in Jan 2020. However this time (Dec 2020), they suggested me replacing fluid for rear differential (needs to be replaced every 3 years) after 9 months of last the replacement of this fluid. They suggested 450 CCA battery replacement which they rated 410 CCA battery as good in the previous service. Car was not washed though included. They even charged tax to me in Oregon which I realized later in the receipt. Weird. They did not even replace the service sticker which makes me suspect that oil and oil filter may not have been replaced. It was a real terrible experience.Thanks

Have had nothing but a great experience with the service department, specifically Kandis. I first brought my Fit in for an oil change, they had a great deal on that and also rotated my tires. After leaving I noticed one of my hubcaps was missing and contacted Kandis. She was on it! She had people search all around for it and informed along the process. They didnt end up finding it but replaced my hubcap the next day. To me that says wonders about a place, that they own up to a mistake and resolve the issue in a timely manner. The wait time was less then anticipated as well. I am now a loyal customer. I will bring both my Honda vehicles for all my maintenance needs and only wish I had came here before I purchased my CR-V from Swickard Honda because if the sales is anything like the service it is too notch. Best experience I have had for any service to my vehicles! Thank you Kandis for all your help! You are amazing!

Do not go here to service your Honda. They will NOT take care of your vehicle. Even if you have owned more than 10 cars from Beaverton Honda. Will update with more. Go to Wilsonville Honda. They will take care of you and let you know what Beaverton Honda hasn’t done with your vehicle.Edit: After going to Wilsonville Honda I was made aware by the mechanics that, the power steering fluid was never checked/changed. The brake fluid has never been check/changed. Battery terminals were never serviced, constant lies from Beaverton Honda and their service dept. We paid for the extended warranty and 60% of the items covered were never checked/changed.

I called to schedule an appointment to test drive a used vehicle at Beaverton Honda. They asked which car I was interested in so they could have it ready for my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment, a gentleman collected my information. We talked about the car I was looking to purchase. He left to get the keys for a test drive. After 20 mins of waiting, he came back to tell me the car had been sold. This is unacceptable. I thought the “car buying experience” had changed. My time was not valued. I wasn’t acknowledged in the same manner as families or couples. Being a strong single woman, I’ll take my money some place that values customer service.

Just moved to the area from Atlanta, and had the usual wear and tear one would imagine 3,500+ cross country tour and move create. These folks got me in, got me taken care of, and back rolling within a few hours. Waiting area has a great cafe and everyone is genuinely nice. Never once offered an appraisal or to show me a newer model, despite driving a 12 year old Civic. Zero pressure is definitely appreciate!

The customer experience seems good, but its getting the service done that you pay for that matters. I didnt think they rotated my tires during the last service like they were supposed to so this time I made a note where my scratched up alloy wheel was. Sure enough, the tires werent rotated this time even though thats part of the service. It makes you wonder if the transmission and gear case fluid was changed as paid for too. 2013 Honda Pilot A13 service.

I installed tires in another dealer on 02/2018 which has warranty 6 years / 65k miles . When I visited Beaverton Honda on 12/2020 they asked me to replace the tires as it was reported as warning 5/32 tread life. When I asked about the warranty I was told if you change the tires with them, they can replace it . But it seems like warranty records show that 2/32 tread life only they will change . After sometime When I call up schedule the car replacement tires they said it was reported as RED but the actual report they gave as YELLOW. Beware of this dealer. No matter of what warranty says they always want you to change tires

Gave them a call cause I had a check engine light on. My car is a 2017 and under 30,000 miles so I knew it couldnt have been anything serious. Showed up as a walk in 8am today, hardly any other customers at that time since they open at 7. (because my engine oil light came on last nite to 15%) I drive kids for a living and I drive ALOT so it goes down very quick. I get my car inspected regularly by my employer so I knew what I needed. The girl told me I would be fine for weeks(not true) and that even at 0% percent I could still drive it around safely for a week or two (not true) my dads a mechanic and sometimes I just ask questions to see how reliable the info they give me is. I came in early in the morning because I know a lot of people tend to cancel in the am. Oil changes only take about 15min tires 15-1hour .pretty much everyone came and went I waited 4 hours, considering they usually finish ahead of time, I asked how much longer and the lady answered me (with attitude) that it wouldnt be done until 4pm a total of 8hrs later, Because I was a walk in.( For a service that doesnt take longer than one hour total, and on a weekday) so I asked if I could get a shuttle at least and she again answered super rude no. (Silence).... she follows by, we dont do that anymore I ask, since when? She sais, a year. So, no checking in with me in the entire time I was there, no offering help of any sort, nothing. And when I ask something the response is just rude like I am bothering them with my business... They are usually very helpful and I usually recommend this place to a lot of my friends and family but I must say Im very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Especially considering a bad experience I had in the past I would hope they would be more understanding why I am very concerned about getting my oil done right away.
