I can not recommend Cascade Auto Glass more, literally, look no further!! Someone broke into my car, broke the rear and drivers side windows. We are from out of town and the company my insurance company had deals with were booked out for two weeks. I decided to give Cascade a call. Briana was stellar! She heard me, didnt just read from a script like so many do nowadays. She showed empathy and concern. She set me up with a very quick appointment. Her quote for a technician to come out to where we were staying was $50 less than my insurance companys deal if I drove my glass filled car to them! James arrived at the residence, he was super pleasant and worked hard on our vehicle. It looked just like brand new. Cascade, you hired two of the finest people (probably more) thank you for outstanding service, for turning around an awful event into a pleasant experience. Thank you again. I HIGHLY recommend!

Tried calling Cascade after the shop recommended/pushed by insurance was unresponsive. The phone was answered by a real, live human!! Great customer service, they even helped me navigate the insurance process. They did an onsite repair, technician showed up when they said they would, fixed the rock-chip in a matter of minutes.

Had my drivers window smashed from a break in. Called the dealership and they charged an exorbitant price and didnt have availability for a week so I started looking for options.Cascade Auto Glass replaced my window in less than 3 days at a lower price with great quality.They even cleaned up my car from the broken glass pieces.Highly recommend this place, theyre professionals!

They actually hung up on me when i said i lived in my car and didnt have a zip code, a zip code yall! they wouldnt just enter one in either, they hung up on me for being homeless, the workers here are terrible people, just terrible human beings who dont care about anything but money, so sad

They saved our bacon... Windshield was vandalized in our only vehicle... Took it to a local body shop... That shop didnt order the glass and never communicated with us as we waited... Let us drive around all week with tape on the back windshield frightened each day that we would be pulled over...Safelight shop assigned to us after that was taking too long to coordinate a schedule with us and their system wouldnt let us call their shop directly... Called Cascade... They had our glass in stock... Had a full schedule that week but rearranged it to have a tech come out to our house the next day! So nice... Couldnt be happier with them.

I just tinted my car windows a few weeks ago. We moved, and the second night at our new place - my car window was smashed in for theft.Safelite quoted me $500 and couldnt schedule me until August 13th.. more than 3 weeks away.So happy that Katelynn from Cascade Auto Glass was able to pencil me in on short notice. Within three days! First thing Saturday morning they let me drop off my car and keys. I walked around the corner from them to grab a coffee. On my walk back, they had called to say they were all done!Less than 45 minutes is all it took! They even vacuumed my car for us (we were still finding shards of glass window after the theft incident). And their quote saved us money compared to Safelite.Thank you Luis from Cascade Auto Glass!! I was given a time frame of approximately 2hours and not only did they show up on an actual holiday to accommodate myself, but the also came at the beginning of the time frame given, so I did not have to sit and wait for two hours. Very friendly and have had absolutely no problems!!!

Very good customer service. They replaced my windshield (damaged by a rock off a speeding State Trooper) timely and honored a groupon discount. A month later the windshield was cracked again (looked like someone hit the windshield with something)! They came out to Scappoose with in a couple days and replaced it again giving me a repeat customer discount. Technicians are knowledgeable and do a great job.

Cascade Auto Glass, and Luis, just replaced my windshield on my Infiniti M35X, and they did a wonderful job. Luis was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job, and Cascade was by far more professional and had much better costumer service. I highly recommend you give them a chance before you go to SafeLite. My experience with them, start to finish, was exceptional.After 2 cancelled appointments, and 3 times having the price raised through SafeLite, I decided to give other companies an opportunity to earn my business. SafeLite was only my choice because I was under the impression that because they were biggest, they would be the best priced and most efficient. Boy was I wrong.I called Cascade and they gave me an accurate quote the first time, and also gave me an accurate installation appointment on my first call. This was before I informed them of my issues with SafeLite. The price was comparable (a little more through Cascade; $405 vs $389), but Cascade was also able to do this at my location which SafeLite wasn’t.SafeLite initially quoted me $299 and gave me an appointment for 7-25-2020, and then cancelled the day before because “we quoted you too low of a price”, after rescheduling for 8-6-2020 for $330(after it was raised again from the second price of $310) they cancelled the day before because they needed a part they didn’t order that was going to cost me an additional $59. Their inability to pay attention to detail lead me to call Cascade and it was my(and Cascades) gain.I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be calling to let them know how well their technician Luis did and how professional he was. 5 stars is the perfect way to explain my experience.

Id like to start out my review by apologizing to the technician for having to deal with the mess that was my previous windshield on the hottest day of the year so far. I didnt catch his name, but if the PO number gets him some recognition, its 3143254.I had scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced on Friday of last week. I got a phone call from Cascade Auto Glass that morning saying that my new windshield came in, but it had a significant scratch, so they wanted to order a new one and reschedule the install for today. While some people might get a little frustrated about this, I was actually happy about it, as there are too many companies that would have just installed it and hoped that I didnt notice.Whoever had installed the windshield that the technician was replacing had done a terrible job, turning what could have been a 30-minute replacement into an hour-and-a-half. It was 100+ degrees outside, and I wasnt about to make him sit out there while I chilled in my air conditioned apartment, so I stuck around and suffered with him while he did his thing.The technician was friendly and professional, and did a great job replacing the windshield. He even cleaned up the scratches and mess left by the last replacement.I dont normally leave reviews, but I was seriously impressed with Cascade Auto Glass all the way from my initial phone call to them, to the installation of the new windshield. Keep it up, guys! Ill be sending business your way!

Everyone, from the receptionist I booked my mobile service through to the technician (Drew) who drove out to my home in Hood River, was wonderful to deal with! Blown away by outstanding customer service. I wont mention the fact that 3 other auto glass shops quoted me for 2-3wks ahead to replace my shattered windshield. On a Monday afternoon, I scheduled for that Friday and when the rep heard of my situation she found a slot the next afternoon. Even the installer was absolutely fantastic; great attitude, outstanding skill, and he even had a great sense of humor. Did I forget to mention they had me back on the road in half the quoted service time?

My experience with this company is not a happy one. I called in response to an advertised offer for some dining certificates, and they told me they were out of the ones I asked for. The ad that hit my mailbox 3 weeks later states the same offer. (False advertising and perhaps even bait and switch). They instead offered me some other certificates. We scheduled an appointment and when the technician arrived, he had the wrong windshield gasket for my vehicle. So, they called and rescheduled for the job with the correct parts. The day before the appointment, I got another call asking me to move my appointment time. I moved it, and lo and behold, they got the wrong part again! They of course blamed the parts supplier. Someone named Mike called and offered me an advertising check if I went ahead and gave them another chance. Well, they managed to get my windshield done on the 3rd appointment. So, I have waited the offered 7-10 days for my certificates and check with nothing.Needless to say, my experience has not been pleasant. There are plenty of auto glass companies out there, and I would recommend you try someone else!

Cascade Auto Glass is an exceptional company. I have had many many windshields replaced in my time and the other companies seem to use a cheaper glass that chips the glass shortly after its been replaced. On top of that they typically have you go to one of their shops to make it easier for them. Cascade is awesome in the fact that they seem to use great quality glass and always go out of their way to make the experience better for you. Today, Cade came out to replace a windshield on my Ford F-150 and not only did he arrive within the stated install timeframe, but he also called when he was 10 minutes out, just like he was supposed to. On top of that, he came and did the install in my work parking lot at no additional charges, and offered clearly experienced advice and tips regarding the windshield and installation. Cade was on-time, friendly, extremely helpful and made sure any questions I had were answered. I would definitely recommend Cascade, and Cade in particular to any of my friends or family in addition to adding a review here. They are top notch.Cascade, if youre reading this, I really hope that youll take the time to find a meaningful way to recognize Cade amongst his peers and really show him he is valued for his hard work.
