I brought a friend in to buy her glasses on 6/17/21, and An employee named Richard helped us and he was Great!He explained the process and was extremely helpful in making our selection! Thank you Richard you deserve a Raise!
The doctor is very nice, but the optometry staff is rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to give you your prescription. I had to go back 3 different times and stand in a huge line just to get a hard copy of my own prescription! Totally unprofessional and was treated like a dog by one of the female staff who had a nasty attitude. I hate this place and will never ever go back! Bloody awful! Save yourself a headache....go somewhere else!
This is a very unprofessional office. Im an over-the-top trucker. Made an appointment for when I was on home time. The doctor decided he didnt want to come in that day so they called to reschedule . No regard for the patients schedule. Ill be on the road for the next 3 weeks. If the office is scheduled open, it should be open.
They were fast and the doctor actually seemed to care about my eyes and vision. He took the time to explain my eyes to me. I have been needing and wearing contacts for over 16 years hes the only eye doctor that has done this. I was impressed.
The glasses here just down right nasty and uninteresting. Cheap. Also, covid gastapo here. Cmon, no place else Ive looked at glasses wont let you touch the glasses. Going here is unnessarily cumbersome. Avoid.
Ive been coming to this place for my eye exam/contacts for about a decade. Ive never had any issues with the staff or doctors on premise. Also, I come here for eye infections, etc. - always professional, courteous, and kind. Ive never had any issues (even through COVID).
Most horrible experience I have been wearing glasses for 35 years and have lived all over the US and worldI was treated condescending and rude by staff and Dr Speros assistant.I should have contacted my CC and filed a chargeback for this exam. Ryan was the only employee who seemed to care and did help me.If you are proactive with your eye care I would week a provider with no ego who welcomes your feedback and input. I have never had such a disjointed and ridiculous experience. Came out with a weaker RX than I went in for and had to go to another Dr and pay again.I also had issues Obtaining my updated prescriptions I had just paid for as well as others have stated. Know the laws and your rights as a consumer here.

I typically am very understanding, but the last two times I have tried to contact I have been treated very poorly. I will leave it at that. They need to learn to be costumer friendly even on their bad days. I will add that I have had a good experience to this prior, but they really upset me last time.
I had a very good experience with the Doctor for my eye exam. He was verythorough with the exam. I felt he was very knowledgeable. The staff of opticians were very helpful. I got the best lens and a very good frame. I willdefinitely be back. I was very pleased with the service I received.

This Walmart vision center is amazing. There is a young gentleman there, I believe his name is Ryan, he is always very courteous on the phone and answers all of my questions promptly and professionally.
The eye doctor did not gave me my eye glasses prescriptions that I paid for. He referred me to a very expensive doctor for cataract surgery. I went to another Walmart (Westerville, ohio) and got my prescriptions, so I paid twice. Bevercreek doctor is an expensive referral service. Does he gets payback money from referrals?
Staff was sort of friendly. This was my first time using Wal-Mart vision center. The doctor there messed up my eye exam so badly. Prescription was so wrong and way off. Ive been back 3 times and still no resolution. Ill now have to go back to normal place and pay for yet another exam but at least Ill know it will be done correctly.
I believe the workers are competent but there arent enough of them. Every time I have interacted with them I have to be put on hold or wait for three people in front of me. I sent my insurance information in early and she didnt get to it until I was standing in front of her, hours later. This last phone call will be my last. Im going elsewhere.
Ryan and the ladies were very professional...but the one man was cold and not very helpful. They missed up my re-order and I called back the next day to see if the order was placed...and the man on the phone didnt apologize and didnt seem like he wanted to hear me out...until I said may I please talk...then he heard me out.
Have been jerked around by the employees in the optometry dept. for the last few months. between them forgetting to write down that i came in, that prescriptions were changed and orders were made, i was already ready to drop them. i wouldnt have gone in the first place if it wasnt for the need for an eye appointment. but now, i just ordered expedited contacts to have them here by a certain time. i had to contact 1800contacts to find out that they didnt even have them in stock to ship, and cant for another week. so +1 for 1800contacts service for giving credit to my account. and -10 or so to failmart
TERRIBLE. I had my follow up and the doctor was 50 minutes late showing up to work, they wouldnt let me buy my contacts, and I had ripped my last pair so I had to wait. The staff (except for Ryan who was wonderfully pleasant) was rude and unhelpful.
