Brought my wife in to schedule an appointment since we were in the area, and they said we can see you now! We honestly expected theyd be booked a few weeks out like everything else. The ladies were great with her, from the exam to helping her pick out glasses (which look AMAZING BTW) to the first time contact wearer class. Very satisfied with the price we paid for glasses and contacts, which was less than what weve spent elsewhere in the past. We will absolutely return in the future.

I brought my children here to pick out glasses after we discovered their doctor no longer accepts our insurance. They were obviously really busy, but the manager still checked on us at least. Once we were done browsing and ready to order, she helped us and actually took the time to price out what our best options were, if we used insurance or not, and explained all the foreign information on the prescriptions that we didnt understand. It was a huge relief to feel like someone actually cares for once and not rush through it all! Thank you SO much!!!

I wasnt expecting how it would go. No in person eye Dr, its all virtual. Then if youre getting contacts as a first time user youre required to take a class to learn how to use them. The problem is, they only offer the class at 9:30 am. They will not work with you no matter your circumstances on that time. I get that they want you to take the class but since its mandatory before you can get your script for contacts and glasses, the least they could do is have different time frames to choose from. I paid cash, and have to wait over a week to get my script if I can even make it there for the 9:30 class. I have no plans to use Stanton after this.

Will not be returning here! They put my husbands prescription in my glasses and they gave us nothing but attitude about the whole process!!!! Whomever the opticiam was we dealt with(no name tag) was a royal b***h. Told us we were stupid about the problem and was adamant that they wouldnt help us...$400 aftee insurance and I cant use my glasses! Yall really need to fix the customer service at this location!

Don’t bother calling, it’s someone in India that answers your call. Someone that entered the prescription for my glasses, entered the information wrong and when I picked up my glasses and tried them on, the prescription was so blurry and the employee said ‘just give it time’. They never apologized and I had to wait another several weeks. They rip you off and lie to you. Waste of time, waste of money.

Will not be back. Went in for a glasses exam which was done by a doctor who never came in the room, he was on a tv screen. I thought it was very impersonable especially considering I had some concerns about my eyes and Vision. After I got my glasses prescription, I was confused as they had said my eyes got better by a whole point. I went in the next day to ask about my new prescription being better and the lady let me try on these vision glasses with the prescription strength and asked me if I could see. I had told her it is hard for me to make out the leaves on the trees to which she told me you should never be able to see the leaves on the trees and if you do then you must have superpower vision. Chalking it up as a loss and a lesson learned. You definitely get what you pay for.

The staff was very friendly and easy to work with when ordering my glasses. I used my previous frames and getting my new prescription was cheaper than other places I had checked. I needed no-line bifocals, non-scratch and non-glare. I’ve had the virtual exam and that was not a good experience. My eye doctor said that was because I needed bifocals and virtual exams are not the best way to go for more difficult prescriptions. If you just need a plain prescription it probably is accurate. If you just have a prescription to take in to Stanton Optical, you probably can’t get a better price anywhere else.

Have visited this place before when I was at Fairfield Mall with some friends of mine and I was completely outraged with the prices for almost everything plus no offense I always see the commercials for this place and they always suck like balls[no offense.] But overall, staff seemed to be good and what they can do and give reasonable explainations for everything.

Purchased two prescription eye glasses on 3/23/2021. I was told the “estimated ready date” was 4/6/2021 with the guaranteed date of 4/12/2021. Tried to call the store numerous times to check the order status after seeing they were ready via the website. Finally called the company customer service number and learned that my glasses have been ready since March 31, 2021.I asked to make an appointment to fit the glasses, and was told that customers just need to “walk in” to get their glasses. Best practice during a pandemic would be to limit the number of people in the store and a person’s wait time.Will not be a future customer at this store.

I had my exam with the Dr who is amazing! Exam didnt take long so i was a little nervous thinking they werent going to be right BUT my 2 new pairs of glasses were great! But oh no one pair I broke so yesterday i went to store to have them fixed. Thats when i met Christianna she was amazing she exchanged my lenses with their display pair of frame. She made them fit even better then before. What great service and wonderful personality even close to closing time when 4 costumers can in after me i never them fussing just getting the job done.also working hard was Tamara, great team work girls with great attitudes!

All three (3) of my family went to Stanton Optical in Beavercreek, OH. I must share how amazing Karen and Shannon was to all 3 of us. It was during a busy time but both Karen and Shannon made each of us like we were the most important customer which is a rare trait to have. They were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of their job and was so fluent in how they started at check-in, to finding glasses and contacts all the way through check-out. Well I ordered my contacts over the phone. Went straight to customer service. They couldnt contact the beavercreek Ohio location so I was transferred to a location out of Indiana. I was told that they would be shipped to my house in about 5 business days. It’s almost a month later and I still haven’t received them. So I called them back, straight to customer service again. They said I would get them that day. A week later today still haven’t received them. So I called and it went straight to customer service again. They said this whole time they have been at the Indiana location. Not going to my house. I’m so irritated. They said I didn’t pay for shipping. Which I did. Now they have to send a “follow up” paper to the Indiana location which they said would take to 24- 48 BUSINESS HOURS. I’m not happy customer. I will not being returning to Stanton optical after all of this. This is a NO STAR review.

I had my first appointment with Stanton 1/15. I went in and my exam was over Skype/FaceTime whatever they used. I was never informed of this before hand and had I known would’ve never scheduled an exam to begin with. The doctor spent about 3 minutes going through slides, said “you’re done”, and quickly hung up. I went along with it, not feeling very confident, and ordered glasses. They were advertised as BOGO but when time came to pay that proved to be false. I paid my money and waited a week and a half for them to come in.When I went to pick them up I couldn’t see anything out of my left eye. As I feared the prescription wasn’t right. They scheduled me for an exam with the in person doctor but apparently he’s only there a few times a month and I had to wait a whole week to be seen.I went for my recheck at my 1230 appointment and was told there were 2 people in front of me. After waiting for my turn the doctor had me put on the wrong glasses they had ordered, stuck an extra lens up to it and asked if it was better. He then said he knows what happened and then gave me a new prescription for glasses and contacts. Still not feeling very confident with his “exam” I went ahead and had them reorder my glasses.When I got home I realized the contacts prescription he wrote is wrong. It’s my old strength which I know for a fact does not work. I called this morning and spoke with Megan about my issue. She told me they couldn’t do anything about it but I need schedule a recheck. A third attempt at getting it right after two visits with no proper exam. Also, the doctor will not be in for another two weeks! At this point I told her I do not want to come in for a recheck but would rather just get a refund. Megan informed me I could get the refund for my glasses but my exam is non refundable. I told her that I paid 90 dollars for an exam that I have yet to receive. She acknowledged that I have not received a proper exam yet continued to say a refund cannot be given for it.I am now, three weeks later, no closer to having an accurate pair of glasses or contacts, out a good amount of money for glasses and an exam that I have not received, and still being told I need to have a recheck. And I’m still not sure the new glasses ordered will be correct as I still haven’t had a full exam. There has been nothing done to make things right and never been an acknowledgment or apology for their inability to properly perform their jobs. Extremely unhappy with my experience.

After a not so nice experience at Eye Mart, I gave Stanton a call. I got an appointment within an hour. The store is laid out in such a way that it put me at ease right away for the Covid. Everyone acted in a professional manner, no attitude except a good one. The exam was phenomenal and I was on my way in no time. The staff listened and were very accommodating. Stanton will be my new choice for eye wear and contact lenses from here out. Thank you to the staff at Stanton Optical of Beavercreek. Kudos.

Went to get glasses, after going to another place that did me bad. I thought this was going to be better.. MAN I WAS WRONG!!!! After standing there for 45 minutes I finally picked out a pair of glasses ended up paying over $125.00 was told because of covid-19 it was going to take about 3 weeks to get my glasses. After waiting I finally got the call. So I take off work to go pick up. Get there to find out THEY WERE THE WRONG ONES, not the frames I wanted. Was told if we can redo and get the right ones. Umm no you messed up the first ones and Im moving out of town. No I dont need to wait another month for God only knows what. I dont want something I didnt order. So yes you guessed it no glasses and 125 gone for nothing. So please dont go here just to get nothing for the awesome price of 125 plus.

I went to Stanton because my normal doctor wasnt seeing any patients due to the pandemic. I was desperate so I went even though they dont take my insurance. I figured that with a free exam and everything how expensive could it be? ($565 for a pair of glasses and sunglasses is the answer in case youre curious).My first exam at Stanton was a telemedicine exam. The doctor seemed in a huge hurry and didnt seem to understand what my eyes needed. At one point she said This should make you see double vision. I told her it didnt and she just ignored my feedback and rushed onward. I waited for a couple weeks, got my glasses, and the prescription was wrong, even after I wore the glasses around for two weeks to adjust. My vision was still blurry and I got headaches. So I told them I needed a new appointment.I had the fun of waiting a month for the new appointment. Yippee. I got seen for the new appointment with an in-person doctor and it was maybe five minutes long. I got a new prescription. I was so desperate for relief from my eye strain headaches that I used the new prescription to order a pair of glasses from somewhere else and I figured Id wear whichever pair was finished first.Its been 3 and a half weeks since that in person appointment and I still havent heard back from Stanton. My prescription from them was wrong AGAIN. Ive been sent back and forth and all around by them for THREE MONTHS now and I STILL CANT SEE WELL!Im normally not one to leave one star reviews (just check my profile/history), but this place has literally frustrated me to tears! Im supposed to be doing programming for work and how the hell am I supposed to squint at commas, semicolons and different types of parentheses in my code with the wrong glasses prescription?!I got lucky and today managed to schedule an appointment with a different optometrist elsewhere. Im done with Stanton. I dont think I even want the glasses theyre redoing for me- theyre the wrong prescription anyway, so what good would they do me?Go somewhere else! Anywhere else!

My recent appointment was as a returning customer. My first experience was great. The doctor was pleasant and thorough. The staff was helpful. Sadly that was not the case this time. This time, I had difficulty hearing the staff. Even after telling them I couldn’t hear or understand them several times, they made no attempt to face me or or ensure that I understood instructions. One of their machines was malfunctioning and I never knew what happened or why.Eventually, I was lead to an exam room with a woman on a tv screen. I had no idea that I was to receive a “virtual” eye exam. Once again, I had difficulty hearing and understanding instructions. I communicated this to the woman on the screen. About half way through, I just started guessing what she wanted to hear. I have zero confidence that this “exam” will give accurate results.I scheduled, with the intention of again, purchasing contacts and glasses. The whole experience left me frustrated and in tears. I did not buy anything. I couldn’t wait to leave. I was there for a hour and a half. I paid $90 for an exam that I don’t trust to give accurate results. I strongly feel that I should have been informed that I would have a virtual exam, prior to entering the room. This appointment was a fiasco! First time I have been frustrated to the point of tears over an eye exam.I will never go back!

First off the eye exam is not free and I got the deal of 2 eyeglasses for 69 which is not even a deal because the total came out to be almost $300. I got them because I really needed them and didn’t have insurance at the time. I decided to give them a second chance and called in advanced to make sure that they accepted my insurance and when I arrived for my appointment they said that they didn’t accept my insurance and tried to charge me. The people who answer the phone are kind but wouldnt recommend this place.

Bought a pair of glasses there last year and my screws became loose. I couldnt get them to tighten with the eyeglass screwdriver I had, so I popped in to see if they could help. They replaced both screws for me! Talked with a girl about coming back in to get my eyes checked again and getting a second pair to have on hand. After having gone there for my previous two eye checks I was left extremely disappointed this year with the service and follow up. Both my wife and I got rechecks after going to this location two years ago because my wife was in need of contacts. The problem started with tele medicine for both of our prescriptions. My wife was given a new prescription that was so drastically different that she couldnt see even after a week of trying to adjust which was the suggestion from the tech at Stanton. As for my prescription, the prism thats required for me to be able to seen was completely left off because tele medicine cannot determine that. Unfortunately no one asked nor was it mentioned that would be a problem when I scheduled the appointments.Rechecks were scheduled for 3-weeks later when the in-house optometrist what supposed to be back at Stanton in-person. We fully expected a recheck of our eyes as this was the same doctor that had issued our prescriptions just two years prior. Shamefully we assumed they would have our previous records pulled up for review. Not the case.... Our recheck consisted of the optometrist just rewriting my wifes old prescription that she provided a copy of. My recheck was the doctor asking for my old prescription to be printed out, being told that the computer was down and then guessing what the prism was to add to the existing prescription. Not once during the recheck did he look at either my or my wifes eyes to verify or change the prescription that was written during the first visit......We went to another optometrist on the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately because Stanton sent in the insurance in June well be paying out of pocket for this latest visit that actually gave us a prescription that will allow us to be able to see. We also were able to get my wifes contacts for $100 less than what Stanton was going to charge us for a year supply. I would not recommend Stanton Optical any longer. Something has definitely changed over there in the last 2-years.

I will be a life customer now. I am in the process of adopting a 15 year old girl. She has many eye problems (and has had many surgeries starting as a toddler) so glasses are a must for her. She has been needing glasses for almost 3 years but her birth mother never took her. It got to the point her glasses were being held together by duct tape and needed them asap. I took her to Stanton because of the b1g1 with a free exam. I order my glasses online so I never have had to do this whole process. The total was much more than I was expected, I expressed my concern and suggested I would just order them from the same site that I use. Macia (i think was her name?) went above and beyond to make sure that I would get a even better deal for my daughters glasses than I would ordering them online. I am beyond grateful that she was that committed to her customers and the service they provide. That was not something she had to do. Thank you so much!!!!

Worst experience with an eye care facility EVER! Long story, short. I paid for someone elses contacts and it took me 14 months of going back and forth with them to get the correct prescription after purchasing. Pleasantly surprised. I was a little put off at first because I made an appointment but still had to wait almost an hour to see the doctor. He told me it had just been a crazy day, which I understand, and I wasn’t in a hurry. He apologized and told me some funny anecdotes, and got my exam done pretty quickly. Everyone working was a little wacky, which made for a really enjoyable atmosphere. Kendra and Wendy aka “Kendy” were so nice and funny. Karen helped me get out quickly once I found some glasses. Easily found 2 pairs I liked and got a great price, less than the advertised $59. I wasn’t even going to get glasses here, I just needed a prescription, but with that discount who could say no?! I will be back!

They were so welcoming and friendly, and took the time to price me out on some new glasses, which was more than HALF of what Im used to paying with the other guys for just one pair. I was skeptical going in but I am so glad I did! The whole team was great. Dr. Levy was great with my 11 year old daughter. He explained things very well and answered all of our questions. He even offered to take the heat off me and explained to her why she should hold off on getting contacts for the time being (which I loved). When actually choosing the glasses and going through the whole ordering process, Tim was amazing! We told him what we were looking for and he helped us pick through so many options (he was very patient). He also answered all questions while ordering. He was very nice and courteous. They told us the glasses would be done in a month but were actually done in less then two weeks. No long wait time for appt either.

They quoted me 2 weeks for my glasses and they came in way before the expected time which was PERFECT because mine were outdated and broken. I was so impressed when I went for my eye exam. The doctor took time with me to get appropriate information for my complex eye history, make me feel comfortable and suggest a referral to a specialist for my particular disease process. He educated me on a new diagnosis and recommended how to best handle that issue. Staff was very kind, patient and thorough even though they were very busy. They were helpful and very courteous while I shopped for frames which is never easy when you are vision limited while trying on multiple frames. Thank you, Sarah! We bought glasses for my daughter here. When the glasses broke, I assumed we would need to buy a new pair, but instead Andrew, the sales manager was able to put her lenses into a new frame for her on the spot. He then charged us a very low price for that. He was friendly, helpful and solutions oriented. Ask for him if you go in, and he will give you great customer service!

Overall its a great place there is a large selection of frames. The two pair deal is fair and reasonable. The initial eye exam was different was an online scype type deal with a dr somewhere. Very neat but different from what I am used to. Had a few minor issues but the over all willingness and professionalism I was treated with was amazing. Absolutely terrible! Expensive to the highest proportions and they keep pushing you to buy the more expensive brands due to their commission. They are not by any means good or nice people. They make you wait....for hours. They pass off a fake vibe that convinces other patients that they care but they are working at their own slow pace. Not recommended! Youll pay too much for a horrible experience.

First off free exam is a stretch ..eye exam not in depth enough ..very fast .....you take exam and pay for it right away ....then if you buy glasses they take it off .went in for free exam .....buy one get one ..$325 dollars later I’m informed the send off to Florida so glasses in 10 to 14 days ... then pick up and one eye blurry .checked and discover lens off ..send back to Florida...14 days later...same thing ...send back ...10 to 14 later second exam because still off .send off again only to get back and worse than it started ...2 months later no glasses ask for refund and I paid cash at time of purchase but now I have to wait on a check from corporate office .also won’t refund the exam money ...even though they can’t get it right .the girls are nice there but the dr is not thorough enough ..I wish I’d have never went in. After I left I stopped into competitor down the road and received a much more in depth exam ....

At first it seemed pretty good the staff was friendly and helpful but after waiting over a month and counting for my other pair of glasses I have completely changed my opinion. At first they said it would take up to a week for both pairs to be in well one week came and I only received one pair after that I kept calling every other day and was told something different every time I talked someone. One would say they were on their way theyll be in by the end of the week then another person would say something completely different. So finally I was able to talk to a manager so at first he said my frames were on back order then the very next day he said the lab had cracked my lenses! Needless to say I was told something different every time I called and this has been over a month. So last week the manager said that my glasses would be in next Tuesday so that next Tuesday I called expecting them to surly be in but what do you know now U.P.S didnt deliver them and they dont know where theyre at! So now its U.P.S fault! Long story short Stanton Optical is by far the most unprofessional wanna be business Ive ever been to! And by reading the reviews Im not the only one that feels that way either. So folks dont make the same grave mistake I and countless others have! Go somewhere else that actually cares about you and your business. Unlike stanton optical who just wants your money

Kudos to the caring, attentive, and professional staff. My young adult grandson purchased 2 pair today. He has Tourette’s and his vocal and motor tics were prominent while we were in there. Karen took care of us, and she treated him with the utmost respect. She didn’t give even the slightest hint that the repetitive slamming of his elbow on her desk, or his uncontrollable sounds, or his head/neck jerking bothered her in the least. It is uncomfortable for him to go out in public, and her calm demeanor really held his anxiety at a minimum. She helped him choose a second pair, and answered all of his questions. Plus a great price for 2 pair! I highly recommend this location for eyeglasses!

Went in to see about a repair on some frames that I had damaged. Karen, the GM, was absolutely wonderful. Helped me get a pair of replacement frames on the spot. Wound up purchasing into the frame club to get four pairs under $99 for only $30-$40 altogether. Ordered new lenses as well. Great spot. Amazing service. Definitely would recomment to anyone looking for a great deal.

The past two times Ive been in this store to purchase glasses....literally no one spoke to me. Last time it was kind of busy so I thought Id try again. Every time I go in they are prompt to greet me and I usually dont wait long before seeing the doctor. Even when I do have to wait the staff is polite and we usually have a nice conversation. The doctor remembers me each time I come in and makes me feel like he is actually paying attention to me, as apposed to just trying to crank through as many patients as he can in one day.Once it was time to pick out frames they dealt with my indecision and even helped me pick out 2 pairs that I LOVE!And ordering contacts with them is absolutely painless. so simple.I was very skeptical at using a chain optometrist. I didnt want to lose the personal touches of a small mom and pop establishment. So glad I chose Stanton.

Friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Scheduling online was easy. I didnt wait long once I arrived for my appointment and the staff seemed knowledgeable, but also didnt hound me like salesmen every two minutes while I looked at frames. Bait and switch place. Googled same day glasses this is the first result, made an appointment for 130 pm. Seen at 230 pm. The place doing the eye exams is legit friendly, and professional. Oddly they make you sign a paper saying they will charge you weather you buy glasses or not? Strange.Sign and online says 2 pairs for 59.99.with free eye exam.I am told my bill is 300, after pointing the advertised orice out was told its the frames I picked, they said 29.99 right on them, picked a different pair from there cheapy section quoted 99 99, okay whatever I need these for work Monday. Well it takes 14 working days to get them, no expediting available ??? 3 hours into this visit now, I am livid. Already googled other places while waiting forever, charged 50 bucks for the eye exam, now the disclaimer makes sense. Went to Eye Mart with prescription. Was waited on immediately, 30 dollars cheaper and ready on Monday by 11am! If I wouldnt have wasted half of my Saturday here I would have had them today. Buyer beware bait and switch scam with no same day service.Will report to BBB Monday.

Wasnt a huge fan of my eye exam being conducted by a woman on a screen. I got my glasses two weeks later and had a very hard time seeing out of them. I called and was told Id have to drive back out to Stanton to get them fixed (I live 30 minutes away). I went in and was told that I didnt wear them long enough and to come back in two weeks if it was still a problem. I would have appreciated some trouble shooting over the phone and in store to try and fix the problem the first time I was there. Ive been wearing glasses and contacts for years and have never had an issue like this.

Originally went to Eye Mart but they didnt have anywhere near a selection of frames like Stanton. Sherry and Sarah greeted me when I came in and were very helpful. Karen was the one who helped me pick out the perfect frames and get everything ordered. So thank you for all the help. I had a wonderful experience at Stanton Optical. I ordered two pair of no line bifocal with transitions and anti-reflective coating. They are great. I love both frames and the vision is great. The staff was very helpful and nice. I got both pair at an awesome price. I received both pair in three weeks like they said. I do not think three weeks is to long to wait. I know a lot of optical offices take three weeks. I have been in the optical business for many years in the recent past, so I know how it works. They also did a great job at adjusting them.

Andrew is fantastic. Super nice and great attitude. But the two stars are for the fact that they gave my glasses to the wrong patient! Now I have to wait again for them to remake my prescription and someone else is out with my glasses on! On top of that the person they gave my glasses to, the only similarity to our name is the First and Last initial. Does Emerald seriously sound like Emily?! Apparently they need to get their employees eyes checked. But again I will say that Andrew was excellent and had a great attitude.

I was called before my appointment time and was told that the computer had overbooked appointments, but that we would be worked in. When we arrived, we were told that I was the only one with an appointment scheduled. I was not happy. I let my son take my appointment time and rescheduled my daughter and myself for another day. While my son was being seen by the optometrist, they slipped my daughter in. The only one that had to reschedule was me. Wendy was so nice and sweet about the whole situation and very apologetic about it that I calmed down immediately. When we left the store, I was joking and in a wonderful mood and I didnt mind that I will have to come back another day.

Good day,Well as summer gives way to fall I realize that to my horror I am down to my last new pack of contacts. So I call Stanton Optical here in Beavercreek Ohio and make an appointment. Astonishingly they got me in the same week that I called and on the day I needed. My intent was new contacts, but Rob (the manager) talked to me about the manager special that they were offering. Most of you know as moms we are always last on the needs list and I havent gotten new glasses in 8 years. I am blind as a bat and generally my glasses are very expensive. Rob got me both contacts and glasses within my budget! In fact he went out of his way to help achieve this and I am very grateful for all his help. The staff there are amazing and I will be taking all of my familys business to Stanton from here on out. Thank you for the great visit.NB

Worst experience weve had at any optical center. Received an add advertising $39 for exam and 2 pair of glasses. We werent told until check out that this was an advertising mistake in Ohio. There were no signs no warnings or anything and even though this wasnt our fault we were made to pay $45 for the exam which would be credited towards the $69 for two pair deal they had ($30more than we had planned on paying). Then we were told we wouldnt receive the credit unless we chose frames that day. After asking for a receipt with his prescription and informing the rep we would just take that and order lenses elsewhere he then informed me (not even 10 minutes later) that he would still offer a credit and acted like this was doing us a favor. We will never be back and will advise anyone else we know to do the same. The only good thing they had going was the optometrist himself which I understand isnt even a part of Stanton. On top of all this we were basically refused a note to excuse my son from school. They stated the best they could do was a hand written note and questioned why I even needed one to begin with. After explaining so my son didnt have an unexcused absence at school I was told just to give them a copy of my receipt. I cannot be the first person to request a note for school.

I had a great experience. I have been there twice in the last two years, both times I received great customer service, Dr Levy is friendly, funny and takes general interest in you. The person helping me with my order was able to negotiate the price of the lenses i wanted and got my bill with in my budget. Both times I was there the team was able to get the cost lenses where I needed them. The only issue I have is they advertise 2 for $69 but the frame selection is very limited, almost purposefully to force you to select different frames. However, if you take them up on their BOGO free offer you can find nice frames for $69, you then have to pay$ 69 for the lenses for the first pair of glasses. Then they apply an eye exam credit to the cost of your glasses. that means if you go in thinking you are only going to spend $69 bucks for two pair of glasses, its a little misleading. You are really going to spend about 95 bucks for two pair and the eye exam.

I went to lens crafters to have new lenses put in my existing frame and was told it couldnt be done because the frame would break from putting new lenses in them. They wanted me to buy new expensive frames. So I took my old frames to Stanton Optical and they put new lenses in for a very reasonable price with no trouble whatsoever! After seeing some bad reviews on here, I have to speak up! I had an excellent experience at Stanton Beavercreek! My first visit was an eye exam and the two pairs of glasses (one pair was sunglasses). They had great deals and I think I spent about $200 total for both pairs and the exam. You can decide how you feel about that price. The doctor was really funny and so kind. I just had my second visit yesterday for contacts and I was really nervous. I got my exam, solution, and a 2-week supply of contacts for $80. This doctor was HILARIOUS and even though (long story short) they were slammed, he took his time with me and acted unphased. They are such nice people. Cherie helped me with my contacts and she was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and calm and not rushed. They all make you feel like youre the only customer in there all day. I would recommend this location to any of my friends and family.

This place needs new management! They have people that are new and the manager is more worried about her cellphone than assisting her employees. My husband and I had an exam appointment and it took over two hours to complete both exams that all in all took less than ten minutes each. We didn’t purchase any eye wear because of this and paid for our exams and left. I am extremely disappointed in the service and we will not longer be doing business with your facility. This is a completely different experience compared to when I visited one of your facilities a couple years ago.

The only reason I will give them two stars is because of the eye doctor. She was very enjoyable! Even though I didnt have to wait as long as these other people, they told me two days & it took seven. Just be honest up front, customers appreciate that much more.
