Ive been coming to Zeser Stewart Eyecare for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are all quite nice, but through my company I have vision insurance that covers an annual exam - Zeser/Stewart will no longer bill my vision coverage for my eye exams because they code me pre-cataract. They bill my medical insurance which covers NONE of the cost of an annual exam. It is all out of pocket. When I explained this to the billing department they acted as if they could care less and made no attempt to work with me or offer suggestions. Guess I just expected more.

Our family loves Dr. Zeser. He takes the time to answer all my questions. We have been coming to this office for over 10 years.

My son broke his frames today in Gym class first period - he can not see without his glasses - I called to get replacements ordered and talked to Kelley - she said to come in - I had my son picked up, glasses replaced and back to school by third period, she also had his replacement frames on order by the time we got there! The absolute best customer service I have ever had! Thank you Kelley and Zeser Eye Care!

Love the staff. They are truly accommodating when it comes to my schedule and Dr. Zeser has a true love for eye health. He is my hero for catching my glaucoma and jumping right on it. I love coming here because I know I’m in good hands and so is my son.

Dr. Zeser and staff very professional. They explained my vision exam results and what each test was about. They gave me the opportunity to choose what glasses I needed without any high pressure sales techniques.Gained my trust very quickly.

Excellent service! I would highly recommend Dr. Zeser to anyone and everyone! He was very helpful and always kind! He always makes sure we get the best deal with rebates and other coupons. My 5 year old saw him a few weeks back. He is excellent with children! He was very informative and let us know what to watch for with him in the future.

I highly recommend Dr Zeser. I had a lacerated eye and he treated me immediately between other appointments. Very accommodating and very helpful. My eye is in great shape.

Dr. Zeser is very personable. He takes the time to make you feel as though he appreciates you as a patient and not rushing you in and out so he can get to the next person. The staff schedules his patients so that youre not waiting long periods of time. Ive never had to wait over 10 to fifteen minutes and if I did it was because I was early not that he was late. He takes time to explain every part of the process and so does his staff so you can leave with a complete understanding of everything that was done and talked about during the appointment. Hes the best Optometrist Ive had and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Just recently moved but my care with Dr Zeser was always excellent. Took time to explain things. I could tell he took it very seriously when I was diagnosed with glaucoma. Friendly personality.

Fantastic office, front and back. They are always so accommodating and friendly. When we moved here in 2016 a stranger recommended this office and Im so grateful. I know when my family of six has an appointment we will have a fantastic experience...and great eyesight! Try them.

Zeser and Stewart represent the perfect balance of spirit and truth... theyre competent, professional, with the latest equipment (truth), plus they have a very personable staff who not only relate well to us, but like a well-oiled machine, work well together (spirit). I’ve gone to Dr. Zeser for 7 years and have always had an excellent experience and thorough eye examinations. Dr. Zeser is friendly, knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. The entire staff is kind and pleasant.

Ive been going to this establishment since I was a very young child. Dr. Stewart and Dr. Zeser have always treated me like family. They always ensured I was comfortable and satisfied with my new contacts. Meanwhile, the staff is so caring and helpful. They would always great me as I walked in, and they would always be prepared to answwr any and all of my questions. I couldnt be more thankful for them!

Dr. Zeser and his entire staff are so friendly and incredibly professional. My family and I went to another optometrist when we first moved to the Dayton area over seven years ago and I was very disappointed in the exam. The physician was more interested in chatting and asking rather intrusive questions about our personal lives. Two of my children continued to have eye problems after seeing him. We switched to Dr. Zeser and could not be happier. Very thorough examinations and great care. I highly recommend Zeser and Stewart Eyecare.

I moved to the area a little over a year ago. Moving is not fun and there is a lot that goes into adjusting. Part of it was finding eye care. I have now had two appointments with Dr. Zeser and could not be happier. He simplifies things so I understand. My eyesight is awful but I feel he wants to help me as best he can and that is satisfying!

My entire family have been using Dr. Zeser since we moved her in 2009. He is a wonderful doctor! The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the tech that did my eye tests reeked of cigarette smoke.

My teenage daughter and I had back-to-back appointments here, and were very disappointed. While Dr. Zeser seemed very nice, his assistants were completely unprofessional. Both my daughter and I had nearly similar experiences: while we were in the room with the assistants doing eye tests, another assistant came in and started chatting with the tech that was supposed to be helping us. In my daughters case, they chatted for a full five minutes before even acknowledging her and initiating the tests, and in my case, an assistant came in and started chatting with the tech while I was being tested (making it very hard to concentrate when someone is standing right beside you talking loudly about what a previous client said). If the patient is not the first consideration, we feel no need to go back there. Very disappointing.

Very courteous and efficient staff. Dr. Zeser discovered some vision problems for which I am thankful, and outlined a course of treatment.

Overcharged and kept the balance from my previous appointment, didnt find out until I went to check out the next YEAR! Unacceptable to keep my money! They kept insisting not to give me my refund, had to keep calling to finally get what was mine. Horrible experience, so unprofessional!

Dr. Zeser and all of his staff are extremely professional and charismatic! My son, who is 4, and I had our first exams and experience with this team and everyone was overly thorough in their work. I knew when I left that I received the best exam and care. My son was a little hesitant, but the techs and Dr. Zeser were so fun and sweet with him. I was taught how to wear contacts for the first time, and the techs were patient and very helpful. They had a huge selection of frames to choose from and the techs gave me their feedback and opinions on what to shop for. Checking in/out was quick and easy and both of the receptionists provided great customer service, and they offered my son a sweet treat on the way out as well! The facility was very clean and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zeser and his staff if youre looking for an exceptional experience in the Beavercreek area.
