Great customer service and I am happy with the 2 pairs of glasses I ordered.

Bought glasses in July 2018 for 350.00. After about 6 months spaces within the lenses were forming. I was given new lenses for 40.00 even though the protection plans said it would be only 20.00(10%). About 6 months later the lenses were all scratched up(after careful cleaning). They most likely did not give me the scratch protection I had on original lenses. So out of warranty. I found better service and quality, online for 1/3 the price. I will never return.

I worked with Dan. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional while dealing with my needs, as well as the needs of the other customers in the store.With his help, I am now able to see the malls parking lot clearly! And what a parking lot, indeed! Well lined, completely paved, and mostly empty. Thanks, Dan!

I will never go back!!!! Got glasses and sunglasses. Sunglasses had a very large black spot on the right lens. They told me it was because of the polar coat and had me pay extra $50 to change them back when it was a defective lens. Get them back almost 2 months later. The right lens is to small for the frame and pops out very easily. $600.00 dollars later the glasses broke and the paint chipped off and the sunglasses I can never wear because of the lens falling out!!!! Thanks for taking my money because really thats all they did!!!

BUYER BEWARE! JcPenny Optical may say it has a money back guarantee BUT, this does not count the eye exam. JcPenny has Independent Contractors who do the exams. If they prescribe you a incorrect prescription they DO NOT have to refund the exam price. Even if they are incompetent!

For myself, I have had no issues with this facility, but I am a stay at home mom with flexible hours. However, this facility does not keep good hours for students. They offer no appointments on Fridays (Dr. not in), no appointments in the early evening and only one Saturday a month, which this month falls the Saturday after Thanksgiving when people are traveling. Obviously, they arent interested in providing service for children, as they would offer appointments that arent in the middle of the school day if they wanted the business. I waited over half an hour for a call back that was promised within five minutes to find out I cant get an appointment unless I want to take her out of school. Our entire family will be going elsewhere. Thumbs down!

Great optometrist who was so thorough examining my eyes and explained to me what he was looking for and what I do and dont have problems with. He tried really hard to check my intraocular pressure by holding my eyelids open because I told him I have a problem with blinking during that test which led to me having to skip it the last time I got an eye exam. Gave me great advice about dealing with dry eyes and was honest about his patients not benefitting from contact lenses that are marketed to be made specifically for dry eyes. I took a chance on JCP optical since there were no reviews to judge by and am glad I did. They also had a decent selection of womens frames to choose from for my glasses and I found something I really liked by Isaac Mizrahi on sale!
