We had a fabulous experience with Lawrence Smith Window & Door! They were very personable and nice. They communicated well with us, were efficient with their install and overall a great company to work with! They did wonderful work! We love our new windows!! We would definitely recommend them!

Be very careful. You may think you are ordering something you saw in the showroom or spoke to the salesperson about but find out something else was written down on the proposal. Make sure you match up all descriptions exactly and know what they mean before you sign anything. The company policy is the customer is always at fault. I have a $4k door that is not what I thought I was getting! Also, no attention to detail. We ordered teardrop primed window trim and got unprimed. They did give us a $100 credit when my husband called them on this, which was less then it cost us to hire a painter to get it primed. After waiting for response to resolve problems I ended up writing the owner and found that the owner Bill Ruff was more interested in getting final payment then making things right.

I had windows installed by a company that did a horrible job. After 3 months if trying to get them to come out and take care of my concerns, I decided to try Laurance Smith. Rick came out, we ordered windows and had them installed. Their windows are far superior than the previous ones I had removed from the first company. The construction is more durable. I had a few questions/concerns and they came out in a very timely manner. I appreciated that. If service after the sale is very important to you, this company practices this. Dan came out and took care of my questions/concerns. I would definately recommend Laurance Smith. 😊👍

Poor service after the fact had Phantom door installed prepaid prior to install big mistake. Major trip hazard and Bill told me to live with it. They would not send out service tech and was told no refund policy. Very disappointed with service I feel ripped off. Spent 600.00 on a door I that is unsafe . Buyer beware..,
