When we first reached out he didnt have the car we want in stock, but he gave us a very reasonable quote and promised to get us one with equal or higher MSRP at no additional cost. He did end up getting us a car with higher MSRP than the one he quoted us on, but kept his words and still sold the car to us at his original quote. Purchased used car and took home. Light came on in dash and it died the first night due to battery issue...even though this was discussed prior to pickup! They gave me a nice loaner and fixed the car...so in the end it’s all good...just took several days longer. I would still work with them in the future again, just can’t five star them based on the original issues.

Bought my car here and it was a phenomenal experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable and overall it was seriously a pleasurable experience. Wish I could say the same for the service center. Not only did they try to sell me an alignment when I went and got new tires on my car (I just got it aligned a week prior) they knocked my car out of alignment and then one of the tires they put on had a gash on the inside sidewall. I called them the next day asking them if there was anything they could do and the person I talked to was the most apathetic person Ive ever spoke with. If you love getting screwed over this service center is the place for you!EDIT: Upon seeing this review the service director reached out to me and talked with me and we were able to work out a deal. He offered to reimburse me for the tire that was messed up and sincerely apologized and spoke with his crew. While my initial experience was quite terrible, this made me see that theyre trying to do right by their customers.

2011 Raton on the Internet. Kempthorn motors had a great Deal on the car very low miles. It was a 700 mile one-way trip for us and the price miles and condition made it well worth the trip. The service we received from them was also fantastic they’re very kind courteous and very eager to help. We will remember them with future purchases.

Absolute incredible experience working with Bob Novak. I explained to Bob the sense of urgency we had on purchasing a vehicle and I did not want to waste his time or mine. VW Repair Service DepartmentI had a check engine light come on and the car go into safe mode on my way back from the airport in Columbus. I live near Cambridge Ohio (recently moved from Texas) so I had 4 dealers, all about 1h15m away. Columbus, Canton, Wheeling, Parkersburg. I read the reviews and went with Canton. I dropped the car off Saturday. The VW service dept was not open Saturday or Sunday. The person I left my information with said that Id receive a call Monday morning about the car.I waited until about 2pm on Monday to go ahead and call in since I had not heard anything. I did not expect it to have been looked at yet, I just wanted to explain what had happened in case it would help with diagnosis. I spoke with Bob. He told me they had already looked at the car, diagnosed it, procured the parts and a VW technician was installing the parts as we spoke. He let me know it would be finished the next day. It was covered under the warranty and that is why they went ahead with the repair. I did not know what to say. They have my service business from now on. I have never had such a positive customer experience in my life time. I highly recommend the VW service department to anyone needing repairs.

Unbelievable service here. They saved us over 4k on a 2019 lease. Our paperwork was ready to go the second we walked in and they didnt try and lowball us a cent on our sight unseen trade. They were also 1k higher on trade value the the next closest dealer we spoke to. Frankly I would pay more for the service and simplicity but appreciate the good deal. If you live in the Pittsburgh and are interested in a VW make the drive to Akron as its worth the savings. Also ask for Bob when you call!!

I am visiting from out of state and my car broke down with an exhaust issue. They were honest, even told me to go somewhere cheaper....I had already been to that place and was told they couldnt do the repair because of where it had broken. Dave got the part ordered and my car repaired within 3 days. This was so helpful because my mother is having surgery and I can not be without a car. If I have to have any work done on my VW Passat while in town I will go to nobody else.

This dealership truly understands the concept of customer service. The purchasing experience was one of the most pleasant I’ve ever had. Yesterday, I had a tire blowout that resulted in a tow to the dealership after calling roadside assistance. The general manager called me this morning and apologized for the inconvenience. He offered me a loaner car or a ride to work if needed. I declined both as I was already at work. He called later to tell me the repair was made, car was washed, filled with fuel and delivered to my home. I don’t think I could ask for anything more. Thank you Ian and Ruth. Hi, it took me awhile to leave a feedback at this dealership cuz i got a problem that this place never solve for me ..I thought it my fault at first but.....I had purchase my vehicle at this dealership 6 years ago I didn’t know you have to make a appt to get a oil change so I walk-in didn’t have a appt so they didn’t serve me got so mad driving for 45 mins to get a oil change and a brake check cuz it keep making that loud noise when you turn the wheel and when I start the car the engine is loud too ..??????but anyhow one of the guy fit me in for a oil change I told him to check it for me he said it was fine I believed..cuz hey they know what I don’t know..today one of my co worker heard the sound coming from my car when I start the car ..he was like you need to go to your dealership to check on that it not safe to drive like that something is wrong with your engine -__- told him I did they said it was fine..don’t know what to do or go..other outside car services told to go to the dealership but dealership always said “nothing is wrong “ oh so what up with the sound coming from my car either I step on the gas or brake it got the rumbling when I step on the brake ..when I step on the gas the engine is loud with I drive ...??? WTH I gave 1 star for everything I had to go though for almost 2 years ..I HATE EVERY SINGLE VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP ..after this car die“I WILL NEVER” purchase any car at Volkswagen ever again

Joe is the only person there that knows what he’s doing. I waited three days to get a hose put on and a coil. Luckily I called in and talked to joe and actually got something done instead of not knowing what he’s talking about like the other older guy there. Thank a bunch. The cars better but the service was eh. I’m glad joe was there
