Tyler is my all time favorite McCoy’s worker! Every time that I have walked in to their store, he is the first to ask me if I need help, he explains to me what I’m buying and it’s prices and I have seen him help his fellow team members. He is fast and efficient! The store is also always clean and well organized.

Prices to high quality not as expected. Help lacking a bit and not as friendly as most of the other stores or stocked properly. However if you cant find it theyll order it.

My sister and I went in last week to purchase a storm door and to my surprise they cut glass. I had a broken piece missing out of a small window and was able to purchase 2 pieces for a fraction of what it would have costed me at a local glass shop. Tyler spent a lot of time with us going over our options for a storm door. He has great manners and is eager to help customers, even ladies like us who really don’t know much about any kind of hardware. The girls upfront were very friendly, But didn’t catch their names. I also noticed a gentleman in the aisle next to us helping another client. All in all our experience with with this McCoys was A+. It seems whoever the manager maybe, they have brought in a great helpful team!
