They have a small engine repair shop, mostly lawn mower, snow blowers,...etc...there Maintenance guys do amazing work. 1-10,....I give them a 10. good job guys, keep up the good work👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

They always greet me when I walk in. There is one guy who gets flustered when it gets busy. Ive noticed when he gets flustered he comes off very rude. All the other people I have noticed who work there are friendly and always ready to help.

Its the neighborhood hardware store. There close, reasonably priced and usually have what I need in a pinch. There staff is knowledgeable if you need help. Good folks.

Great inventory of fasteners and hardware. Pipe fittings springs nuts bolts and specialty fasteners.

Will never step foot or do business here ever again. On June 2nd took a weed whacker in to have the head replaced. After 5 months of them not working on it, went to pick it up yesterday Nov. 9th to have it serviced elsewhere. It was taken apart and they have misplaced the other parts. Absolutely the worst service in town.

Good selection of many items one might need. Slightly over priced, but such is the way of smaller hardware stores. We do however go there more than the big box hardware stores as its more convenient.

They are always very friendly and helpful. Ive had my lawn mower and snow blower repaired here at a very reasonable cost. They went above and beyond when my husband and I were repairing our generator. They had spare parts that we needed to complete the repairs in their spares and knew exactly what we needed. Ive also purchased a few odds and ends there. Each time Ive always had excellent service and much needed help. Im not a hardware store person, but if I had to choose a favorite this would definitely be it.

Great to have a well rounded little hardware store in our end of town. Had my chainsaw blade sharpened, and he helped me out by doing so while I waited. Great service !

Good little hardware thats close to home,prices are very fair and almost always have what I need. Can save you a lot of time versus driving all the way out to Beckley Road when you unexpectedly need something to finish a project.

You wouldnt think so from the outside, but they have EVERYTHING. prices slightly high, but not terrible, and if you dont want to do an hour of driving to get to and from menards, theyre extremely convenient

GREAT hardware store! Staff was very helpful. Its so refreshing to walk into a store and receive such excellent customer service--unlike the bigger stores where you can walk from aisle to aisle seeking assistance, but no one is ever around. Always good to support your local small businesses--they are also the backbone that keeps small towns growing.

They treat me like a long-lost friend every time I go there. Very friendly folks. They dont have the inventory of a big-box store, but they are well stocked and their prices are competitive. They can also order things for you if they dont have it in stock.

Urbandale Hardware is relativelynew in our area. There is a good variety of merchandise an the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can only think of one time they didnt have what I was looking for. Then they sent me to a place that had what I needed. If youre familiar with Urbandale, they are located 3rd place west of M37 on the north side of W. Michigan.

Urbandale Hardware has a great variety of items, especially for the size of the store. They thread plumbing pipe and have a propane filling station for rv and grill sized tanks. Their propane refills were quite reasonable when I had a 20lb tank refilled. They also work on small engines like Echo and Briggs and Stratton. Pricing was on par with other hardwares Ive visited, if not better. This is a well stocked hardware for the Urbandale area and I recommend them. Give them a look if youre in the neighborhood.
