Products are hit or miss. Love the spanner wrenches but dont waste your money on the channel locks. Normally pretty slow to checkout as they only have 1 register open at a time

Awesome place n prices. Lifetime exchange warranty on hand tools. Power tools are 1-2 years BUT most have lasted through my abuse .. a few bad apples but thats in-evitable and Harbor Freight took care of me when that happened. Most power tools serve their purpose very well.... Ive own several drills n saws for 10+ yrs... What more can u want out of a $35 drill?

Love Harbor Freight! I havent really had any issues with their hand tools. And the 2 I did break have lifetime warranties. Quick swap with no issues.

They don’t stand behind the products they sell. I had a brand new heat knife that I bought greater than 90 days ago from the store. I went to use it for the first time and it failed to work. I brought it back to the store and they refused to replace it. It was defective out of the box, but it didn’t matter to them. I spoke to the manager on duty, he refused to stand behind their Chicago tool product. They have lost my business as a result.

Great place, besides the Manager following you around stalking you like your going to steal something. I go there all the time and I still get stalked by the same guy. Makes you feel very uncomfortable.

Like shopping here but why do you spend the money on a membership if you still have to bring in a coupon. I never know when Im gonna be in the area to shop there and dont always have my flyer with me. I dont have the time to go back with a flyer to save. You would think if your in the computer it would automatically give you your discount.

Staff has always been friendly when I am there. I dont buy their power tools but their hand tools have a lifetime warranty, just like everyone else, and are generally cheaper. Wrenches, sockets, and impact sockets have all served me well over the years.

Lots of cool stuff all in pretty good order and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.

You get what you pay for. Not a place for everyday muscle just a place to take care of smaller jobs and not spend the high prices to do it. Great place. ✌

Value of tools cant be matched.They work fine for me, just as good and as durable as anything craftsman or snap on tool Ive bought over the years.

It is what it is. They offer discount tools at a discount price. All of the Chicago Electric tools I have bought have been excellent. Many of their tools are high quality and are worth buying. Service is good.

Difficult to get assistance. Asked store manager if they had adjustable rolling stands in stock, was curtly told that they were out of stock, even though there are at least 4 of them in the store doing nothing more than holding up small signs.

Harbor Freight has just about everything you want or need. Be careful about what you buy. If you use your tools daily, probably not the best place to buy your tools. Price is fair for quality you get.

Great place to go for your hand tool needs. Id give the tools a 3/5 star quality. They arent top of the line, but they get the job done. I still prefer rigid (Home Depot) over HFTs power tools though. You cant beat their prices.

Have to hunt done people to help you and some are very rude.

Very disorganized employees and managers. Wont go there again. I would rather pay Home depot, Lowes prices and have people that know what they are doing.

Harbor Freight a lot of good deals but the one good thing but I really like is the fact that if you take something back it truly its not right the manager wont think twice about taking good care of you so I always go there to see whats new spend hours in there looking around so to the sales people there and the manager good job
